We had a wonderful time and Dennis place was a big part of our enjoyment located in a beautiful and convenient area. The condo is LUXURIOUS and spacious even for a large party of 9 and 2 dogs. PRIME LOCATION: 10 minutes drive from Universal Studios, 5 min from Walmart, McDonald’s and every chain restaurant/ store you can think of. Dennis is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

The condo suited our needs perfectly. it was well laid out, well appointed, and had plenty of room for our group. the host was great. very responsive with answering questions. Would gladly stay here again

Great little spot! Very cozy. Clean. We were here for a volleyball tournament, and the girls loved the bunk beds! It was also nice having a tv in each room. Everyone loved playing foosball. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but I agree with the reviews about the sheets and towels. They were stiff and scratchy, so hopefully those will get an upgrade soon. However, there were soft cozy blankets on the bed, so we just used those instead of the top sheet. Overall, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay here again!

I just spent a working weekend in Orlando with eight of my colleagues and this condo was perfect for us! it was close to restaurants and shopping and also where we needed to work. I would definitely book this location again.

Pros: the location, the condo layout itself, the porch Cons: unaccomodating host, no soft surfaces in the entire house, beds have no comforters - only blankets, towels were low quality, kitchen was not well stocked and pots and pans were poor quality Dennis was a very unaccomodating host. We asked for an early check in a week before we were to check-in and were told we could find out 3 days before. I reached out 3 days before to be told I now couldn't find out if we could check-in early until 24 hours before. I checked back in at 24 hours to be told an early check-in was additional money. I chose to pay more money to check-in at 10am and then was told, as our plane was taking off, that we now couldn't check-in until 12pm. The microwave quit working during our stay. The floors are very slick when wet. The porch was super dirty - we requested it to be cleaned and they showed up to use our dish detergent to clean it. Overall, not a great expereince or host.

Great! Used this for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center - this was the perfect location! And great for my staff and I to go together, so much space, our kid loved the bunk beds and Harry Potter room, we felt safe, etc. Definitely would stay again for the conference next year!
