Sad to say we didn’t enjoy as much as we could of. The positive reviews threw us off because upon walking in you could see this place was rarely cleaned. Walls left half patched, walls never cleaned, a roach on the bed, a previous guest’s vomit on the wall next to a bunk bed. The carpet so unbelievably dirty, we couldn’t be barefoot and all the furniture flimsy or broken. We couldn’t even use the space outside because the chairs were all broken but one.

Look bettercthan pictures!! Very clean quiet well worth the $$!! If i had to say anything wrong, maybe new cooking supplies & there where very small bugs in bathroom sink area!! But overall i give 5stars...

Good place for the price. A few dishes were dirty with lipstick stains or fingerprints from previous guests which makes me wonder how good of a job the cleaners do. Could use a few upgrades and outdoor lighting for the patio space. Overall would recommend.

Overall had a great time, the house was beautiful, great amenities, it was clean upon arrival and was very comfortable to stay in. My only problem was that the breaker tripped so the two guest rooms didn’t have A/C half the time but that’s not your fault so I didn’t penalise the review seeing as that is something that can be fixed! Everything was phenomenal, definitely recommend 5/5. The host is very responsive and apt to helping with any issues you may come across. Great hosts Casiola is definitely top tier.

Some of the reviews say it doesn’t look as good as the pictures but I can’t agree with that. The house was even better than the pictures and beautiful in person. Very nice decor and very clean. Had no problems checking in at the gate and had lovely stay with my family.

So there was a few things that was not done to my satisfactory and that is the cookwares. I’ll advice people to check them when they check in. The vents were full of dust and the curtains by the back door had stains which the host said were minor issues. Also , there was mold in the showers so just have to be mindful of that but Dennis did have the cleaning lady come back to resolve the issue. Just an FYI, the full size beds were not comfortable and was too low to the ground. From my point of view, the home just needs a bit of a deep clean and maintenance/ plumbing work, and upgraded cookwares.

Place was great , close to park with a drive , gated community, good pool , only things I would suggest is bring your own towels and buy trash bags . Other then that it was a great stay for me and my family (:

The layout of the house is great. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space without us being all over eachother. The kitchen is well-equipped. Google sent us to the wrong entrance, and it took 45 minutes to find the right one, so make sure you are being directed to the right gate! Also, no trailers are allowed, so if you are travelling for a competition like we were, make other plans for your trailer. House is pretty far (i.e., you need to drive) from the lazy river and restaurant.

From the time we checked in until check out, everything was great! Dennis responded to every email super quick and didn’t hesitate to help with whatever I needed. The place was clean which made it much more comfortable for my family and I. I would recommend and I look forward to staying at his place again.

The house was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. the house however was not as clean as I expected and it said in the reviews it was a very high level of cleanliness and so I would assume during covid they would take this a little more serious. all of the bathrooms have soap scum around the edges and it needed to be swept and mopped in the entire house. The outside was pretty dirty as well. They left very minimal cleaning supplies we had to go out and buy trash bags laundry soap dish soap excetera so a few more of these items would be great being that we stayed for a week and three trash bags was not nearly enough. The communication was very hard and the host did not respond when it was something not going right on his end. The people from the company were very helpful. I scheduled a late checkout at 4 p.m. when I first scheduled the house. It was not written in the plan and had to push the time to 2 p.m. which was okay. And I made arrangements around that. the day before we were leaving I got a check out saying we needed to be out by 11 and I responded saying that we had agreed upon a late check-out. I never heard anything from the host and the next day check out day comes at 10 a.m. I get a text saying we need to be out by 11 So I responded with the receipt of the late check-out and all the hosts did was say that they would not be able to honor that and we needed to be out by 11. I had no car or ride at that point and paid for the late check-out. I was not happy about that and very poor communication and carelessness. when leaving my mom left a necklace on the dresser that was very special to her we realize this right away and called and nobody ever checked or did anything. I called several times at my mom called it was a very special necklace that her mother had given her and she just passed away. Explain this all in great detail and not care to respond or probably even check. I still had a great time and I would still booked this house however I'm not sure if I would like to use this host mostly because of the communication issues. Or lack thereof. When I spoke of any problems it seems there was no response for days. I did however love the house and the area and everything about the check in was fairly smooth. The features on the house we're pretty nice and the beds were comfortable. I thought they could use a couple extra blankets but I guess it is Florida. thanks again

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Easy check in. However, bedding and sheets are not clean. And the rug in the living room looks like a party had taken place. I’ll never stay again.

The place is solid and a lot of space for the money! Also the grounds are massive and very secure. The little things like not having any cleaning products left for us to clean counters or day to day messes after meals was frustrating. There’s a slow leak somewhere in the entry way that I cleaned up a few times but I can’t tell where it’s coming from. Towel hangers were weak and kept falling off in the bathrooms. Other than those little details the beds were great and the host was very communicative and we were able to check in early and out late which was so helpful for our travel itinerary needs. Also the place was clean and had plenty of pillows which I loved!!! I’d come back especially knowing how to navigate the place now. Thank you!

This location was great. The house was just like the pictures represented. The amenities were great and the staff was very professional. We had plenty of room and made great memories. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay, however it’s about 20 minutes away from Disney. We did a lot of driving back and fourth and I thought it was much closer per the description. The place had a small pool for the kids and only 3 bathrooms as there were 4 listed on the description. Place was fairly clean but some of the common areas had inconsistencies in the cleanliness especially on the floors , and baseboards. I would stay here again but hope they can give the place a lift.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dennis’s place, it was well worth it . Everything was perfect , it was neat , clean and exactly like the pictures. I literally had no issues. There were plenty of extra wash rags and towels and lots of space. This is ten perfect place to just get away. The location was great and everything. I definitely recommend booking this if you are traveling to Orlando any time soon. :)

This is a lovely home I would highly recommend. The pictures shows how lovely this home looks but it's even more beautiful in person. When I return to Orlando this will definitely be our preferred place to stay.

Not at all what I expected.When you pull in there is security so you think oh it’s going to be very nice and safe. Upon arrival There was trash outside everywhere. When we walked in one of the bedrooms Was not cleaned.The couch was broken there were missing Pieces from the blinds. The bathroom toilet was wobbly, Another bathroom the toilet paper holder was sitting on the ground and was missing from the wall. At night We discovered you can see directly in the bathroom window where the shower was. Also after flipping the pillow over there was a blood stain on the pillow case. People were partying and loud music all night, it was very trashy and felt like I was on the wrong side of town. If you are with your friends and wanted to party this is for you if you were with your children AVOID AVOID AVOID .. I did not feel safe having my kids outside....

no no response possibly I never got one with the code to check in or even instructions to check in so I never got to stay there they called me the next day to ask how my stay was going even though I never received the instructions to get in
