A great apartment in a wonderful community. Inside, it’s very cozy and comfortable. It was nice to see many thoughtful details for everyday living. Parking the car right by the door was convenient. We stayed with our dog, and there was plenty of space for walks. Definitely highly recommend it for a stay in Orlando.

Our stay felt like home with adequate space for our family and dogs to spread out. The large kitchen table was great as well. Lots of cookware was available and the beds were comfy! The start up amenity packages were great and we even had a few extras left over after our week. A few issues with our stay were, the dishwasher was not fastened to the cabinets. The pool on our resort was under construction so we had to drive over to the other resort across the street not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. An alarming find when I was looking for outlets in the downstairs bedroom I pulled the dresser out and there were exposed outlet boxes and wires. Also our host did not communicate that they were bringing our garbage bin in to the unit for the hurricane. This wouldn't have been an issue except I had my dogs in the unit which I kennel for their safety but they do have flight risk. Also there were little frogs let in that I was afraid of my dogs eating.

This was our family’s first time using an Airbnb and we had an excellent experience. Our kids felt right at home and the place was very clean. We would definitely be coming back for future trips and recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home. A very awesome and responsive host!

PROS: The decor was very nice, especially the mirror in the dining room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils I needed to cook our meals. CONS: No patio furniture! The third floor sleeping area received little to no air conditioning when it’s set at the recommended temperature of 75. No front working exterior lighting (I had to use my cell phone flashlight to put in the code). The carpet is severely worm and needs replacing!

This wasn’t my first stay at Vista Cay so I kinda knew what to expect. However, Dennis property was amazingly clean and convenient. We enjoyed our Spring Break vacation! The house was neat and tidy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos and match the description. I would highly recommend Dennis as a host. Very responsive and professional. Hope to return next Spring Break.

Location was perfect! Loved that there were starter kits of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in each bathroom- hotel size. Toilet paper and paper towel roll with dish soap and 1 load of laundry detergent were there for us too! Pretty quiet complex. The only negative was that the bedrooms (master and 1 guest) on the third floor were pretty warm. AC got down to temp for first floor and close to temp setting on the second (first floor bedroom got the coldest), but third floor was much warmer.

The place was beautiful and spacious. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sinks not working, however it was a double sink, so there were no major issues. Home is exactly as described in the pictures. Our family would definitely stay here again, it was a great value.

We had a wonderful stay here; the place was very clean and nice. Though, the reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because of the check-in. We used Airbnb to find the location if the house and unfortunately, only part of the address was posted on Airbnb and we couldn't find our place for a long time. We called customer service and they were very rude to us and kept saying not to check Airbnb but to check our email. We did not know that Dennis is really a large company. If you stay here, you will stay in a nice clean place but may have issues with customer service.

Pay attention to the unite #,lol. Easy to get to. Love the place, definitely loved the pool resort area. Walking distance. Went for a run around the area and I must say it was enjoyable. Sidewalk through the whole 4- mile run. Went around the Hilton and Convention center. Felt very safe. Dennis is a fast and efficient Person. This place has an intro package to welcome you in like hotels, so definitely bring in extras ( TP, pods, k-cups or coffee) especially if long stay. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

First time booking an AirBnB in Orlando and was nervous about proximity to both parks. This location was perfect. There was a Publix and a few eateries close by and location to Universal and Disney was super easy for a quick drive. For the price, townhome had everything we needed. There were little quirks like sticky doors where you needed a little muscle to open and close but other than that, great location, plenty of space, and would book again.
