We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us to get to the OCC for volleyball. Spacious and clean and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The condo was a great fit for the four of us, very spacious and very clean. Very close to Universal Studios and maybe 20-25 minutes away from Disney Parks. Dennis was quick to respond with one very minor issue...couldn't ask for any better service. The only major issue I had, nothing to do with Dennis or the condo, but the residents/vacationers directly above us were very very noisy, early in the morning (7am) and very late at night(12am) letting their kids run around in the apartment, dragging the chairs across the floor and drilling, or at least that's what it sounded like last night.

A very clean place to stay close to the convention center. The kitchen is stocked with super basic supplies, allowing us to cook a few meals here. Balcony is a nice spot to enjoy the weather. Nice business digs for sure.

The place was very clean, the water didn't smell like in the hotels, Dennis responded quickly, everything was organize. the only thing I would suggest is to bring your own sheets, thank God I did for the master room. I'm just a little picky about that since my husband works in the hotel industry.

This place was amazing for the couple of days my family stayed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and couches. Easy check in and check out. A great experience!

Very comfortable apartment, with good amenities, hassle-free arrival & departure, and very convenient location for the convention centre (within walking distance). Overall much nicer than staying in the convention hotels. Publix supermarket & Walgreens also an easy walk.

Great space, clean with all the kitchen equipment needed to cook for yourself if desired. Handy information in binder if anything is needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean condo, nice pool side bar and busy pool. Can walk to convention center....may not want to walk back after long day at the show. If you're planning to cook, you will want to purchase EVERYTHING: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil...

Perfect place to stay while visiting Orlando. Close to a lot of restaurants and fun nightlife, short trip to Universal and Disney. Has a spacious floor plan in a beautiful community with great amenities. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Dennis's home was gorgeous, we were all very impressed when we arrived. Check in was an absolute breeze and there were many attractions near by. Very close to the convention center for business travelers.

Dennis' place at Vista Cay was wonderful. The place was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family. We can't imagine a better value for what we got. Close to Seaworld, access to Disney World was easy and not too far, right next to the Orange County Convention Center, and only a few minutes from an excellent and large selection of restaurants and other entertainment on International Dr. Dennis was helpful and attentive to our questions. Everything went smoothly. If we return to Orlando, we would happily stay at Dennis' Vista Cay property again.

Had a great stay at this unit, definitely felt like a great value for the price. The place was huge, very nicely furnished and had a great pool (heated!) area. Gated community with plenty of available parking and a Publix supermarket right down the block (be warned though, they are a bit overpriced). All in all I would definitely stay here again, it was more house than I needed with great decorations and amenities for less than the price of a hotel room in the surrounding area. And I was able to get a comfortably late checkout, the perfect end to the week!

The listing was right on and the condo was beautiful. We did need to send one more email between each other for some check in info but that may have been my fault. Otherwise the trip and the condo were perfect.
