An incredible place to stay 15-20 minutes from Disney and Universal Parks. A very responsive team, giving very clear instructions and who solved our power failure problem in a very short time. I would 100% recommend!

It is a perfectly located home close to every thing, airport parked malls, that can host a whole family. It does have plenty of stairs but if that is no concern by all means everything else is as you would expect!

The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a great time and felt right at home. I loved how every room had its own private bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for a weekend getaway with a group of 10. The location was absolutely perfect—super close to the new Epic Universe theme park, which made getting there quick and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax after long days out. Beds were cozy, and the common areas were great for hanging out as a group. One thing to note is that the property has quite a few stairs, so if you're bringing heavy luggage or staying for a longer period, it might be something to keep in mind. That said, it didn’t detract from our experience at all. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

I think the best communication is effective, direct to specific topics and that is clear in the number of messages DURING the stay, if you have already clarified the doubts before and the information was clear, during the stay the arrival and departure report are sufficient, so I would come back and recommend Dennis.

This home was very close to the airport, parks, and other activities. It also has grocery stores and restaurants that are walkable. The pool, hot tub, and common areas were all great! The condo had all of the basic essentials we needed for a long weekend.

We had a great time at Dennis’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is in a good location and very quiet. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Grocery store is only 10 minutes walk away, and a pretty easy walk. The pool was not overcrowded at any point (we stayed in mid May, and it was 95F). The local restaurants aren’t great, but downtown Orlando had a lot of great options and Chick-fil-A nearby is great for a quick snack.

Dennis’s place was absolutely amazing! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Super close to amusement parks and shopping centers. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Dennis responded quick and was there whenever I had a question! Definitely a great place for a family!

This town home was the perfect location for us to host Christmas dinner with our family who live in the Orlando area. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We had an issue with the garage door when we first arrived which was dealt with very promptly. We would definitely stay at one of this host's properties again.

Highly recommend this rental! Three co-workers stayed here for a convention just down the road. The 3.5 baths are very convenient for travelers of this arrangement, ie: privacy. The sofa and furniture is comfortable. The beds were fine with plenty of pillows and linens. The savings over a hotel for three people is too hard to pass up for this kind of convenience. Checking in was very simple. We drove right to the complex with the codes provided and then another code to enter the condo. No formal process or waiting. We had a rental car for getting around for dinner and to the convention center. It is certainly walkable. Lastly, the property manager, Dennis, was extremely responsive on a couple questions. Our wifi was not connected and he showed up in minutes to give us a hand (resetting the router). Thank you again. We come to Orlando frequently for conventions and will certainly look to book this same property.
