Dennis and the house were great! The only issue was with Casiola (the actual company) their guest list would not update so we had a hard time getting in and our pool turned green the last three days and we couldn’t use it. We had to call repeatedly and couldn’t get answers at first. Someone finally came out to “clean” it Saturday afternoon but it was still bright green.

Good house, very spacious, game room just need to be updated on the site. No ping pong table anymore, now there is an air hockey table. The free standing game console is no longer there. The Xbox is there but if you don’t have an account, you can’t play anything. Dennis was helpful with questions and quick to respond

House was great for our large group. Fun themed rooms. Lots of easily accessible restaurants and stores. Central to local tourist destinations, like Disney and Universal.

Had a great stay. Had several things that were broke but were very responsive and took care of everything they were able to. Said they would turn heat on for pool at no cost for any inconveniences but pool never got warmer. Thoroughly enjoys stay and water park. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Property is gorgeous and spacious, super comfortable for my family of 14. The game room was the best; kids had a blast with the pool table and ping pong, Xbox was a plus. House has everything you need, pots, pans, everything. There’s new salt, pepper and olive oil spray for your use. 9 minute walk to the lazy river and other amenities. I had a problem with the fridge and Dennis responded right away, great communication. Easy check in with door code. Will stay again if in the area.

We had a great time here, everything was just as described, roomy, great space, private pool and game room was awesome. We did have a few maintenance and cleanliness issues but Dennis always responded quickly and fixed any issues. Use of the resort was also a great additive and we enjoyed it very much. Would recommend to anyone, it's a distance away from all parks but we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle!!!

This place was really nice. Love the location. Because it was the holiday, the stores and restaurants were packed. The wait for us to check in initially was also long. The game room games didn’t work and movie room didn’t seat all of our guest. Other than that the experience was great. I would recommend and I would book again.

Great stay…worth the price. We had a large party and there was enough space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, plates, and all appliances. Make sure your guests are registered with the resort beforehand so that you won’t have trouble checking in at the gate.

I was able to get in the resort, but my family had a little trouble. I just called support and my family was able to get in promptly. The keypad code didn’t work. The house was nice. I feel as if upstairs can use a few updates, but for the price, you can’t complain. The pool was clean, and the house was fully stocked with dishes, and a few toiletries. Dennis is nice. I would definitely stay with the company again. The resort is well kept and beautiful. My family really enjoyed ourselves

Overall would rate the place five stars. There were some bumps on a few different things but Dennis was quick to respond and did his best to resolve any issues which is all you can ask for. The resort area was very nice with local restaurants within a 10 minute drive and the actual resort was within a 10-minute walk of the house. The drive to Disney and downtown Orlando turned out to be about 45 minute drive each way due to traffic. The backyard pool was nice the house had plenty of amenities and plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The game room was a huge hit with our group of young to teenage kids although it does need some work to get everything up and running. Did not deter from the experience for us though. The price was right for our group and looking forward to coming back

Horrible! We never received checkin info, had to wait 2 hours at gate because they failed to put me in the system than they because locked out of the system have to give me a different address to go through gate 2 hours later. Arrived at the house door was already unlocked house smells of pet downstairs, ping pong table net is broken arcade games doesn’t work Do Not Exited out of sliding door it locks you out of the when you close the door and there is no way to get back in if you have other doors lock. Bathroom door in bathroom that goes to pool gets suck very hard to open. Upstairs master bedroom smells like poop we had to get plug in because Dennis wouldn’t move us to a different house we have to cancel dinner plans an have take out because someone had to be left behind so we could get back into the home or leave the door unlocked. Be aware of this HOME and HOST it was horrible the house and host
