Estadia was wonderful, the house is exactly the same as the ad. Perfect location, large and comfortable rooms m. Only point of improvement, are the appliances and utensils of the kitchen, we miss a blender, shapes and spoons to serve food. Nothing to get in the way of our stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Home was super spacious and came equipped with basic necessities. Rating is 4 star due to First night our neighbors were hanging in the back and made it a little difficult to fall asleep which I know the air b and b had no control over. The last day of our stay we paid to extend the time until 2 pm. We had left for the pool and lunch, at our arrival at 1:30 pm our dog was outside because the cleaners had opened the door. which was very scary for me, my dog could have gotten lost or stolen. There seemed to be a miscommunication between the rep and cleaning crew. Other than that the home itself was very nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

this was a great location. however the house is a bit dated. I would say pictures make it look nicer than it is. also it had some deferred maintenance items. the fridge water dispenser and ice maker was not turned on and then when they turned it on there was a leak which dripped through the ceiling onto the bedding. so we had to turn the water back off. and had wet sheets and the ceiling had pieces crumbling and falling down on us. also the coffee table was previously broken and glued together and then broke for us. but all in all it was a decent stay and the host was responsive in trying to address problems.

This is the first time that a host is so bad a day before my arrival with my children I inform me that I could not stay in the apartment that I had already paid in full for reasons beyond his will, and that I would offer him something similar which never corresponded to the luxurious apartment that I had paid this was basic was simple less than normal, my check in was at 4 pm and the access mail I send it to me. At 7 pm which I cause me to be uncomfortable since I made my children wait to access the property, a carefree host of his client and after I accepted the change to something lower I did not refund any money I asked as something just a couple of hours to leave the property at check out since I was traveling by train with my children late and I wanted to make an additional charge to which I had not access I had told me that I would leave for free one more time and that I would send me a new access key and jamas I send it all wrong with the

Great unit with a reasonable walk to the Convention Center! House was great. Only advice I have is to add a table or storage cabinet in master bath and hooks on the walls or door to hang towels.

Home had many beds-altho we are family of 4, you could easily sleep 10. Bathroom in everyone bedroom so that’s great! Nothing fancy, does need updated bathrooms, especially basement one. Cleanliness not great-there was piles of hair around house and cereal in silverware drawer when we arrived. Windows’ seal is poor so was tough to sleep at times do to traffic noise. Convenient to Universal but away from tourist area so not as busy.

Dennis was incredibly responsive, first off. We stayed in the unit for an event at the Orange county convention center. The unit was within walking distance of the convention center, or a 3-5 minute drive. The unit appeared very clean. No noticeable grime in the usual places (tubs, sinks). The unit was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. We did experience issues with the locks on the exterior doors of the unit. The front door was extremely difficult to use the deadbolt. The door doesn't align properly, not allowing the deadbolt to fasten as it should. The door also was difficult to close. The last didn't line up properly, making it difficult to get a proper latch. The electronic keypad actually malfunctioned on our last night, making the front door completely inoperable. I called the rental company and they had someone there within ten minutes to fix the door. The unit could also use some general repair/maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
