Terrific location w a Publix Supermarket steps away. 2 excellent pools. AC was awesome washer/dryer and dishwasher helps a bunch. very well stocked kitchen

Great place for a family stay. Well equipped and clean. Note that the tvs are not smart tvs so you can’t stream from your personal accounts. Otherwise, fantastic place.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great. Restaurants and shopping and groceries within walking distance. Loved the spaciousness of the unit. We didn’t have a chance to use any of the resort amenities but this unit was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is very convenient to Uiniversal studios, local restaurants, local grocery store, shopping, and other amenities! Dennis was very responsive whenever a question came up. It was the perfect stay for my friends and I while visiting the theme parks. Highly recommend and will stay again.

I didn't automatically get the codes for check-in like I was supposed to, but Dennis responded with the codes in 2min and was very quick with replies to questions. The unit was beautiful and just like the pictures. Water pressure was good and the refrigerator was amazing. Cons: Hairs under the bedsheets. TV kept displaying the details at the top left, but I was able to fix that after some troubleshooting. A/C only goes down to 68 degrees, so it was quite hot as I like it to be very cold. However, the worst thing was that there was a dead fly next to the pillow on the left side of the master bed, a dead bug on the floor on the same side by the nightstand, and 2 live bugs the 1st night (1 fly in the master bath and 1 thin, long grey bug in the guest bath). No bugs were spotted after that, and everything else was great, so I'm still giving 5 stars. Also, the check-out instructions were easy. I only had to bag and take out the trash and shut all the lights, but I cleaned up more anyway.

This ground floor condo was all we'd hoped for. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable, we made note of the brand to look into buying some for home! The condo was also within walking distance to a grocery store and a handful of restaurants. It was a great value for our family of four. Communication with Dennis was quick and easy. Thanks!

Great place. Everything needed is close by. Easy access to Uber and Lyft. Pool was heated with a var on-site. Would stay again in the near future.

This place was everything we had expected and hoped for. A mile from our dance competition, close to stores/restaurants, close to all of Disney and SeaWorld, pictures as advertised, super quick to respond when needed, clean resort with nice pools, nice little fitness center, and the space was perfect for our family! I gave a low rating on the cleanliness as our place was not up to industry standards as far as hotel/resort standards go. In fairness I did request (paid for) early check in the night before. Upon arrival it looked as though sheets were changed and nothing else cleaned. I think the cleaners simply rushed. I reached out and we had cleaners (the owners of the cleaning team) at our place within a couple hours. They apologized, cleaned EVERYTHING the way I am sure they normally do, and really left me satisfied. I am going to chalk this up to a "one off" due to the timely response/professionalism. They also agreed to refund my early check in fee due to the inconvenience.

This was the perfect condo for our family while in town for volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center. It was walkable to Public’s, restaurants and other shops. The condo was super clean with nice furniture. The pool was just a few steps away and we enjoyed it everyday. The only thing I would say is add more dishes and glasses to the kitchen.
