The rooms were clean. Dennis was very helpful and responsive. Finding the location was easy. All doors and gate codes worked great!! The condo was very clean. Kinda wish the rooms had ceiling fans. The area was hard to keep cool. Great place to stay!!!

First day, we don’t get check in instruction after 4pm until I asked! He sent me gate code and unit key pad code! At 9pm, we arrived the property and found out there is no indication which unit we should check in! I ping Dennis again wait in front of the building more than 10 minutes no response! I ended up make a call a lady picked up and she is trying to help, she ended up told us the unit number, and Dennis finally responded, I guess she tried to find him though! Finally we stood in front of the unit, tried the key pad code! It was a wrong key pad code! Then I messaged Dennis apparently he has no idea what is going on! Finally he asked to try a different code then it worked through. Upon checked in, the AC is not working! We stayed there for two days and my crew were extremely unhappy about this place and the host is not pro-actively taking care of us! We ended up left earlier! It was a six night stay, we only stayed there for two nights! No need to keep ourselves further stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable, the condo was spacious. There are restaurants and grocery store very easily walkable. The only negative point was that the cleaning products were not included, so we had to buy cleaning products to keep our kitchen clean, paper towel and toilet paper for our 1 week stay... Still recommended for the price and location!

Great place to stay if you’re in Orlando and want to see all the sights. Right off of International Drive, 10 mins from Sea World, 10 mins from Universal, 15 mins from Disney World and about 15 mins to Florida Mall and Mall of Millenia. Very spacious condo, clean and comfortable furniture, very comfortable beds, huge kitchen with lots of seating, washer & dryer in unit. The only negative (which wasn’t the fault of the host) was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. They were very heavy footed, every step echoed and they had kids running around constantly. (Not sure if they are permanent residents or were guests) Other than that, we were very comfortable and loved the place. I’d definitely recommend & stay at this property or another one of Dennis’s properties again.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay here… only real issue was we were not sent check-in instructions on time, and when we were sent check-in instructions, the door code was incorrect so we had to call as we waited outside the door. Fortunately, there was a 24 hour service and we were able to get inside within about 10 minutes. I would stay here again for sure! We felt it was a good value and a good location

the place is very nice and it's located inside a resort, very close to a lot of restaurants and a supermarket, the resort has a big nice pool. room is very clean. we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great 1 1 days in Orlando for a tournament at the OCCC. This unit was as described, easy to find & access. It was semi-remodeled (bedrooms & kitchen updated, bathrooms appear to be original), clean, and bright. There are 3 TVs with Roku tech. A couple of opportunities: The fitness center is run down and has lots of broken/unsafe equipment. It would have been better to have more than 1 kitchen towel for 11 days. We did laundry daily, but 1 kitchen towel does not last long and you still have nothing to use while the 1 towel is being washed. There is no vent over the stove (the microwave fan vents directly back into the unit) so you have to be careful using a frying pan that you don't set off the alarms. Our daughters reported the twin beds were rock-hard for sleeping. The community access gates were broken much of the time we were there. At one point we were locked out of the community completely, had to park nearby & walk in, neither the 24 hr. security nor HOA returned calls.
