Dennis was a good communicator and responded promptly. I wasn’t able to make this trip because I got Covid the day before. Dennis and his team refused to fully refund me but thankfully Airbnb stepped in and did so. I could say more about my experience like the home being sold the day before we were set to travel and how we were given a smaller much less valuable one but I digress. My mom taught me that if can’t say Nothing good then don’t say anything disappointment will not be expressed. I will be wiser in my decisions the next time I stay in the Orlando area

Getting in wasn’t great, had trouble at the gate to resort and keypad at house was not set up. We did arrive late in the day and a day early, but did give a few hours heads up. The place was good not great. Beds comfy. Dennis was always very responsive which was appreciated.

Great location . Pool was heated super hot. Dennis was responsive. Home could be a fixed up a little / painted inside. It looks dirty with all the stains but it was clean. Would stay again. The staff at the gate were great. Everything is close by .

Great staying. Just wish I could’ve known about the pool before. The water is cold and there is a fee for them to turn on the heather. But overall, everything great.

Listing was not even close to its description. It indicates a resort like back yard with plenty of privacy. The pool is smaller than it looks and backs up to 5 other homes where you can see and hear everyone while they party all night long. The listing states optional pool heat for $35/day. They even recommended it from Nov - April. However the hot tub is not hot and it never mentioned that is extra too. The game room is just a garage. It is too small for the pool table and the floor is sloped. The games are very unstable. We were afraid to use them as they seemed like they were going to fall apart. The hot water heater leaks so the floor was always wet in the game room. Lastly, they email you telling you that you have express check in and go straight to the house. They don’t mention you can’t. You have to wait in a 30 minute line at the guard shack to get a pass to enter the neighborhood. If you want to come earlier to avoid this, of course they will charge you more.

the BBQ had a bunch of loose gas pipes. this is a tragedy waiting to happen. If you rent this house I recommend to not use the BBQ, it might cause an explosion. I mentioned that to the owner but never got an answer. Also, I recommend to take pictures after you check in, this owner is trying to charge me a replacement for a super old bar stool that is missing 2 screws that I never touched it. The house itself is just OK, if you can get it for cheap it might worth it. You get sun in the pool just in the morning and it is surrounded by other houses, so no privacy in the pool. The location is also not good, it has a lot of traffic to Disney and other parts of the city.

Pictures are deceiving to say the least. Carport in the living area/TV room was disgusting, chair had a broken leg and shower door in the master bedroom is falling apart. Service was extremely awful. Stay away from this place.

Spacious. The host was very gracious to help switch houses, and also allow an extra day because of the weather. The area rug could use some deep cleaning. Pool table area was smaller than expected and the table is uneven. The washer and dryer were extremely dirty on the inside. Other than that, everything was fine.

It’s was a great stay besides the extra charge for the jacuzzi and heated pool. And pool table has a tilt in it, so balls would roll off to the side.

Very nice location and house to stay in, but there are some things they should be more clear on. The hot tub requires a payment each night you use it (25$ for the nights and 25$ to have someone come in and turn it on) and the space for the pool table is very small. The pool seems bigger in the pictures as well. Overall it was a great stay but the listing should be more clear on its amenities.

This place was very stylish and beautiful. Beautiful location. Access to oasis pool club that has a lazy river, huge pool, and tiki bar ! Great for all ages. I had a great time with my family ! Thank you
