I came to Orlando to go to Universal Studios and Disney with some friends, and looked for a comfortable Airbnb in a good location to accommodate everyone with enough space. This booking was amazing! The space was nice, clean, and in such a good location with a Walgreens like 3 minutes walking away in case you need snacks or anything! Dennis also provided some amenities and items too like paper towels, etc to get us started. I really enjoyed the location and how accessible it was for both personal transportation and Uber/Lyft. We didn’t go to Epic Universe, but it was right across the street basically. This booking and location are both top tier and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando. I would definitely book here again when or if I come back!

Great stay. Needs some upkeep. Only one outlet in several sockets worked because one was too loose to keep anything plugged in. Blinds on the living area sliding glass door need repaired. We pinned the decorative curtains closed the maintain some privacy because it is a bottom unit right next to the clubhouse. This will be a great location when the pool is done being remodeled.

Overall a decent stay. Only thing that came up is the air conditioning didn’t work for most of the stay. Dennis did reach out to get it fixed but it still kept having trouble.

I had a convention and wanted to stay near the convention center. Since I was going to stay there for a week I didn't want to stay in a hotel and I found Dennis's place. Wow! Great location, near everything ( Theme park, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant and specially the convention center. ) Pool and gym right next to this condo and very quiet. This condo was big, plenty of space and very nice decorations. I really feel like I was at home and plan to come back for the next show at Denni's place! No more hotel for me:)

Excellent location right around the corner from the clubhouse (gym) and pool entrance and even though it was so close to the pool, it was still quiet. Super easy access for Uber, Door Dash and any delivery services without having to give gate codes. Ground floor unit was absolutely perfect for a stay with pets and had immediate access to "potty" areas. Bring waste bags for pets though, and be sure to clean up after yourself as too many people were not being responsible in that area.

This unit's location was excellent. It was very close to Universal (7 minute drive) and close to International drive and lots of restaurants. Within the complex itself it was a few steps from the pool and the fitness center. The unit was bright and large and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. Beach towels, coffee maker with coffee and filter and a welcome gift were a nice touch. On the not so positive side of things, the unit needed a little bit of repair. The walls were a little chipped up, one of the dining room chairs was broken and the couch had no support at all (you sank into it). All the beds also had a lot of movement to them, sort of like the hardware needed tightening. Every time you moved in bed it would either make a creaking sound or the headboard would hit the wall. Pot, pans and utensils were also on the scarce side. Overall though, we would return.

*****plz read***** We reserved the house for 6 ppl. We went to the house and we saw there is only one sofa in the living area and only 4 chairs for the dining table. We couldn’t eat together during our vacation time or even sit together to watch TV because there is not enough space. I messaged the owner and he was just telling me that I will create a task to consider the issue. He never responded correctly. The dishes were all dirty there was scrambled egg stuck to the pan and all the mugs were dirty. We had to stand there and wash all the dishes before we use them. I took pics of everything and sent it to him. He didn’t care and he was just saying me that I’m sorry we will creat a task to consider the issue. They charge you $180 for cleaning, but you have to clean everything yourself. At nights the AC was making noise and we couldn’t sleep. Even my 9 year old said she couldn’t sleep and she was so cranky the day after at the sea world. Then the kitchen stuff was not working. The mixer didn’t work and we couldn’t make the dinner we wanted. Then the dryer didn’t work and we had to put all of our wet clothes in a trash bag and take it with us. For all the issues I messaged the owner and he said I will creat a task to consider. Are you serious? You ruined our vacation and you don’t care??? Btw the TV is not connected to any channels or streaming. When you step out and come back after a while the house smells so bad and like mold. So please do yourself a favor and don’t reserve this house for you vacation. You deserve better.

This is a great place very well located in Orlando. I was attendinga conference in town so it was the perfect base with easy access. Also Vista Cay has great facilities from the pool to a great walk around the dam. Apartment is also great and Dennis and the team are super helpful and respond very quickly.

The apartment provided everything needed for a couple or a family including a television in every room. The ground floor patio, pool and well-kept complex was safe and secure. The location is excellent, with the grocery store and pharmacy both within walking distance. Receiving the door code before arrival would have been less stressful but the woman who answered the phone number provided quickly made the keyless entry possible. If I am back in Orlando, I would surely book with you again.

Just make sure you communicate better then I did. We arrived to a not cleaned place. Had to wait till 7 to get in and miss our dinner reservations that evening. Just make sure it’s ready before you get there. There is no excuse for a place not to be ready if the owner takes your money so hearing last minuet check had nothing to do with me. Own ok my stay that’s all I need to know. No excuses Solutions. That makes an honest business.

