We stayed at this property for our son’s first birthday weekend, and unfortunately it fell well short of what was listed. The house itself was beautiful, but we found roaches throughout our stay — not the experience you want with a baby and family around. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked, so we missed the NBA championship game we’d planned around. The jacuzzi wasn’t offered as an add-on at booking — instead, we were asked for an additional $105 after arrival, plus a $35 surcharge for booking it post-reservation, with no guarantee it would even be heated in time for us to use it. We declined. The master bathroom lights flickered the entire stay; a technician was sent out to fix it, but the issue was never actually resolved. When we raised these issues through the property’s messaging service, instead of working toward a resolution, we were essentially accused of causing the roach problem ourselves — which was both inaccurate and unprofessional.
