Home was as advertised. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. It was very exciting to see that there was a waterpark on the property. It was minor scratches and hand prints on the walls. Dennis was very communicative and ask did I need someone to come over to fix it while we was there but it wasn’t a huge ordeal to me. I would stay here again.

We've just stayed at this place as a group of 7 (2 couples and a family of 3) and I must say it's exactly as described and exactly as you see in the pictures. Check in was flawless (except we arrived early so had to wait an hour at the pool bar!), the place was spotlessly clean and the decore to an amazing standard. we come to Orlando every couple of years for holidays and will be contacting Dennis for our next trip.

The house was nice .Except the movie theater was fake ,didn’t work. The Spa / Hot tub didn’t get no hotter than the pool.Don’t pay the pool/spa heating fee package. The hot tub won’t get any hotter than the pool and they know that. I went round and round with Dennis about it.He just kept feeding me BS.

The house was beautiful and great for the number of guests we had, however for the price we paid I was surprised to find some things missing and or in need of repair. We had no cooking tray, large bowls, remotes missing batteries, projector not working. They were responsive to our messages and provided the missing items. The projector was not fixed during our stay, two of the beds desperately need to be replaced and the “hot tub” was actually a spa and did not heat up anymore than the pool, despite us paying a hefty heating fee. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags as only very minimal were provided in a large home set to host a family of 9. All in all, the house was nice and served the purpose for our family but not what we expected for the price we paid. Also, the photo of the home is a model home and behind the pool is a bunch more pools not the lake as shown. I also would note that this property is rented by a company and not an individual as it seemed.

Dennis was a very responsive host. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered in a heartbeat. The place was beautiful- the best stay I could’ve picked for my family and I. So many things nearby and many amenities to take advantage of! I would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay and enjoyed our time there. I had a few plans for movie night for my kids up stairs so it was a bummer that didn’t work. Other than that the place was great.

Excellent location, exactly what I was looking for, close to my family, tourist areas and MCO airport. Very close to supermarket, pharmacy, shops, etc. I would definitely stay again. 💯

I booked this Airbnb for a party of 12 for my boyfriend’s birthday party and it was AMAZING! The place looks just like the pictures. The host was very fast, friendly and helpful with communication. Minor inconveniences was only a light not working in one of the rooms which I did not notice till the 2nd to last day so I did not mention to the the host. (I’m pretty sure they would’ve handled the situation since all other communication was fast and helpful.) The LED lights in the living room did not work; at least we couldn’t figure out where they were or how to turn on. Other than that everything was spot on and very nice! 5+ stars across the board! Next vacation will definitely be with this host/company. Thank You Dennis!

The house was exactly as the pictures and description said it would be. Clean, big and beautiful. My kids enjoyed the game room and spent more time in the pool than we expected they would…making the small cost to heat it completely worth it. Communication with Dennis was a breeze…he was very quick in answering any of my questions. Thank you for making us feel at home while away from our home.

Lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Check in was a breeze but since this was a company and not an individual there were fees associated for any additional accommodations. We booked this for the private hot tub. It is not a hot tub. It is a “spa” connected to a pool. To heat the “spa” to a warmer temp there is a pool heating fee that does not guarantee the spa heat above 80. I felt that this should have been stated in the description. The towel hooks in 2 bathrooms were not secure. The company was notified and quickly responded, but failed to fix them and were still not secured. Pros: -Large house -Quick response to issues -Gated community -Club house -Game room Cons: -Not a private hot tub. The hot tub is not near the house, it is in the rec center. -Theater room doesn’t have any thing connected to the projector to watch something. -No extra blankets or throws We loved this bnb but wish there was more clarity in the description.
