I give this place high marks in general - clean, easy access, easy parking, close to airport, Convention Center, and SeaWorld. A few notes: 1. its a little over a mile to the convention center. Depending on the time of year this may be a very humid walk/not a comfortable walk, so plan on Uber or driving/paying to park. 2. Central amenities are in good condition and easy to use. 3. Its on the second floor - stairs are the easiest point of access. 4. Some of the internal finishes needed maintenance and someone to come through and do a hard assessment/punch-list of fixing - i.e. air conditioner was not working when we arrived (resulting in a sleepless night, but was fixed the next day), some door handles were loose, the door to a cabinet was not properly attached (fell off eventually), lights in master bedroom were shorting out, etc.. 5. The rental comes with starter detergent, TP, etc. but you will need to buy more if you are there for more than 1 day. It would be better if included

This stay was absolutely perfect. We had a friends vacation to Universal Orlando for the weekend and with it only being a 15 min drive max to the parks it was everything we wanted and more! The place itself is gorgeous with amazing views throughout our stay.

I had some trouble getting the code, but that was not the fault of the host (my email just didn’t go through lol). The place was beautiful and was nice to stay at. The host was very nice and always responded. 10/10, would recommend and definitely would stay there again.

Gorgeous place. Clean and well cared for. Eight of us, four adults and four kids had plenty of room. Within ten minute drive to most theme parks. We used ride shares and saved lots on parking fee. Dennis is always quick to respond and accommodating. There was quit a bit noise at night from neighbors. Overall very pleasant stay.

We stayed here during the National volleyball tournament and it could not have been more perfect! The location was easy walking distance, lots for the boys to do, the condo was really nice, lots of space, very clean, and the couch was huge and so comfortable!

Great location and particularly if going to the convention center it’s right across the street from the gated exit. Close to pool and quick to get to groceries and restaurants. We did enjoy our stay and had no major issues. We’ve used Dennis before and have always had great experiences with properties he represents.

Technically, this is a 3BR + "den" that is set up as a BR with 2 beds. Bedrooms by definition have a window & closet. However, this 4th "BR" is GREAT if you want a nice dark bedroom when you close the pocket sliding door. Our teen loved it. Every BR and the LR has a TV, 5 in total. The space is big and roomy, the foosball table is a bonus fun. The unit is at the end of the bldg which made it quiet, and since it is floor 2, if you want, it's an easy exit down the stairs without waiting for the elevator. Nice big washer & dryer, lots of pool towels. The pool, game room & gym is just a 5 min walk through the condo property. The pool is really nice, very large, lots of pool chairs and umbrellas. This unit needed a few kitchen things, but the management team says they are adding them ASAP. So it should have everything you need!

The appartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and Dennis is agreat host. The only drawback is that the appartment is located very close to an engine house that work all day, creating a constant noise that can be annoying if you open the windows or want to stay in the balcony.
