Dennis and his team at Casiola were very thoughtful and professional. The house is great and easy to access. I recommend the house to everyone who is going to spend their holidays in the Orlando area with family and/or friends.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay here! The home was very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and location was perfect, close to the parks and a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. The towels, toiletries and cooking utensils were very useful and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Dennis is definitely a phenomenal host and extremely responsive. All the amenities were clearly listed and we knew exactly what to expect. The pool was perfectly heated and the unit was well equipped. Additionally, this is the appropriate distance from Disney and has a great Clubhouse for the kids. I truly appreciated that they did provide 2 days worth of cleaning supplies like dishwasher tablet, washer tablet etc. It's the small stuff that goes a long way. This is our second time in this unit and I would definitely go back.

The house was nice, but no air conditioning was on the first floor. A maintenance man confirmed that we needed an A/C tech and that it would take 24 hours. I contacted the “association,” and they told us we had to wait and that no houses were available to move us to (that was at 7 PM). Between the back and forth, they told us they had a home available at midnight; by the time we moved everything and everyone, it was almost 4 AM. Dennis was great; this review isn’t veered towards him but more so the inconvenience the association put us through, which could have been avoided.

This house was perfect in all way. Only 20 mins from Disney and for people who love to get back to quiet after a long Disney day. Communication with Dennis was easy and he replies fairly quickly and take care of things right away. I would highly recommend staying here

Despite having an ok stay, a few minutes after checking out I emailed Dennis regarding an item I had left behind. He confirmed in writing that they had the item and asked that I provide a shipping label to get it sent to me. Despite many efforts to go pick up the item that same day, I ended up sending them the shipping label and they essentially have ghosted me. The item is worth ~$200. I have called and emailed, and the only true response I received via email was after I stated I'd file a police report for the missing (at this point, stolen) item. At this point it has been 11 days since our check-out/ initial communication about the item and 9 days after sending the paid shipping label. Still no response.

Overall this is a decent place to stay if your have a larger group. The Host is accommodating and had good communication. I enjoyed the easy checkin process other than the fact that no information on entering the gated community and if gate coded was needed. We did figure it out but the information could have been provided in the checkin email. Also there is 2 queen beds and only 1 king bed, unlike what the listing is advertising. Another problem was the toiletries, it was not enough for 4 nights stay, but we did not mention this as the quality was poor anyways. We just bought our own which was no big deal. There was only 2 trash bags provided for our 4 night stay for 14 people, again we bought more. Other than that, the stay is in a nice area and location. It is close to majority of attractions. Our friends enjoyed the modern space this AirBnB had to offer and we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We loved how it was so wonderfully stocked with everything we needed, very clean, fabulous communication, perfect location, and great customer service! Only a couple of less than ideal factors which the company had great communication about which we really appreciated were: ~ Changing of properties last minute that had just two pieces we were really looking forward to jacuzzi tub and the larger pool ~ Confusion at check in, code not working ~ Air conditioning breaking the first night ~ Game table was broken when we arrived so we felt uncomfortable using it The prompt communication really helped make those pieces less of a big deal. We were able to really enjoy our stay with those factors. We would definitely work with this company again!

The townhouse was clean , easy to locate they resort was really nice and everyone is extremely nice. Peaceful quite and so spacious I’d recommend it to anyone .

The town house was nice and clean. Parking was good for the most part and there was good privacy. Some beds were missing some slats which made it uncomfortable at times and you have to put your clothes in the dryer twice to dry completely. Also had some issues with the AC downstairs but eventually the first floor cooled down. Great space for large families but limited seating in the kitchen.

We had 14 guests, the washer stopped working on a Saturday night, I let him know right away. We called him on Sunday morning and we asked if we would be getting Compensated for the washer not working has we had to go to the laundry Matt. He was not professional at all he hung the phone up 3 times, acting like it was not his fault the washer doesn’t work. Also shown in the pictures of the house there’s a foos ball table, which their was not one. Once the washer was fixed he never ever reached back out to us saying it was fixed.

Two of our bathtubs had hair in it from previous people who stayed there. Some of our pillows and towels were dirty. When we went to wash the items the dryer didn’t work. Also two of the beds were broken so the sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. Also there is a pool table in the pic and it is not in the house. Other than that the house is nice, beautiful and close to all parks. The pool area is beautiful and the Decor is beautiful. Due to covid I just feel things should have been cleaned better.

Sometimes you get what you pay for and this is a perfect example. It was clean (ish). It had plenty of space and was in a great location. Check in process needs to be better communicated (specifically how to get passes for your car). I was disappointed in how the kitchen was stocked (barely any supplies to cook). However, for the price we paid it was worth it.

Dennis was very responsive and professional. The cons were the check in was very difficult, instructions were not clear, has to keep pressing the call button every time we came in the gate. The pool was small and cold there is an extra $25/day charge to heat the pool, we were not able to enjoy it. Also, the pool table was broken. The pros were the beds were very comfortable, quiet, great decor throughout the house, clean and spacious. Overall, it was a good place to stay and would recommend travelers to stay there.

The house was wonderful, very spacious, and close to everything. The service provided by Casiola was exceptional! Fast response and great customer service! However, the AC on the first floor is deficient. Only one AC unit and thermostat for a 2 level house. while the second level was nice and cool; the first level was warm.

Great place! It was very clean and we felt comfortable staying there. The kids loved the themed rooms. The extra amenities, like the gym and lazy river, are not really walking distance but a quick ride in the car Also, GPS might send you to the back gate. This was a great place to stay with younger children!

This place is not worth the stress. We had to fight security tooth and nail to get in every time we left. It was extremely stressful to have to argue with a security guard every night with crying kids after being at Disney all day. There scanners weren't working so we couldn't get into the gates without going by the security office and talking with them every time. They were extremely rude. The AC did not work in our room and the vents were all closed in another room. There were no ceiling fans. We ended up sleeping in the kids' rooms with our kiddos because we were too hot to sleep. There was also no drain in the bathtub so we couldn't wash our kids after a sweaty day in the park.

This was a perfect spot for our family. We were able to enjoy the community amenities and it was very close to the Disney parks. Clean, comfortable, and super convenient location! Our only comment would be that downstairs didnt seem to get as cool in temperature as the upstairs however we weren't hot by any means. We really enjoyed out stay and would stay here again any time!

The place was overall very nice. The rooms were a good size. The pool is a decent size for a small group. The place could’ve been cleaned a little better. I would recommend video taping or taking pictures of any damages that are there upon check in. The host falsely accused me and my group of damage that was there when we checked in and tried to charge us $200. Also gate close to house was broken so we had to drive all the way around to find another entrance. Wish we would’ve just been given the main gate address for check in. That was a small inconvenience. Besides these problems the stay was good.

Nice place, very accommodating and very clean! Loved the hospitality touches and access to the water park area was so perfect for the kids. It’s a little cramped with all the other town homes and can be a little noisy at night. The AC wasn’t in the best working order, but it did work, just struggled a bit if you like it cold at night when sleeping. Beds are comfortable, but not as comfy if they would of had softer covers like memory foam. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Dennis’s place. He was a great host and took care of us. The place was perfect for 2 families with children. We even loved the cute touch of Disney themed rooms and the stuffed Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. Our children played and snuggled with them during our stay. The only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 stars is that it was not made clear that this place was part of a complex. We thought it was a single detached home, but it’s more like a duplex with walls connecting to other units. We just wish that was made more clear. Other than that, we are pleased with our stay.
