The place was great I loved the bedrooms and the furniture but I had a few issues. A couple blinds were on the floor of the house when we arrived and we found one inside the pantry, I’m not sure if they fall a lot but we just left them there. The whole right side of the burners on the stove weren’t heating up good. I had to just use the bottom left burner to cook. My friend told me that her tv was not working but the tv in mine did work, we were outside most of the time so it wasn’t a big big deal but the house was supplied with the little things we needed and we still enjoyed our stay

My experience at this property was very disappointing. Dennis did respond to my messages and tried to help, but unfortunately all he could do was say he was reaching out to the management team. None of my concerns were actually resolved during my stay. When I arrived, the home had a bad smell. Housekeeping never returned to address it. I also experienced a lockout because the property wasn't being properly maintained. The home has potential to be a nice place to stay, but there are many things that need to be repaired or updated. It felt run-down in several areas. One of the biggest issues was that I had no Wi-Fi for the entire weekend. I reported it immediately, but nothing was done. The only solution I was offered was for someone to come out on the day I was checking out. Since checkout was at 11:00 a.m., that wasn't helpful at all. What concerned me most was the lack of on-site support. If you have a lockout, maintenance issue, or any other problem, you're basically on your own.

Dennis was an extremely attentive and responsive host throughout our stay. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was organized and comfortable, making the stay very enjoyable from start to finish. This is truly one of the best homes I have stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.

The accommodation was great, Dennis was very helpful and the house met all our needs well. It has only an alarm that is often buzzing but we get used to it, it did not bring any negative consequences to our stay. We recommend it!

Absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that these accommodations were something special. Every detail had been thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. We arrived at around 3am and the code did not work. We were so grateful that Dennis responded to our issue immediately and we were able to get inside home. The home was very nice. Only suggestions would be to have more than 1 dish towel and that the fitted sheet on the downstairs bed didn’t quite fit. Overall great first experience for us.

Easy check in and check out. Very safe and secure development. Very responsive every time I messaged. Suggestions that were not a huge in inconvenience to us but might be helpful to the next stay is a few laundry pods or detergent. Better amenities (can open (broke), pizza cutter, bathroom scale, a possibly single use detergents for laundry). I added those really for the next guest or possibly add to the house would be helpful to guest. We really had a great experience and very decently priced for the location and amenities provided. Thank you so much!

great place! Lots of room. Entered the home to a treat left for us, the house was lit up and music playing. it was perfect. They were thought with supplies for the house. I always bring extra trash bags and such and they left enough that I didn't need mine. it was a present surprise. Thanks for the great stay!

Me and my family came into town for a vacation get away. Checking in was great and easy. I would say when you arrive to the property connect your phone to the Wi-Fi. Phone service was a hit or miss in we all have different providers. The house was clean and we’ll stock with the necessities you would need during your stay. Dennis was 100% when it comes to communication in response in a timely manner. We would most definitely stay at this location again.

We had a nice stay. Good location. Nice house but furnishings were a little cheap and the resort was smaller than expected, pictures made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. Also, i thought the resort was within walking distance but you had to drive to it. All and all it was a nice stay.

Location was great. It was a very clean space and exactly what we wanted for our trip. The pool could’ve been a little cleaner but it was still good. Communication was fast and efficient and any questions or needs we had were promptly answered. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is nice but there was a few things that I feel needs a update in the home. The couch downstairs needs either a deep cleaning or just a new couch (it just looks old)... The rugs had stains on them. There was ants crawling on the bed that was driving me n the other guest crazy. I told Dennis and he had a pest control come in the next day. One night we can home n there was 2 big rats outside our door because the garbage people didn't close the leds of the garbage my door to avoid pest. We had to ask a neighbor to help run the rats away from our door.... Besides those issues the house isn't bad once they fix those issues.

