This was an amazing place for my group of 8! Literally 5 minutes from Epic Universe and only about 20 minutes from Disney. Plenty of open parking and, even with a new roof being installed, it was very quiet. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the parks. While they do provide a starter kit with essentials like a few trash bags and small amounts of soap and shampoo, it’s a good idea to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Overall, a great choice for a memorable trip!

Great stay! The place is very well located and is totally followed and comfortable for a large group. I went with my family and we felt very good, very nice as in the photos. I would definitely have it back

Dennis’ home was perfect for our family of 6. We were attending events at the Rosen Creek Shingle so from a location standpoint it was fantastic. Plenty of amenities / stores close by. Home is very comfortable.

The apartment was as it looked on the images. Spacious for the family. Front Room, comfortable with a family dining area, large sofa & large tv. Bedroom 1 - huge with comfy bed & en-suite bathroom. This room could do with extra storage & additional coat hangers to use. But good space! En-suite a great size, but needed shelves or storage. Kitchen area again, great size but didn’t have a working dishwasher during our stay. Plenty of kitchen equipment, plates glasses etc to use. Bedroom 2 & 3 more storage space needed and a good dust but good size. Bathroom 2, smaller but good for sharing when a bigger family/ party is booked in. Bedroom 4 - no door and a very open for a children’s room! Seemed an odd space as all the noise throughout the house could be heard hear. Great stay but needs a good clean as areas are grubby & would benefit from an update as bits don’t work or needed replacing.

We had a wonderful time and Dennis place was a big part of our enjoyment located in a beautiful and convenient area. The condo is LUXURIOUS and spacious even for a large party of 9 and 2 dogs. PRIME LOCATION: 10 minutes drive from Universal Studios, 5 min from Walmart, McDonald’s and every chain restaurant/ store you can think of. Dennis is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

Great little spot! Very cozy. Clean. We were here for a volleyball tournament, and the girls loved the bunk beds! It was also nice having a tv in each room. Everyone loved playing foosball. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but I agree with the reviews about the sheets and towels. They were stiff and scratchy, so hopefully those will get an upgrade soon. However, there were soft cozy blankets on the bed, so we just used those instead of the top sheet. Overall, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay here again!

I just spent a working weekend in Orlando with eight of my colleagues and this condo was perfect for us! it was close to restaurants and shopping and also where we needed to work. I would definitely book this location again.

Pros: the location, the condo layout itself, the porch Cons: unaccomodating host, no soft surfaces in the entire house, beds have no comforters - only blankets, towels were low quality, kitchen was not well stocked and pots and pans were poor quality Dennis was a very unaccomodating host. We asked for an early check in a week before we were to check-in and were told we could find out 3 days before. I reached out 3 days before to be told I now couldn't find out if we could check-in early until 24 hours before. I checked back in at 24 hours to be told an early check-in was additional money. I chose to pay more money to check-in at 10am and then was told, as our plane was taking off, that we now couldn't check-in until 12pm. The microwave quit working during our stay. The floors are very slick when wet. The porch was super dirty - we requested it to be cleaned and they showed up to use our dish detergent to clean it. Overall, not a great expereince or host.

Great! Used this for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center - this was the perfect location! And great for my staff and I to go together, so much space, our kid loved the bunk beds and Harry Potter room, we felt safe, etc. Definitely would stay again for the conference next year!
