Dennis was a really good host. always responsive. The property is really nice and exactly as described. the resort is amazing even for kids. easy to go to Disney and Universal theme parks. good price. would stay again.

On arrival, the place looked beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't cool or cold, the ice maker wasn't working, the microwave oven and dishwasher were both broken/without power and unusable, there was a significant leak of water from the HVAC system that caused flooding to a bedroom and the kitchen. We figured out the fridge and eventually the maintenance people reset the control panel to correct the ice maker. They eventually brought us a temporary replacement microwave and never did fix the dishwasher or the HVAC leak, that was collecting 3 gallons of water every 8 hours in a kitchen pot. The responses to our Airbnb messaging did not convert to timely, meaningful action to resolve our issues. This unit (1570 Sandbagger Dr.) is not rented out by an individual (Dennis as suggested on Airbnb) It is being managed by Casiola Orlando. I would strongly recommended that you have a look at their reviews on line before renting. The compensation offered was $70. Beware

I want to thank you for the house I rented, which I found in perfect condition. Everything was in excellent condition, clean and very well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. I really appreciate the dedication and good maintenance of the place.

The place was very accommodating and lots of space. It was a fully stocked kitchen, with all of the things I needed to cook and engage with my family. The pool was nice as well.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house looked just like the pictures. Everything was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Dennis was an absolutely amazing host! We were all very impressed with not only our accommodations but the service as well. We would love to stay at this property again. I can't recommend this place enough.

The place looked just like the pictures. It was easy to check in and get in and even though the email instructions that was provided to get inside the house had the wrong code, I called the 24/7 helpline and they gave me the correct code and we were able to go inside no problem. The waterpark and lazy river are nice! I enjoyed how clean and organize the place was and how everything was smooth and stress free. The security guards in the gates are pretty strict so make sure to list everyone in your party when you book, because if you want to add them after check in as I had to do, they won’t let them get inside with their own cars.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was great. Close to Disney, restaurants, grocery stores and of course, Walmart. We took daily walks around the community with out dogs and it was very peaceful. The property was fantastic.

Beautiful decor, easy and quick communication. Pool was nice and heated for us when we arrived. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Nice touch of Double Stuff Oreos on the counter waiting for us! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. I loved how you walk in, and it looks exactly like the photos. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and kitchenware to cook with. Dennis was so responsive via messaging on the Airbnb app. I would come back again. And the pool was so fun!

Outstanding accommodations! Very comfortable, clean and spacious! Lots of extras in the kitchen to make it totally useful when cooking for a family. Love the gated community and central location to so many amenities. Heated pool was perfect with kids and it absolutely felt like a second home! We have stayed in Championsgate previously but this townhome felt far more welcoming and had more extras like coffee and cleaning supplies to get us thru the week. Completely recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the house! We definitely felt right at home and it's very big and spacious. I was super clean and stocked, really everything needed, and Dennis responded super quick when we arrived and I had an inquiry to make her. Really great everything!

Dennis was very responsive and tried to help with issues that came up in the house.Good community environment, quiet, suitable for vacation.But there are three things that don't feel good: 1, the room leaks, there are two days to use a bucket to pick up the rain, said to send someone to fix it, but it did not rain afterwards; 2. I have a newborn that I hope the check-out time can be delayed, there is no agreement, that there are customers to move in after cleaning.But when I went back to drop things off at 12, there was no one.My next host was kind enough to let me check in in the morning, otherwise I don't know how to move our things; 3. After moving out, I offered to compensate me for more than 100 dollars, saying that the sofa cushion was broken (it was broken when my wife said it was broken), and there were dirty marks on the carpet, but I see the photo is very small, I think it should be normal to stay for three weeks, otherwise why have people clean after the customer moved out.

Dennis’ place was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and there are several restaurants and shops nearby. We would love to stay again!

Dennis was very responsive, even when I missed a few of his messages. He was so helpful and we truly appreciated that. His place was very clean and felt like home. It’s a gated community so we felt safe at all times. It’s about 30 mins from parks but was an easy drive and I appreciated being away from the city noise. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in Florida.

Absolutely beautiful home ! Would definitely rent again . Host was always available and responsive within seconds (i thought it was automated responses lol) only bad thing i can think of was the wait times at the gate to enter the premises. The pool and water park at the Oasis club was always a good time. The pool in the back was fairly clean will definitely pay for heat specifically for the nighttime ( daytime was perfect)House was spotless upon arrival . Temperature of the house always good. Was unaware the pool cleaner would just walk in through the back 😯 a little scary if im not expecting anyone. Next time please give a heads up. Other than that perfect everything! I stayed in the master suite…2nd floor . Just want to say ahead of time thank you for the leg excercises lol. Thank you for allowing my party and i in your home we had an amazing time. 💕💕

This home was located in a popular area located next to all the attractions and nigh life. Check in was at 4pm, I received a call at 3pm stating my check in time would be delayed to 5pm due to the condition of the home from the last occupants. I arrived at location a little after 5pm. Cars were backed up from the gate to main street with visitors and residents trying to get through the check point. Once I finally made it to check point, the guard told me my reservation was not in the system, which meant I had to go through the line again. I called to confirm my reservation, and the system was updated by the time I made it back to check point.

The place was nice and spacious. Clean area, easy to find things like iron, play pen, stroller although we didn’t use the stroller. They did provide Fans for those who like to sleep with one, which I loved. Pool was pretty clean! Location was easy to find. All but one tv was a Roku television so I got to catch up on a show or 2 while I had some free time. Had a couple of issue out of Dennis control. First issue was when we first arrived the gate stated that the apartment wasn’t booked which actually was incorrect but Dennis easily and quickly fixed. Second the barcode scanner was done so each time we left the division and came back we had to wait in a very long line especially between 4-9 which is around the time other people are checking in. The people at the gate printed out my ticket with a “ large barcode” so when I arrived to the pool area I couldn’t scan my barcode and they were giving a hard time about printing another but again Dennis QUICKLY and easily fixed it.

This house was exactly as described in the listing. It is nicely situated in the middle of everything you need. The free access to Champions gates pools and amenities was perfect for staying close to home and was very close to Theme parks and shopping. There was also a free shuttle service to get you around the community.