Great location and resort property. Clean condo unit, could use a little refreshing. The location of Vista Cay is ideal for families looking to experience all Orlando has to offer. It is 5 minutes from Universal and Sea World, and 15 minutes from Disney. It is also 15 minutes from the airport. We went to Winter Park for some good food, and that was only a 25-minute drive. The property of Vista Cay is very nice with lots of great outdoor space. My family particularly enjoyed walking the 2-mile path around the lake. The pool area is large and good for families. It was nice to be within walking distance to Publix and Walgreens as well. The condo itself is clean but a bit dated. The unit could use some TLC, but no major complaints. Dennis was a great host. Very communicative and quick to resolve an issue with the door code.

Nice unit, first floor as desribed and right next to the main clubhouse and pool. Unit was clean and as described. tons of room for the 3 of us and our two dogs. Loved that the unit was pet friendly without any insane extra fees for pets. We were in town for Universal Studios' and this unit is roughly a 10 minute drive away. Publix grocey store and a small shopping center with a couple of places to eat is within easy 5 minute walking distance and there is a Walgreens that you could throw a rock and hit from the front of the building. Would recommend this unit and Dennis was super fast in responding to my questions before booking.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family's stay. Really roomy and clean place for our kids, grandkids and furbabies. Plenty of plush bath and pool towels provided, coffee, laundry pods provided, and large package of OREOS awaiting our arrival!!!! The grounds were immaculate with a nice walking path along the lake and pool. Nice little gym to workout in. Ample parking in this gated community was a plus! Other residents were so friendly as well. There is a Walgreens and other little shops within walking distance, Publix and other places to eat about 3 minutes away by car. Universal Studios is less than 10 minutes away, Andretti Inside Karting and Games and the Orlando Eye about 5 minutes away and International Drive runs parallel to Universal Blvd. Communication was EXCELLENT as well as the check in procedure and directions. Dennis made this such as easy and painless process! Thanks!!!! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back here in our family's future!!!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. I loved having the pack n play and booster seat and stroller available for our use too. It was so convenient to the pool and game room, which made it perfect for the frequent trips back to the apartment for snacks or naps for the baby while the others stayed playing at the pool. Can't say enough great things about this place or the host. We were in for my nephew's Disney wedding. This place was a perfect location being a 15 minute drive to Disney and 10-15 min drive to Universal. The condo was spacious, clean and updated. The pool is heated, has a bar, hot tub & a kiddie pool that is literally knee deep for the toddlers. Great place to stay!

Dennis was top notch in communication and his place is way more spacious than the pictures especially the bedrooms. Its great for families with kids or a big group of friends. It was very clean with a fully equiped kitchen and the whole compound had a nice feel. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pool area especially at night it wasn't lit up well. It felt a bit dated and it was way nicer in the photos than in person. As for the location its perfect and close to all the parks and Universal so overall its a great value!!

The space was better than I could have expected. Unlike many AirBnB spaces I've stayed in previously, the bedding was very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully laid out for every possible need. Even small touches like stocking laundry detergent really saved us some time. Absolutely recommend!

The unit is spacious and centrally located to theme parks and shopping. The owner is quick to respond and in addressing your concerns. The value is good, but the unit seemed a bit run down and can use a thorough cleaning and paint touch up. Otherwise, it was great; close to theme park, University of Central Florida and shops.

This apartment is exactly as described and worked perfectly for us. It is located close to the club house and pool but not so close you hear anything when you are in the apartment. The amenities in Vista Cay itself were better than we expected and just what we needed on a day off from the various theme parks. Supermarket, pharmacy all near by. Nailed it from our point of view.

Terrific location! Condo is right next to the pool and clubhouse (with front desk, giftshop, snackbar) but still very quiet. It is a 2-3 minute walk to a Walgreens on site which is very convenient and is just down the road from a grocery store and a few restaurants. 10-12 minutes to Universal and 20-30 to Disney. Parking is free and right next to the Condo. You can't beat the location. The condo itself had everything we needed (lots of towels, pool towels, washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds). We didn't use the TVs but the wifi worked great. The only negative is the condo needs a bit of sprucing up. It was super clean but showing some wear with pealing bathroom cabinets, empty spots where pictures used to be and the need for a paint refresh as examples. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again, though. It worked very well for us!

Booked this condo at midnight the night before as we were not happy in our current accommodation. Got confirmation straight away. The check in details were perfect, no need to go to any office just straight to the condo. It is a big condo, lovely furniture on a great resort. Central for all parks, International Drive restaurants very close and Publix supermarket in walking distance. Would highly recommend using the condo to anyone.

