Great house for a great price! Close drive to all the parks and had some good restaurants in the area. Nice gated community and our family loved the 2 different resort pools that we had access to, as well as the house pool and spa. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils, and a nice welcoming box and treat left on the counter for our arrival. Dennis was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Would highly recommend this listing and we are already considering booking again for next year!

We had a great time staying at the home. Anytime we had a problem we called them. They were quick to respond to our problem and was very helpful on rectify our problem. Very nice peaceful quiet neighborhood when we do a vacation again we will be willing to stay there again. Into Dennis keep up the good work.

"The house is spacious, comfortable and perfect for a large family. We travelled 14 people and we were very comfortable throughout the stay. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet, and it is very well located, close to everything you need. Definitely an excellent option to enjoy in Orlando as a family."

I love this home!! The kids enjoyed the water parks at the resort and they also enjoyed the pool at the house. It was more than enough room for my family of 7. Our host was great and responded promptly. I would definitely recommend this resort. Thank for everything!!

Nice home. Spacious and well kept. Host is very responsive. Pool was not clean and game room was hot. AC window unit not cooling the enclosed garage. Please ask host to clean pool prior to arrival to ensure you will be able to access.

The house was great and matched exactly what we paid for! We had questions the first night about parking and Dennis messaged me back under 20 mins and it was after 10pm at night - I was not expecting to get a response till the next day. Pool area was great for our visit with multiple families and kids. Would stay here again!

The house was beautiful, great location. The kids loved the pool and game room. The resort next door was very nice. The host responded to messages and concerns almost immediately. The only downside were the beds were quite uncomfortable and the outdoor patio was covered in rat poop. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Dennis responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is beautiful, lots of room, the resort is beautiful. The kids had a blast at the water parks. We did not have one complaint. We will definitely be back.

Dennis was very responsive and accommodating. The place was great for multiple families with areas in the house where kids and adults could relax without being underfoot of each other. The homes are quite close to each other, as no one was loud or obnoxious it wasn’t a big deal at all. The inclusive pool resort didn’t disappoint my daughter has been asking to go back everyday since! Would book again.

Travelled with 2 families (4 adults & 5 kids age ranges from 1yr -11yrs) We overall enjoyed our stay at Dennis’ place, we made the best of it but probably won’t stay here again. Pros: - cute neighbourhood (mostly,if not all, vacation rentals) - felt safe/ gated community - most major stores (grocery/ pharmacy/ etc) only a short 5-10 min drive away - nothing is walkable - enough space/ bedrooms for our party Cons: - paid extra for pool & spa heat prior to our stay , which was discussed at length prior to booking as this was a make or break to this listing for us. We were reassured by Dennis it was fixed. It wasn’t It took 1 week to get fixed , & we still have zero indication of reimbursement for the $ we dished out for the first 7 days. Despite Dennis being responsive to messages, I questioned often if it was AI at times, replies seemed robotic - pool table isn’t level (someone came but wasn’t fixed) - other maintenance typed items could be mentioned but running out of space

Dennis was very responsive when communicating with us! While we had minor issues like a clogged sink or the pool heater not exactly turning on, Dennis was very responsive when we inquired about anything and they were quick to come and fix any problems. The house itself was clean and matched the photos. Plus! It had little things like a lot of extra towels, a box filled with kitchen necessities (sponge, soap, etc), and linen for each guest.

We enjoyed our stay. Dennis was always very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was so warm. The hot tub never got any warmer than the pool though through our stay. We did complain about that first day and were told someone would look at it, but we never heard back. The pool and hottub were both around 90-95 degrees which was great for swimming! Thank you!

