Beautiful home! I really enjoyed it. Only concern was the hot tub and pool. I think we had a misunderstanding. I would recommend adding the hot tub prior to going because it takes a while to heat the pool up. Besides that I loved it ! I’ll be back again for sure

The place was nice & very well decorated. The sheets and beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Pool was clean as well. They offered shower towels and pool towels which was nice. House had everything we needed

We had a great time ! The home was bigger than what I expected and the best home I’ve booked through Airbnb so far. We did have a misunderstanding about arrival instructions because the email wouldn’t come through on my end but overall it was a great experience & the housekeeper and Dennis was helpful !

Here’s a balanced and professional review you could leave: Review: The location of this Airbnb was fantastic, and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious and had a lot of potential, but it could use a bit more care and attention. The cleanliness was not up to expectations, with noticeable dirt and significant staining on the carpets. Additionally, the hot tub did not heat up properly, which was disappointing. With some maintenance and a little TLC, this place could be a great stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep would make it much better. Host was excellent/attentive and responded quickly.

So I booked a 6 bedroom house at first but the pull had a leak. Dennis upgraded us to a 8 bedroom before we got there it was Beautiful. We had a window that didn’t lock I notified him and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely choose anything that Dennis has he is a great host!!!

The place was in a nice location and very spacious. However, the stay wasn’t very welcoming. We were switched from our original pick randomly by the host which we thought was ok because it was the same amount of rooms we needed. Only to arrive to the “1” on the house number missing, a broken door handle, stains all over the upstairs carpet, missing kitchen appliances, chipped tile, mold on the patio couch, and small bugs on the upstairs level. Dennis was very timely in talking to be and helpful, however it was hard for us to be comfortable with something wrong everywhere we turned and this wasn’t even the place we originally wanted.

The house was as beautiful in person as it was pictured in the listing.  We had plenty of space and things to do in the home, making it the perfect place to host our family Thanksgiving this year. Except for a little hiccup regarding the pool, this was one of if not the best experiences that we have had staying in an airbnb.  Our host, Dennis, was wonderful and very accommodating to all my family concerns and needs.  His response time was exceptional. We cannot recommend Dennis and this property highly enough. Our stay was amazing.

Dennis was extremely helpful and quick to respond. My father forgot his medication at the house. I texted him and called and he advised they had the medication in hand and would ship it or we could pick it up at an address he provided. The house was clean, it was probably the best airbnb we have stayed in, we will definitely be putting it as our favorite for any future stays! Thank you, Dennis!

We had a party of 16 and the house house had enough room for everyone. The house was clean and very nice. The walls and hand rail going upstairs can use a coat of paint. The backyard & pool area is one of the reasons we chose this house. There's no neighbors close on either side and none in the back. The pool is also bigger than you will find in many of the other homes but our family really enjoyed having the privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped but if your planning on cooking for a large group while there, bring bigger pots/ foil pans to cook in. I enjoyed the shower. The shower head along with the water pressure and steaming hot water was very nice. I don't go anywhere without my own bedding but the bedding was very crisp white and clean. The bed was nicely made with comfortable pillows as well. The clubhouse with the pool, lazy river, gym, etc. is very nice. If it's a weekend, leave early because it does get busy by noon. We enjoyed the amenities and everything there was clean.

Me and my TikTok sisters really had a good time for it to be the first time we all are meeting up in person. Dennis home is very beautiful. It was very spacious the room are nice and roomie yes, I will book with Dennis every time I go to Florida, we loved his home my sisters and I really felt like we were at home. I must say if plan on getting an AIRBNB I SRTONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BOOK WITH Dennis

The house is very spacious, but there was a few minor things wrong. The walls was dirty, the carpet needed cleaning and there was bull ants in the bedroom next to the pool. It wasn’t bad overall, we really enjoyed the pool.

This house was amazing from the check in moment to the time we checked out. The pool was amazing and so was the hot tub (next time for sure we gonna get the heated water). Rooms in this house where spacious and more than enough room for all 17 us. Dennis was quick to respond when we had an issue and that made the experience better to know that they are diligent when it comes to that kinda of stuff. 10/10 would recommend.

Upon arriving we noticed that the number of beds didn’t match the description or photos. Also the patio door didn’t lock but someone was there bright and early to fix the door. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Firstly, the home is spacious and GORGEOUS. Dennis had great communication before and during our stay. He was always quick with his responses and clear with his answers/statements. We purchased the heated pool amenity, because we booked our Disney trip for Christmas and New Year’s, and wasn’t disappointed. The pool stayed nice and warm even when the sun went down. The home is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and R&R. I would most definitely recommend Dennis and this listing, again!

We had 9 people (adults )stay at this location and had plenty of room. Dennis was a great host! Very responsive, accommodating and all. Best host that I’ve had with any of the Airbnb I’ve ever stayed with. We were very happy with our stay. The small issues that we had Dennis corrected them IMMEDIATELY. The house is on a cul-de-sac so we had lots of privacy with the woods behind the house. Excellent Airbnb choice. Would DEFINITELY book again

Place was great a little far fron Sanford Airport but close to Disney. Also, the place did have a few roaches in the kitchen but I guess its expected due to warmth and so many people using area. But other than that a nice stay.

We loved our stay! House was huge and fit a big party. Dennis was quick to reply whenever we had a concern. House was clean. Game room needed a bit of updating but was still usable. Pool/Patio area was perfect. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this home, we we're 13 guests and we had more than enough room. The house was very clean. The only down side if any was that we lost 2 days of pool, we woke up one morning and the pool was cloudy and had a fishy smell to it. I reached out to Casiola management and refused to send someone over without sending them a picture first, we had left for the day to disney parks and I explained we would not be back until evening, and still without a picture they refused to send someone. Someone showed up the next afternoon to treat the pool and we could not use it for the rest of the day. Other than the pool issue which really put the kids in a bad mood, all else is as described in the listing, and overall we had a great time.

Fridge did not work as well as it should. Bed in master looks like a banana, super uncomfortable. All of the pots and pans are useless since all of the non sticky toxic coatings are peeling off and mixing into the food. So brings your own bed and cookware other than that it was great!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Lots of space to spread out and it was close to the theme parks which we liked. The only issues we had were the hot tub wasn’t hot enough and some of the rooms had ants. Other than that the house was great. Would stay here again.