We had problem to find our unit because in our itinerary said we were going to unit 103 on first floor but we end up to unit 205 on second floor and it was totally different with the picture, my mom had knee surgery and it was very important for us but they didn't care, we haven't seen Dennis even once in our 7 days stay!!!! Laundry didn't work and they fixed after 3 days, and after that it was so noisy that we couldn't use it when we were home, location was good 15 minutes drive to Desney but it's not like pictures, in general wasn't good experience

Dennis was a very responsive and communicative host for my family and I. The location of the condo itself is perfect right next to the pool and clubhouse. The condo itself was very clean and well-appointed. The only thing we noticed was the WiFi signal was a little weak if you were not situated right next to the router. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Initially I booked another place via instant booking and was happy with the find. the next morning, we packed a family of 6 plus dog, and we hit our 7 hour road trip from Atlanta to Orlando. But our excitment turned into a nightmare. As I went to communicate with the host, I found out she cancelled our instant booking. She Dmitted she didn't know how to use the app and didn't realize she allowed instant booking in her page!!!! We were devastated to say the least. with my money in limbo and now no place to go, I had to pull over off the highway to rest stop and call Airbnb. Well, after a few frantic hours, Airbnb did find us another stay with us and we met Dennis. He too had a instant book, but I was able to communicate with him quickly and Airbnb allowed my money to be transfered over to him with no problem. Although we lost a few dead hours at least the new place was painless to move in. Dennis provided a stress free move in, with no wait time. Vista Cay and the room was nice and the building was as it stated. So we were happy again, but wait my post is not an positive experience, and our nightmare had only just begun. The first night, we hurried to catch up on our lost time, so we tossed the nags in the room and hit international drive for sightseeing and great food. we came back that night and each of my 4 children had their own beds...that's when it happened. the next morning, 2 of my children got up with health issues. Itchy throats,hives and watery eyes...right away my wife and I thought it since this is a pet friendly apartment it could have had cats before us, as we saw white animal hairs in the apartment on close inspection. My family is a house of dogs not cats. So we cleaned the house ourselves, washed the bedding, and vacuumed etc... So we left the apartment and went to Universal Studios, and my children was better again. but when we got back to the apartment, it happened again, and it got so bad that my oldest son's eyes got red and closed up, and my youngest son had a really bad case of hives, itchy that and running noise...it was so bad that we had to take our children to a E.R. we stayed up all night long there and at that time we had no idea what was going on..the doctors gave us meds and right away our children once again got better. we tried to contact Dennis about this, but all he said was "Oh, I'm sorry to hear"... The final night we thought maybe there's cat air in the vents or something, so we decide that all 6 of us should sleep in the master bedroom and share the bed and have our kids on the floor...we turned...

Great gathering location for our family of five plus one fiancé and their dog (all grown children) for our pre-Christmas vacation to Universal Studios. The location is very close to Universal (10-15min drive). The spa and pool are open until 11pm and we really enjoyed the spa after park hopping all day! There is even a nice bar poolside along with outdoor pool table and walking trail around the lake. If traveling with the family pet, this is the right place! (If you are without a pet, we would suggest other options as there is a slight pet odor which is to be expected). Everything went great - easiest check-in/out ever! No check-in needed as there is no key needed for the unit (there is an electronic timed lock that uses a code for entry). We didn't require , but the condo is wheelchair and handicap friendly. Dennis's apartment was really nice. I stayed there for five days and felt like home. It's just a couple of meters away from the reception area and the pool. It worked very well for me, as it was close to the convention center and it was a quiet place to rest after a long day of work. Good alternative to a hotel if you aren't traveling alone.

We had a fantastic experience at the condo. The space was well-decorated, clean and tidy. The instructions were spot on and made everything easy. We'll definitely contact Dennis when we're back in the Orlando area.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect place to have a mini family reunion for thanksgiving. The location was great and close to everything.

Great place that fulfilled all our needs. Especially liked how 2 bedrooms came with King beds and each bedroom had a TV and a bathroom attached, and that pets are allowed! Also liked how close it was to a shopping plaza including Publix, Subway, and Dunkin Donuts. Our group including my friend's doggy had a great time. Dennis was super fast with responding to any of our questions so that was very nice and helpful.

This place was perfect for a group of people, great location in West Orlando very close to the parks and just a very safe and clean place with a lot of room perfect for any occasion when you want to get away for a little. I would go back In a heart beat! A+

My experience with Dennis was great! He was very quick to answer any questions of mine and the check in and out went very smoothly. We rented a car so we were able to see everything around us. The apartment is very close to Universal and many restaurants. There is also a publix and subway within walking distance. The apartment itself was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stoked, everything was great!

Excellent experience. The host, Dennis, contacted us timely with all the necessary data, and was always helpful. The apartment is exactly as advertised, with 3 BR and 2 BA. The area is close to parks and still very quiet and comfortable. Overall a great choice. Would stay again.

Great check-in instructions. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Great location close to where we needed to be.
