We recently stayed at the property for a week, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The property offered a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and quality amenities, making our stay truly enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal prep effortless, and there were thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with coffee and snacks. A minor nitpicky comment to owner: for reservations over a few days please provide a bit more supplies. The living space was cozy and well-decorated, providing a great place to relax after a day of activities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a plus for staying connected for work and entertainment. The location was another highlight. The rental was within a short drive of the Orange County convention center and Hyatt Regency hotel, where we were attending an event.

the quality of the room was better than most other places, other than like a presidential suite at a theme park resort itself. There was a hiccup that happened between air bnb and the building management, no fault of anyone's but technologies. Dennis understood the issue, responded, and took care of it within that one day. Great place and very close to all the parks we visited. When Epic Universe opens we are sure to use this place again if available.

The place was spotless and comfortable-loved the decor and space so much! Dennis was super responsive and there was even a big package of Oreos waiting for us with a nice note. :) The beds and pillows were very comfortable and all rooms were spacious. Huge bathrooms and it even felt like a lot of privacy throughout the space. I also liked that Walgreens was walkable so we could run over and pick up anything we forgot to bring. We will definitely come back again - it was a perfect “home base” for a Disney park trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Dennis’s place! Communication was always prompt, and Dennis answered all our questions quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The location was perfect—close to everything Orlando has to offer. I will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as described and well situated for the parks, shops and restaurants. On arrival there were intermittent issues with the AC keep turning off, and small bugs on the kitchen counter which, after a few emails, were sorted within 48 hours. The apartment was well laid out and had comfortable beds. The smell of cannabis outside the apartment was disappointing, and the general 'vibe' of the resort wasn't the best, however we spent all of our days in the parks, and really only slept there so no real issue. It would be useful for a map of the resort to be included in the info to make finding the building easier, instructions on the door lock would have been helpful too as it didn't always lock automatically when closing. Generally we were satisfied with our stay, the negatives were outweighed by the great location to everything the local area has to offer.

There were issues with things that should have been taken care of before checking in. Dennis took care of them but it was an inconvenience for us. The place is roomy and comfortable and the amenities are nice. The location is convenient.

This unit was just as pictured. The living room furniture was plentiful and very comfortable. The beds were comfy too. It was very clean as well. The location was centrally located and perfect for days at Universal and Disney. The complex was pretty and we really enjoyed that lovely, warm pool in the evenings. When I talked with the rental agent they were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Casiolo Vacations and Vista Cay Resort!

Dennis' place is exactly as you see it on the pictures. Very clean and organized. Kitchen fully equipped. Wide and clean bathrooms Great beds. Quiet and secured place with check-in and check-out by passwords. Host was very responsive to our questions. I would certainly go back again.

Beautiful condo, excellent location, very close to the pool and clubhouse. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very easy to check in/out. Only thing to note is that only one use of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, ect were supplied. We had a family of 5 over 10 days and needed to run out to buy toilet paper before the end of our stay. If you’ll be needing those items, add it to your grocery order.

The apartment is excellent, very equipped and comfortable!!! Just like the ad. The location is perfect, close to everything, very close to Universal and has many nearby amenities such as pharmacies, supermarket (Publix), restaurants. Dennis is very efficient, he gave us great service, always. The resort is quiet, quiet and as a very familiar environment. We would definitely get back to hosting.

We loved staying here at Dennis place! This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and is always great every single time. Dennis is quick to respond to any questions, concerns or needs. The condo is right next to all the amenities ( pool, gym, park, etc). The house is nicely decorated and comfortable and we will continue to stay here every time. Thank you Dennis!

This was a great condo and we had a fantastic time. The keyless entry was so easy for checking in and very convenient after an 8 hour drive. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. It even had baby equipment (stroller and high chair) and hotel lock up high for extra security. The location was perfect. Very close to a pool and playground and only a short drive from Universal studios. We look forward to staying here again !
