The home was very nice on the outside but has unexpected maintenance issues such as the sliding door handle was broken and there wasn’t a base board not scuffed in the entire house. When I arrived there was a water hose in the pool and other pool items out laying around. Bathroom exhaust fans have never been cleaned. During my stay Dennis was very helpful and I shared all of the photos with them to make others stay better. All together I feel like they should adjust the price to accommodate their maintenance needs to property to look more like the photos.

Dennis’s place was so delightful. We had the most amazing and memorable time there! It was easy to check in and Dennis was absolutely great at responding to all of my questions! Would definitely book again!

It was a pleasant stay, little something that Hurricane Milton also came for a while... but the house offered us what we were looking for: spacious, close to Disney, universal and kennedy and protection from Milton Compared to 2 hotel rooms, this is a more cost effective solution, similar in price but much,more facilities and freedom

The house was exceptional, and the location was good, exactly matching the images I had seen. I would undoubtedly rate my experience 5 stars. It was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

Very nice & clean place. Beautiful interior and exterior. Very quiet. Just didn’t like how our pool heat didn’t work for a day and we didn’t get our money back. But other then that great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was exactly what we needed. The area was very safe and was a great neighborhood. I will say though the place was not very clean upon arrival. I messaged Dennis right away and he was responsive and said the cleaning crew could come back out which was very appreciated. Overall I would book this place again but think cleaning needs extra effort. Thanks for a great stay!

We had to quickly book another rental after the one we booked months and advanced was canceled right before our trip. We ended up paying almost $800 more for this place and while it was beautiful and spacious, we had several issues: not being able to timely check in, not being thoroughly cleaned (we found trash and dirt in multiple places and could tell it was a rush job), broken blinds laying on the floor (most of the patio blinds are missing), stained sheets, etc. What was most frustrating was the ant and bug infestation. We had to throw away $60 worth of cookies and a $150 birthday cake (both tightly wrapped in boxes) because of being overtaken by ants. Even after the supposedly laid bait, there were still ants everywhere in the kitchen. In addition, there were millipedes found in various parts of the house. They offered no concession for the ruined cookies for my sister’s birthday (after that we didn’t even bother writing about the cake). They didn’t communicate about when they would be coming to fix things (both times we were away from the house). We had to keep following up with them for updates. We were constantly wiping down and trying to get rid of the ants, and guard anything we attempted to cook but it was too much. This was really a disappointment. We spent so much money on this rental and it was just not clean or comfortable because of the bugs. It could have been a really nice getaway for my sister’s birthday, but rushing through cleaning is only going to perpetuate the problem.

There where alot of things that needed to get fixed but Dennis did a great job in communicating effectively and was very proactive. I would book this property again. Location is convenient and the rooms were nice. Pool was also great. Defined recommend to add the heating.

Location is perfect for any of the Disney parks or Universal etc. The house is huge and could easily fit 2 families in although the pool is on the small size compared to surrounding properties. The photos are somewhat out of date as the kitchen / lounge area now has a dining table and chairs too with plenty of room it’s a great use of the space. Dennis was on the most part extremely quick to respond to any questions. We were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness, which we relayed to Dennis and hopefully has been taken on board.

No personality, broken amenities, broken furniture and even a broken jacuzzi. Although this place was clean, it had zero personality and was a huge disappointment. This was made worse by the fact that the company who owns/manages this property is looking to cash in on everything. They eve have a pool heating fee. Very disappointed with this stay.

This house was beautiful and it was exactly as I expected. It was clean the pool is beautiful, and there’s a lovely spot in the backyard for tanning. The neighborhood is safe. I would highly recommend this house

Would not book with Dennis. He has poor communication after he has received payment for your stay. My family and I went without internet for our entire stay and he had no sense of urgency to correct it. The first 2 days we were there it was bad weather so it would have been great to have working internet and to not have to stream using our hotspots. Other than the internet and the dirty sheets, the home is beautiful. We loved the pool and the location was great as well. But the poor communication and no internet sort of ruined the trip and Dennis didn't seem to care. I spent my entire trip messaging him and Airbnb and calling them. Not once did Dennis pick up the phone to call me even though I requested to speak with him twice. Would not book with him again.

The house itself is spectacular, perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Very spacious and clean. Sadly the house did not have WiFi our full stay , and when contacting Dennis it was unable to be fixed. Reception wasn’t the best so WiFi was definitely needed.

Villa is beautiful as seen in the pics. Our pool heater was broken and was not fixed our entire stay. Huge disappointment! Otherwise great experience!

Clean beautiful spacious place. The spa didn’t get hot at all. But overall my family had amazing time. And Dennis was very responsive. I loved that they provide xtra products such as tissue and garbage bags too. That was a plus!!

We stayed in Dennis's house for six weeks during quarantine and had a great time. The house has so much space, very beautiful and a great environment for a group or family trip. Would definitely recommend!

I appreciated the stay with my family at 650 Lasso Drive. The home was so large we weren't able to utilize all rooms. We were very happy with how responsive Dennis was. Pre-order pool heating.
