The bad: We had a bit of an issue checking in bc the instructions were sent through email but it wasn’t going through. I personally prefer when the info is accessible all on the app, I requested the info be sent via chat but for some reason the host insisted on sending it via email. I ended up giving 3 different emails before the instructions were successfully sent. It pushed our check-in time almost 30-45 min which was a bit annoying. The good: Location is walkable to the convention center which was convenient (~15 min). The space is great for bigger parties since each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Very spacious place.

Overall, this condo worked well for our three families. We each had a separate bedroom and full bathroom to allow for privacy. It was walkable to the convention center for the volleyball tournament we were there for and close to all of the theme parks. The pool and bar area were nice as well. The condo itself was a little dirty- crumbs, dust and some hair left in the kitchen and bathrooms. The top of the refrigerator looked like it had never been wiped off. there was a broom, but no dustpan. There were some basic supplies, but only one kitchen towel and no washcloths (just a spong), a half-roll of paper towel, no hand soap at all, even in the bathrooms and one roll of toilet paper in each. So we ended up buying some of those items, but did not come ready with them on hand.

Location is amazing! We did SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove and the location was perfect! We didn’t realize we were right across the street from EPIC so we got tickets for that too which allowed us to easily come back for a mid day break. The complex was very quiet. The condo was clean overall and the beds were super comfortable for all of us! We loved having the kitchen to cook most of our meals. Dennis and his team were quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this company of rentals!
