property looks good, but all the windows and doors need updating. there is no sound proofing so you will hear the cars zooming by as if the window and doors are wide open. its right on the main road so youll hear everything, and cars love revving their engines down that road.. once that gets fixed this place will be perfect. everything else was great.

Great house, super clean, excellent beds and good location. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and it was a 10 minute drive with a Publix and multiple restaurants nearby. Dennis was a great host and very proactive. We will stay again and 100% recommended it.

Nice place. Beds were comfortable. Good location in town although we found the highway to be noisy. Clean and a safe area. We always enjoy the Vista Cay community.

A nice place to stay with a great location near attractions and grocery shopping. Condo with some typical wear and tear but overall well kept, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The community pool is nice as well! Would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay! Clean and in a great location for what we needed. We walked to nearby restaurants (Burgers, Mexican, pizza, Dunkin Donuts... and of course Publix), which was great because we didn’t rent a car... just took an Uber everywhere we where we were going. The place feels a little more like a timeshare than most of the Airbnb’s we’ve been to.... but I think that’s par for the course in touristy Orlando. We loved it and would go back again!

The townhouse was clean, located conveniently near the Rosen Shingle hotel (was there for a work conference), and the neighborhood was quiet. I could see it being a really great place to stay with a family for DisneyWorld. Biggest pros: comfortable beds and easy checkin and locks. Biggest opportunities: the house was a little worn. Some lower quality amenities, like soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

It was a perfect place for us to be and highly recommend to everyone! This is a wonderful place to stay for a family it is roomy with comforts of home and spotless wow talk about clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. We felt safe and had no problems. It was perfect thank you for sharing. We loved it.

Gorgeous, clean and bright home within a beautiful gated, family oriented and quiet resort. Wonderful amenities great for teens and their parents. Uber or Lyft to Disney parks and Disney Springs made it easy to get in and out of Disney area. Walk to Publix and restaurants, we never had to take the car out of the driveway. We highly recommend this place!

Great place, check in instructions were very clear. The only thing that was frustrating was parking. The garage is unavailable so there is only one parking spot available for the town home. We had two vehicles and attempted to put both vehicles on the narrow driveway and a part of the back bumper was in the street and we received a "warning" 30 minutes after arrival from the HOA that we would receive a $100 ticket. We called and were able to get it sorted in the morning, but we arrived at midnight and were tired after a day of travel to have to deal with the issue. Parking could be better specified on the listing, otherwise, great stay!

The House was great, it was incredibly clean and accommodated my family of 5 just fine. Check in and stay was hassle free and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend to a family looking for somewhere to stay in the Disney area.

House is very well arranged, spacious. Close to the highways to Cape Canaveral and Daytona. Very well organized and clean. As it is a rental residence, it is quite impersonal but the setting is nice and it is very comfortable! The beds are huge, the bathrooms are spacious. Mall 2m away

Great location and big space for 3 couples and a baby. We enjoyed our stay and it's close to all the tourist attractions. Good place to even get a nice walk and hit the gym too.

We are former Orlando residents who were returning for a wedding. We had a great time at Dennis' condo. Pictures were accurate, the pace was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space (there were 3 couples). We'd stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality Dennis.

Dennis was a GREAT host! He made the entire process from researching possible properties to reservations and communication on-site super smooth, professional and friendly! I will definitely work with Dennis again and would love to stay in this property again too.
