Beautiful place, as described. Great place to stay if you have things going on at the Orange County Convention Center. Easy 10-15 min walk there and very inexpensive Ubers back and forth if need be. Plan to get to the place right at check in time or later because the code you receive works right at the time of check in, 4pm. We were a few minutes early and worried we had the wrong place. There's also a sticker on the door that says Property Manager, but don't be deterred. Would definitely stay there again. Slept 5 comfortably, all in beds.

Lovely, large apartment for our group of 4 colleagues. Clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and will definitely be staying again next time we’re in town! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location and close to everything. The area is safe, quiet, and free from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the city. The apartment was beautiful and super accommodating. Internet was great as well. Dennis was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Thep only thing that was horrible was the fact that we paid for a condo for 2nights and something was wrong with the air conditioning. They did not try to accommodate us for our inconvenience. Keep in mind this is during the 4th of July when other facilities are booked. We had nowhere to go last minute nor did we want to spend another $600+ elsewhere. This incident was a major inconvenience

Very nice unit and location. We had air-conditioning issues from the moment we checked in that were never resolved. It was an underlying issue the entire stay with coordinating with the host, sending pictures of the thermostat, and dealing with techs coming in and out of the unit. We actually denied a request for a service call between 11PM and 3AM which was totally ignored and someone came to the unit anyway at 11, it was the second service call, and to no avail. The host offered to move us on the last day of our stay. But being that we were at a park all day and had a 6 AM flight, it wasn’t worth packing everything up for just a couple of hours. I understand it was an unforeseen circumstance but we should’ve had the offer to move the first day when they couldn’t fix the AC. Denis, the host, would not compensate us for any of these troubles so we took it up with Airbnb, who refunded us $179, for 4 nights, no AC and 97° temps. 😩

Great place for families. 12 min to Universal and 18 to Disney. A lot of restaurants near the place. Apt is beautiful, very comfortable and big.

My family and I came to Orlando for springbreak with my senior parents and children. This property was everything we imagined. It was quiet and several activities were available on the property. The walkways and bar provided a great escape for seniors who enjoyed the relaxing enviornment. The staff were friendly and cordial. The property manager Dennis was absolutely amazing! I had trouble accessing my email messages and Dennis was so patient with me while answering my questions. His responses were timely and easy to follow. The place was clean and everything worked. The property was very close to Universal Studios and Disney and centrally located to restaurants and amusement parks. My family and I had a relaxing time and we will sure to book this property again when visiting Orlando. Thank you Dennis for all the assistance you provided!!! We had a blast.

Great and comfortable stay. Very spacious, clean properly with all the amenities. We stayed for a week and had a great time. Location is near restaurants and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal and Disney Parks. Highly recommended and we will stay again.
