Exactly as described! Vista Cay is a beautiful resort. The property was quiet and in excellent condition. Community amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, and game room were modern and clean. They have an amazing kids water play area that’s like a mini water park. Such a nice feature to be able to get poolside food and drinks! We will definitely book with Dennis again. He was extremely responsive and it felt like a friend was letting us use their home. Thanks so much!

The only thing I did not like was that the AC was not working well. We were in 80-90 degree weather and could not turn the AC down lower the 73 or else it would potentially stop working all together. This should have been communicated prior to us booking and spending hundreds of dollars. had we’d known we would have chosen another location. The AC should have been working properly period that is not information you want to find out the day you arrive in extremely hot weather. I also questioned the level of cleanliness as we found some old nails and items left on the couch. It was pretty visible so whoever was cleaning should have seen it. Not writing this review to be a bother but things should be in order for the amount we paid. Other than that, the house was beautiful and checking in was very easy.
