Português We stayed at this house in Orlando for 9 days and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, offering everything we needed during our stay. The location was also excellent, which made our trip even more practical and enjoyable. One point that deserves to be highlighted is the host: extremely attentive, always available to help us and offer support in any need. This made all the difference and made us even more at ease. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the hospitality and support you have given us. We’ve stayed at a few Air BNB’s in Championsgate and this one by far was the nicest. Looked exactly as the photos with a more modern decor than others, huge space inside, and gorgeous natural backyard. Only negatives were that we paid for the heat in the pool and hot tub and while the pool was very well heated, the hot tub was just the same temp as the pool, not hot tub temp. Also, there are a few little repairs that were annoying such as loose towel fixtures and toilet paper roll holders, and head’s up, they aren’t kidding about bare minimum bathroom toiletries, one bar of soap to share for the shower and sink for each bathroom, so bring along some extra soap. However, these negatives didn’t effect our 5 star rating because the home was lovely, beds were comfy, and most importantly, the resort clubs (Oasis and the Retreat) were where we spent most of our time anyways and they were fantastic! Bring your own towels, and you can’t bring in food or drink, but otherwise wonderful!

We booked this house as a last-minute stay (the morning of our arrival) and Dennis was AWESOME. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. We had a few questions while we were there, and Dennis got back to me immediately. We are up in this area several times a year and will definitely try to stay in one of Dennis's rentals. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Dennis is a wonderful host prompt & responsive. In a huge community (Champions Gate), the place has its pros and cons. Has a maintenance team that deploys quickly to address issues. However, it was largely reactive maintenance. Place had limited to no preventative maintenance. Had low water pressure in the all showers, 2 coz of dirt accumulation that was addressed. The X-box in wasn’t working couldn’t be fixed in time. Game room is in garage & so not connected to HVAC. Space heater wasn’t adequately heating in made it unplayable. Was cautioned by the host that spa-pool heating is dependent on outside temps. The pool heating system although reportedly working left the water chilly and unusable during the chilly weather during our stay. Boys were disappointed lot, had to play in cold water. If considering a heated spa/pool to get some fun time for children in the pool during winter season, avoid booking this place. If heated spa-pool is not a requirement then ABSOLUTELY go for it.

The place is beautiful, spacious, exactly how it looks in the pictures. They also offer bbq without fee. The only big thing for me it was the cleaning. The house unfortunately wasn’t clean that way it should be. They offer to send me the cleaners again but I didn’t want to be bother on my vacation. Denis always available to answer questions and try to help.

This was a beautiful home with great amenities. My favorite part of this home had to be the host! Dennis is the best host that we’ve ever had! He was very responsive and answered my questions so quickly, that I wondered if I had even sent my message yet when I received an answer. There are so many beautiful homes in the Orlando area, but having a great host really makes the experience worth while.

The communication was great! Good for a big family. A little sad the grill was broke but still had a great time. We had some pool players and they was looking for more sturdy pool sticks and chalk lol. This was a good house. His staff and him was on point.

The place has a serious pest issue. There are bed bugs in the bedrooms, fire ants in the backyard, and all sorts of flying bugs inside and right outside the house. You have to run through the front door to escape the bugs. I went out of my way to message the host before we checked in to express how a clean house is very important to my group especially in a pandemic but we were still left disappointed and upset with our stay

Overall the home was okay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals and hosting a group. Loved having a bathroom right near the pool. Outdoor living area was nice as well but the ants were really bad. Cleanliness was a major issue for us throughout the home. Our group was forced to clean because we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the kitchen. Game room lights were a little difficult to navigate being that the lights would not stay on for over half hour if we didn’t unplug and turn off everything else in the house that wasn’t being used.

Details like dirty dishes and cutlery. Stainless towels but there were some with hair. The floor had some dust. They are just details but each guest is charged a fee for cleaning and they should clean better. I would give them 5 stars but on the 2nd day of the stay the pool was dirty. It looks like the engine was off, please call to notify 2pm of the situation. They told me that I would send someone who never arrived and we called several times 4pm, 6pm and 8pm and we took the children out of the water and we didn't allow them to get in until they verify the pool. We lost all of Saturday on that. Sunday 1pm they cleaned it and after 2 hours we were able to get into the water.

Overall, the value of this property is excellent. We were off of the main road and the pool faced a natural grass area instead of other homes we saw on the road directly. The house was super clean and provided everything we needed in the kitchen and toiletries for the bathrooms (conditioner and a hair dryer would have been nice, however). The check-in was smooth using a door code. I wish we had known what time the housing neighborhood's gate opened and closed, because we had issues with Ubers coming to pick us up that could not access the area, or we ourselves could not come back at night after a day at Epcot because the gate was already locked. The gate is not manned by an in-person attendant, so we needed to call security. It ended up working out. The trash situation was the only thing I'd say was a little confusing. We were not notified ahead of time where to leave trash, and there were no instructions about recycling. We did our best to keep clean until we figured everything out. Lastly, the house is absolutely gorgeous and worked well for our needs, but there were a couple of things that were clear signs that the house was built quickly for the purpose of becoming an Airbnb and not a real home. For example, some of the door handles and paper towel holders were installed so haphazardly they kept falling off the doors and walls, and we had to stick them back on, hahaha. But despite everything, I would absolutely recommend the space. The pool was a huge benefit we took advantage of often, although the water was somehow always hot.

The place is beautiful and clean, our guests like it. They prepared the cleaning package,enough paper towels,garbage bag,body washer,hair washer....It is very convenient for guests.They even prepared a welcome gift for us. The property manager alway reply us very fast.It is almost perfect except the temperature of the water of swimming pool.We paid USD$75 for swimming pool heating for three days.But the first night when we arrived,we found the water was not warm ,even the sunna pool is cold too.The second day,after talked to the manager,someone came to adjust the temperature,but it was just little better,still cold.The last day,we decided to do something by ourselves.Because we really want to enjoy the swimming and sunna pool.But we failed to adjust the temperature by ourselves,it was more cold.We enjoy our stay and like the place,but we were disappointed about the swimming pool.We paid but can’t enjoy it.

This is an amazing home that’s tastefully decorated. Although it’s about 30 miles from Orlando airport, it’s only about 15 miles to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. Loved having a grocery store and restaurants close by. The host was very responsive and is a great communicator. Our family looks forward to staying again in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful. So much space. We added the pool heating option for our entire stay and that was my favorite place to be. The area was quiet and felt very safe. All the theme parks and fun spots are close. Communication with Dennis was great. Excellent value for your money! We definitely recommend this home and will be back for sure!

You can expect to be in the best position of safety as firstly, the home is located in a gated community. The house is so clean which is honestly my number #1 protocol for an extensive costly airbnb!

Fantastic house with everything you need! Everything was spotlessly clean, the pictures don't do it justice. Good quality technology and comfortable beds and sofas. The pool was amazing and warm. The house is located about 30 minutes from Disney and Universal and just a couple of minutes drive away from the complex. Didn't want to leave!
