Walked in and stayed 40 minutes and was charged the entire fee. Was never notified that the condo had been cleaned and was ready for me to stay in. Upon arrival-filthy disgusting health hazard in the bathrooms and kitchen. Notified the host and was told to be patient and wait….what was I supposed to do for the first night when the both bathtubs literally had soap scum and hair in them with dirty floor mats? Do you enjoy previous renters leftover crumbs in the kitchen? If so, this place is for you. Enjoy hair and crunchies in the sink, on the floor, and on the furniture. No communication from the host regarding compensation or for re-entry to the condo. AirBnB was less than helpful in resolving this issue even after providing photos and reading the conversation with the host. Do not assume this condo will be clean or sanitized. Expect the worst…be patient and wait overnight for a cleaning…and don’t receive any reply from the host. Quality at its best.
