nice location ; part of the reason we chose this unit was because of pool access. when checked in we found out the pool eas under construction. could use a little bit of an upgrade on furniture.

So I want to start off by saying this is a 3 star review. I originally booked with Dennis for apt 302. Upon my arrival to Florida, Dennis advised me that 302 was unavailable due to Maitnence issues and would offer 202 at no extra cost to which I agreed. Upon my arrival, Dennis attempted to provide me with multiple entry codes to which all didn’t work. I was advised I needed to “wait for Maitnence” to assist me. It was only after I called corporate that I was able to get a code. Upon entry of the unit, I was met with a broken refrigerator that smelled and a mini fridge as a Substitute (for 4 adults) forcing me to have to buy food everyday. Upon investigation one of the beds in the second bedroom was broken and was put back together by a small block of wood and screws. I was not able to use the bed due to this issue. Dennis did send Maitnence in and the bed was “fixed” and the refrigerator was replaced my last day… Overall ok place but definitely had issues. Will not stay again.

This is a beautiful unit, feels like a home. All the amenities needed. It's a good size. Proximity to the pool, gym and game room is great! Also extremely close to Walgreens, a beer brewery, a DELICIOUS pizza place, and more. Absolutely loved it. Dennis / the Casiola team are great at communication, friendly, and responsive to any needs. Professionals. I would definitely stay in this place again!

Great, central location right near Universal. Pool and amenities were really nice and communication was easy. Only thing to note is the door code changes exactly at 11 am for checkout. I left my purse inside while loading up the truck to leave and when i went back for it I was locked out at 11 am sharp. Thank goodness i had another person on the airbnb listing so they could call and get the foor opened or we would have been SOL.

Great location within Vista Kay. Close to the main pool and within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center. Dennis did a great job of outlining everything needed for the arrival as well as the check out process. Overall great stay at a great place.

This is a clean and spacious apartment. I have stayed here twice and found it be good value and as described. While I stayed, I was happy to have the gym and pool available for my use and we enjoyed walking around the lake on the property. There are several informal food options within close distance, as well as a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. Would stay again!

Overall the condo was okay. Location was great, but the overall cleanliness of the condo was not great with stains on the floor and bedspreads along with the couch. Also, the lack of towels for guests to use was not great. We had to do laundry every night since there was only enough towels for 1 per person. Communication was great and Dennis would respond very quickly.

The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. The gym was fine, but smaller than I expected for the size of the complex/units it serves.

This condo was perfect for our needs. It looked great and was comfortable. The beds were comfortable with soft cotton sheets and a variety of pillow type. The unit had everything we needed and more to stay for a week. The pool does not allow outside alcohol and the AC is limited to 70 degrees, but I found neither of these to be a real problem.

Couldn’t fault it if I tried. From communication with details of the check-in process, right through to cleanliness and location, this villa was a perfect first venture into AirBnB away from my home country. Free parking and the location of the resort ensures an incredibly easy way of commuting. A 20 minute drive from the Airport, 25 or so minutes to Universal, 50 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and a 5 minute trip to International Drive which is full of great places to eat. The communication with Dennis was swift, accurate and very helpful. All questions were asked promptly and instructions easy to follow. The villa was as clean as a whistle. I’ve honestly not slept any better away from my own bed than I did here! Thanks Dennis and the team for the great service!

Super location for Universal theme parks and Seaworld. Two very large bedrooms and two enormous bathrooms. Lots of shopping options nearby. Oh, and. there is a craft beer bar 3 minutes away!

Great place!! Very spacious, gorgeous living room and bedrooms. Clean and within a 30 minute walk of the convention center. Easy check-in with a key code. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. The facility was more outdated than the pictures appeared - the staging and home decorating was very tasteful. The price was right for the apartment though and we really enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again but hope for better luck with the bed and bedding. The bed, in the master bedroom, felt a little unsteady and subpar.

Well-appointed and updated unit -- very comfortable and quiet after a long day at the parks! Resort is great, a few restaurants and Walgreens walk-able from the unit, or high-end options available at Pointe Orlando only a short 5min Uber away.

Great apartment, well furnished with enough flatware and silverware for two meals for a full set of guests. Easy walk to nearby shops for grocery and a few restaurants, pleasant 2 mile walk around the lake.

Exceeded our expectations! The condo is very spacious, comfortable and very beautifully decorated and very well kept as far as cleanliness goes. The location was convenient because it is so close to all the parks as well as malls and outlets. From the beginning Dennis was very helpful and quick to respond when I sent him questions through the AirBnB app. He answered my every question and concern and once we went to check in there were no problems with the codes. Again, beautiful condo, rooms and bathrooms! I will definitely be recommending Dennis and Casiola to any traveling friends! Had a great, hassle-free stay and hope to book with Casiola again soon!

You can expect a clean and well maintained property that is a great value for the reasonable cost. It is close to all of the Orlando entertainment sites, very close to the Convention Center, and easy to find. Reservations are easy, and there was good communication from Dennis leading up to the stay, during, and then following it.

Vista Cay is a great location for any of the attractions in Orlando resort area. this unit was very clean and was more than enough room for my wife, daughter and I for our long weekend for Epcot Food and Wine. literally next door to the large pool and clubhouse. the pool has a great bar that is pool side. Adam was the bartender and does a great job. mattress in master was not the best, but I guess that is expected in this price range. if there was one more comfy chair that would help as three adults in one couch watching TV is not ideal. overall we all agreed we would stay there again.

This was a great place for our short family stay in Orlando. We loved the spaciousness! We walked to the Publix area for pizza a couple times too. The door code didn't work, but the just responded immediately with a new code. The carpet was a bit worn and little touches incomplete (like kitchen garbage can wouldn't open with foot), but we would certainly stay here again!