The house was great! We enjoyed the pool the first day. It was nice and warm. On the second day we noticed the pool was cooling down. The spa was not heating at all. We messaged Dennis and he put in a work order to have it fixed. The 3rd day the pool was very cold. Still had no one come by to fix it. We messaged Dennis again and begged him to have it fixed. We came to Florida for the house and pool! That afternoon, someone came by and fixed it! By the evening we had a hot spa and warm pool! We were so great full for that! Another disappointment was the game room. The pool table is not sitting straight so all the balls just go to one side. The foosball table is also not working. Some screws missing. And we couldn't connect the TV in the game room either. So we didn't use the game room at all. But overall, our stay was great! We loved the Oasis Club house and the Retreat Clubhouse!

Overall The Place Was Great For Me & My Family, Only Had A Couple One Being We Couldn’t Use The Pool At All Even After Buying The Heater/Pool Spa Option For $119. The Pool Stayed Ice Cold Our Entire Stay & When I Mentioned It, It Wasn’t Fixed So I Requested A Refund & I Haven’t Gotten It Back Yet. Other Problem Was The Temperature Upstairs But That Was Fixed As Soon As I Mentioned It. Other Than The Pool Not Be Heated As Promised By Payment The House Was Amazing, Spacious, VERY CLEAN, We LOVED The Layout Of The House & I Would Definitely Book Again!

Overall, clean house. Dennis was quick to respond. However, any issues that needed to be addressed required a work order. Game room was unusable because pool sticks did not have tips and foosball players missing bolts (wouldn’t spin). Paid extra for heated pool and spa. It was an inconsistent temperature daily. Plenty of space for our group. Would stay again if issues are addressed.

Overall, it was a great stay for my group. Everyone really enjoyed the place, especially the swimming pool. Unfortunately, we stayed during Milton hurricane so many businesses closed. We did request for the heat pump to warm up the pool so the kids could still swim during the rain. It’s definitely a steal for us to stay in such a beautiful home and community at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place and Dennis. I wish there would be more instruction on how to check out. There wasn't any communication from the host or the Casiola group on the checking out procedures. It could be due to outages that the storm caused that resulted in lack of communication at the end of our trip.

It was nice and clean. Only problem i had was the a/c in the garage did not work well. It stayed hot the whole time. Also the chairs in the dinning room, kitchen and outdoors were very wobbly and almost unsafe to use.

Just give access with a QR code because it is stressful to give your details again when we entered we talked to the host and said that they did not give QR codes for easy access, in terms of cleanliness to a quilt olía a pipi. And offer some car around the place as the distances for the complex's aminities are long and on walking we came up with a viper.

Dennis place was great and as advertised. It was close to downtown Orlando so it was quick to get back and forth. Private area, so it was very peaceful. Place was clean and Dennis also helped with any questions we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

My friends and our families had an amazing time at Dennis' place. We got the pool heated which was great the kids and adults loved it. We also loved the area the oasis club and retreat were so much fun!! The kids and adults had fun on the big water slides at the retreat. The only problem we had was we thought we would have a clothes washer but it was broken. Dennis tried to help but could not fix the problem in our time there so we had to go get some things cleaned elsewhere. Thanks for the great time!

Overall the place was great and met our needs. The place was clean, and the games in the garage were fun to use. The garbage was picked up daily. I did appreciate having enough household items that I didn't need to purchase many. They provided small shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen did have enough supplies for our stay. The only think I needed to purchase was laundy soap, fair enough. There was some issues at check in. The check in said 4:00, we arrived at 3:53. When trying the code to enter it wouldn't work. I called the contact number and was told since we didn't pay $50 for an "early check in" we can't get un till 4:00. I didn't think 7 minutes would be considered early, but I guess technically it is. So we waited 7 minutes standing at the door with one kid needing a bathroom. Then at 4:00 the code still didn't work. I needed to contact them again to get it. There were more issues getting the code to work and finally got in at 4:25.

When we first got there the was an issue with the keypad. Dennis responded immediately to rectify the situation. The home was immaculate. Everything we needed was already at the home just as if we were home for real. I’ve rent a lot of homes through out the years and his house was one of the best and he definitely was the best host I’ve had. I will be renting with him again in the near future and I recommend him to anyone who is thinking about renting a home.