I am not one to give bad reviews because reviews can sometimes leave a lot of damage (as I also explained to Dennis). Finding the location was easy, having stores near by was a plus. The check in was fine. Unfortunately, This condo was filthy. The floors were dirty, the showers were dirty and hair caked up in the drain. The pool deck was dirty the slider for the sliding glass door was so dirty, it had old candy, hair and then some. The pool was dirty we had to clean it. The towels left on the bed were damped like they didn’t have enough time to dry. The bed downstairs was broken, I had to stay on top of messaging to make sure someone came to fix it. The boarding on the bottom of the bed was broken, my grandparents still didn’t rest well. Dennis replied and apologized when it came to that but I voiced other concerns he stopped replying. For $1900 this place was a slap in the face. The living room couch was dirty, not to mention one of the legs were broken. The rug in the living room is dirty and wouldn’t stay down. Washer stopped working had to play with it in order for it to work. I sent Dennis this plus more in a message yesterday and I didn’t even receive a response. They’ll do anything to not have to refund you any amount. My family owns a business and this isn’t how you conduct business. Every year we rent an air bnb. We’ve rented from Dennis years ago for our first air bnb and the house was fairly new. But, this? Terrible! We were ready to leave the first night. Never again. I went to him in private and gave him a chance to rectify this but he didn’t. I was asked to give a review and here it is! Use your own discernment when booking!

Pros: This townhome was very clean, well stocked with dishes and a few supplies and very cute and comfortable. It's very close to Disney which was the whole reason we came to Orlando. :) Price was great when you compare to staying on Disney property. We each had our own room vs. staying in 1 or 2 hotel rooms. Cons: The gate situation to get into the development was terrible. The license reader was apparently broken the whole week and everyone had to wait for a live rep (remote) to give clearance. Cars would get really backed up and it would take a long time to get in. Also, this development can get noisy. We really didn't have time to use the nice private pool, but anytime we were outside there was lots of noise. All that to say don't come here expecting peace and quiet. We spent very little time at the townhome besides for sleeping so it didn't really matter to us. The development seems to be a mix of vacationers and probably some full-time residents. Overall the pros outweighed the cons for us. :)

Save yourself a headache and DO NOT rent this home. We arrived at the house with an early check-in to find the house absolutely disgusting! It had clearly not been cleaned and had flies and ants everywhere, dirty dishes in the sink, blood in the floor, dirty pool etc. Even prior to getting into our rental, we had issues because we were not told we had to get a parking pass and in order to do that, we had to wait nearly an hour in line at the clubhouse to get the pass. The clubhouse was not walking distance with our luggage (more than a 15 minute walk) so we had to pay for another Uber ride to get there. The only resolution that was offered to this mess was the $75 we paid for early check-in to be refunded, so getting money back for services we did not receive. Dennis was not helpful and didn’t respond for a couple hours at the onset of this chaos, leaving my children and I with no where to go. Please don’t make the same mistake we did!

My Family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was really clean and equipped with everyday essentials that made us feel at home. The location was perfect!!! Only issue we had was entering the gated community. The gate operation was very dysfunctional. When entering, we were directed to press the call button to be let in . Many times we got a busy signal or no answer at all. Often times residents would drive in once another car ahead was able to get inside. Other than that our stay was perfect.

This townhouse is beautiful! We didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately because we were out majority of our stay. Our maps gps took directly to the address, but since the home is located on the other side of the front main entrance, there was no guard and only an intercom. We didn’t know what to do but eventually figured it out by driving around the property and finding the front entrance to ask. No issues from there on out, we really enjoyed our stay and Dennis was awesome! He was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It’s a bit a ways away from Disneyworld, but that’s what we expected and it wasn’t too bad. Everything went smoothly, would book again!

This space looks just like the pictures! It was beautiful and very, very clean. The management team response time was very quick, even at late hours. If you’re adding pool heating, specify the hours you want the pool to be heated otherwise it will be set to 9am-8pm (which isn’t necessary during the day). Otherwise great stay!

House is in great shape and clean. Prepare to get a busy signal on the entrance gate, whenever you'd like to return to the house. This isn't the hosts fault, but waiting up to 10 minutes every time you'd like to come home is annoying. Most people where driving through the EXIT gate when another car would leave.

AC at 66 degrees at the first night, very cold for babies and the maintenance got in the house only on the end of the next day. The pool was dirty with cans, plastic cups, champagne cork, we couldn’t use the pool for the first 3 days bc the maintenance got there to clean it on the third day only! The barbecue was dirty with old peaces of meat, there was a chicken bone on the top of the screen in the pool area. Ants around the pool and in the Kitchen floor. My husband found a black widow spider in the pool area where the babies were playing and a second kind of spider too. The answers from the casiola team weren’t accurate bc each time we had to speak with a different member (and they took time to answer too). The water park is in a different neighborhood (what they don’t mention) and we didn’t have our names on the list on the first day, we had to wait the Casiola team contact the gate to put our names on the list to get in it. The good thing was that the house inside was clean, but bed sheets everywhere in the leaving room. And we are still waiting for a replay from Airbnb team. Very frustrating!
