Overall awesome. The only issue is there is only one AC zone for 3 floors. So the lower floor could be freezing while the top floor is still very warm. Other than that, everything is very good. Clean, mordern, convenient.

We were in town for a gymnastics meet and found Dennis’s place to be the perfect spot. Everything we wanted was close and convenient. The townhouse was super comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family while visiting Orlando. Close proximity to conference centers, parks, and restaurants. Dennis is a fantastic host. We literally had all possible questions answered without having to ask. I highly recommend this townhouse. It has plenty of common room space along with ample private space. The best part is every room has it’s own bathroom. We’ll definitely stay here or at another one of Dennis’s many properties on our next trip to Orlando!

Me and my friends are all nurses who stayed on this Unit, and we are looking forward to book with them again in the future. The cleanliness is highly standard and we enjoyed our stays while in Florida. The communication with sir Dennis is fast and easy, very “Friendly”. Also we got a welcome snack form them. We appreciated Dennis and his communication with us even before our stay begun. During our stay he checked In with us. We had a problem with one of the beds and Dennis was on it quick and got it taken care of with in a couple hours.

Clean, comfortable, large condo. Beautiful resort with very large heated pool. Lovely lake with lots of water birds. Large grocery store a short walk away. Great for families. Host quick to respond to any questions.

Had an amazing stay in the townhome! Location was incredible as it was in close proximity to almost everything. The house was spacious and looks as advertised. The community is also very pleasant with an awesome pool, shops, and amenities. We are already looking forward to a return trip!

Amazing townhouse that has everything you’ll need. Perfectly located near parks and several other attractions and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and other stores. The amenities are great including the pool and awesome fitness center. Highly recommend!!!!

Our host Dennis was just what we needed. I was traveling with my six month old and my parents. The place was exactly how it has been described by the host. Dennis answered all my questions and made sure everything was going great during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Checking in and out was very easy. Everything was closer to where we stayed. Restaurants, grocery and gas were really close. We ate out mostly but with the kitchen setup you can easily make something quick. I will definitely recommend this townhouse to my friends and family!

House was perfect for 3 couples and 2 kids everyone had there own area to go to if they wanted and also the middle floor with plenty of space even when we were all in that area. Been going to Orlando the last 10 years and stayed in vista cay 4 or 5 times and this was by far the best we’ve stayed in so far

So clean, so stylish, and everything we could possibly want at our fingertips! The pool area is absolutely delightful and Walgreens is a walk around the corner and Publix just a quick two minute drive around the other corner!! EXCELLENT value and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Good Location for Family Holiday. Nice quite location but not far from Orlando's theme parks. Check in is very easy and smooth. Amenities are good. However the bed linen quality is basic and a bit worn.

If you want a great pool area with a 100 person pool, large hot tub area, and a toddler pool, this is it! It’s close to all of the parks. Quick host response and easy check in made this seamless. There’s a ground floor master bedroom, main floor living, dining, kitchen and half bath, and another master and room with a queen and a double on the top floor. Fast service responses too.

This was my second stay in this unit for business travel. Great location for business or personal travel. Within 5 minute walk to grocery and a couple eateries. 15-minute walk to convention center. 10-15 minute car ride to most orlando tourist attractions. All necessary amenities available, beds were super comfortable and the perks of Vista Cay pools a real appeal.

I stayed at Dennis' with some friends for a trip to go to the amusement parks and was very pleased with my experience. The location is perfect if you are going to Universal Studios and other parks close by. (It was less than a 10 minute drive.) Checking in was very easy, the house was clean, had a great layout and the beds were super comfy! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been there for 6 days and the experience was amazing! Location is great, you are close to everything. There is a Walgreens just around the corner and a Publix pretty close too. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms... all rooms are like the pictures from Airbnb, but even better. There is even a laundry room inside. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Everything very clean! The resort has a nice pool, with bar, and some fun for kids. In the end this was one of the best experiences I had at Airbnb - and I had good ones! :)

Stayed at Vista Cay with colleagues for a conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek, hotel was booked so we were fortunate to find this listing within close proximity to the conference center (15minute walk), airport, and tourist attractions. Space was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The gated community amenities were an added bonus and took full advantage of onsite pool and bar. Will plan to stay here again for future conferences.

Close to all of the Orlando attractions. Easy to get Ubers and Taxis from. The condo was large enough for 7 adults with space to spare. It was extremely clean and has a full size refrigerator/freezer. Would recommend for larger groups.

I reviewed it as being as I expected because Dennis represented his place well. It was a great place for our family of 6 adults to stay! We have 3 sons - and one daughter in law. This fit us well. It is not far to Universal Studios, and not much farther to Disney. We liked having 2 master bedrooms, and a room with 2 queen beds for our 6' tall sons. We let Dennis know a couple of things that needed fixing, and he was receptive and grateful. Thanks so much, Dennis!

It's a really great experience! We've been to Orlando several times, but this time should rank the first unforgettable one because Dennis's large clean house is really perfect for groups. It gives us enough private space, as well as everything we need. The house is well decorated, kitchen is full equipped, beds are big enough and the neighborhood is quiet. Love it! Definitely worth the price!

Our stay at this location was very enjoyable. The townhome was cozy but at the same time gave everyone their privacy. Getting the feed back from my family, their expectations where blown through the roof!!
