Things that went great and good- 1. Amazingly close to Disney and universal studios 2. Has elevator 3. pet friendly 4. Nice apt layout 5. Every room has tv Things that were bad and unexpected- 1. Dirty floors all over the unit. 2. Apt Smelled moldy 3. Master suite was dirty and never cleaned, the master bathroom was not cleaned from prior guests, dirty sink and counter with lots of hair. 4. Bed was striped and was not made 5. The master bath garbage bin didn’t have a bag, no soaps, dirty shower. It was a Unusable room, we never used the master bedroom! 6. The queen room was partially made! One of the 2 beds was striped and not made! We couldn’t even find a blanket for it to do it ourselves. Upon checking and noticing these issues I took pictures and them to the host to which I never heard from except after contacting Airbnb and them reaching out to him. About 2 hours later is when I got a message from him . Issues couldn’t be fixed during our stay!! Hopefully this review helps

The place was perfect for our party of 7. It was easy to find a the checking directions made it simple to gain entry without the headache of trying to deal with a desk service. We didn’t use the pool or amenities due to being st the parks but the property was well maintained and private. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was material conditions within the condo. We had a major issue with an appliance in which we had to rectify ourselves due to not having emergency maintenance on site. We would have had to wait till the next day to have anything fixed. Overall a good stay minus the one issue. I would recommend this to a friend or family.

well located the apartment as described. ideal for visits to Universal Studios and Disney World. rooms with comfortable beds. a bathroom between rooms. we were a family with 8 people including 2 children and had a pleasant time.

The property is in worse condition than the listing: windows not working in 2 out of 3 rooms, dirty floors and dishes, absence of closets sufficient for the number of people staying, shared bathroom between two rooms without closure. The latter has double access to two different rooms not specified in the listing. The general conditions unfortunately do not justify the price of the accommodation, although the host was very helpful and responsive and the area was very quiet and well-stocked.

Place well located, house well equipped. I didn’t have WiFi the whole stay. The place was so duty, my baby crawled for 2 min and he was already pitch black. Hair everywhere, stains throughout the apartment. I notified the host about the problem, he said he sent someone to clean it, but never told me what time they would go. Problem not fixed. Dennis gently refund me half of the money. I would not recommend the place.

The description was accurate. Some renovations were made to the property, but this wasn't communicated prior to reservations. The location of the property was central to sites within Orlando and the airport. Overall, I would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Dennis’ Airbnb in Orlando! The place was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of five. We felt so welcomed right from the start, especially with the thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us on the kitchen counter. Dennis was an amazing host very responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. The check-in process was seamless, despite a minor hiccup with the online form. Dennis immediately stepped in and manually sorted it for us, which we really appreciated. The location is unbeatable just a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Aquatica, and right next to Universal’s upcoming Epic Universe park. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Place is really nice and clean and set up with all the basic essentials. The resort was really nice. They were also very proactive in helping us extend our stay when our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane.

Place was very beautiful, it looked just like in the pictures. It also has everything you need. However, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. There was streaks on the tile, only walking on it for 2 minutes your feet would be black. Everything else was great especially the amenities included.

The condo was fine but if you want an actual person who cares to be your host, look elsewhere. The condo was not ready at the 4pm check in time. We got a message at 421pm that cleaning was still in process due to prior guest being "excessively dirty and messy". However when we got to condo at 5pm, cleaners were relaxing on the couch. They said they arrived late becuase they were the backup cleaners as the regular cleaner did not show up. So clearly we were being misled about what was happeneing. Communicating with "Dennis" was like dealing with an AI bot or foreign-based outsourced customer service. The cleaners finally finished at 630pm. The only consideration for this was a $50 discount, hardly enough to compensate for 6 guys having to wait 2.5hrs to get in after a long day setting up for a trade show.

The overall experience was awesome! The place is beautiful and quiet. Check in was a little confusing, but the host Dennis was very quick and responsive to resolve any concerns. The pool & lounge area were wonderful. They had a bar and live DJ. There were lots of great areas to exercise and trails to walk our dogs. In addition to that, the location is ideal for shopping, entertainment, and so much more!

Pros: location - lots of amenities nearby. Large condo. Cons: on 3rd floor, tons of stairs to get luggage and groceries upstairs (and I’m super fit). Apartment didn’t feel super clean. Grout stains made it seem like floor was constantly dirty. I cleaned right when we got there with bleach to feel better about it. There were only sheets for bedding. I was cold most nights. One roll of paper towels and only two garbage bags. Made cleaning and taking out the trash impossible the last two days as we didn’t have what we needed. It seems as though this company was trying to figure out how to cut costs instead of how to make it a nice comfortable stay for the guest. Not complaining, just noticing the differences between a well-stocked, comfortable air bnb vs this one. Overall, it’s decent. Not a bad price. But if you’re looking for a custom stay with comfort and cleanliness in mind, this may not be the place for you.

Great spot. The apartment is very clean and perfectly set up for a short as well as extended stay. I booked this Air BnB for collegues who were in Orlando for work and they loved it. The resort area is nice and a safe area. Recommended. The host was very responsive though he seemed a bit abrubt at times when asked questions to clarify things. While he always helped, he almost came across annoyed at times in his answers. My only critique is that communication could be a bit more friendly and considerate. But overall that did not reduce the value of the place and this is a great apartment to stay when in Orlando.

Great place! Easy to find, a lot of restaurants around, I loved the condo, super clean just like the pictures, they give you everything you need, an amazing place for big groups or family, 15 min to Disney&Universal, I recommend it!

We went on vacation with my family in December. The place is very well located. Quiet location. Everything else is fine. There is AC and heat. Dennis is friendly, and responds immediately. I would definitely come back.
