This was a great stay. We were able to Uber to Universal for HHN each night. Close to Publix and restaurants. Pool was fun and the kids loved the game room.

This 3 bdrm/3.5 bath/3 story condo was good for our all-adult family extended weekend at Universal Studios, a 15-minute drive. Good wifi allowed 2 to work Fri & Mon. 1st floor king bed was a little saggy but didn't impact sleep. 3rd floor double beds were uncomfortably firm. 3rd floor king bed was very firm. Being on the outer street of the development = some road noise & commercial lights at night. Temperature inside varied from cool on 1st floor to slightly warm on 3rd floor, as others noted. Maybe nothing can be done. Wish we'd tried adjusting vents. Kitchen was clean, well-stocked with dishes, and fairly well stocked with flatware but lacked cookware suitable for preparing meals for 6 adults. The largest pot could barely boil water for 1 lb. of spaghetti. Kitchen consumables provided: trash bags, small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods. Usual bathroom consumables were provided. Sheets and towels were clean. W/D was a nice bonus. Great communication with Dennis.

Unfortunately, this was a business trip so we were booked solid and only got to enjoy the lodging. The accommodations were comfortable and we wish we would have had time to explore the rest of the amenities offered in the resort. Overall, for our purposes, it was great.

Our small group enjoyed spacious and quiet accommodations while attending an event at the convention center. We were able to walk to the event, saving a bunch of money on parking. We really prefer the airbnb to renting hotel rooms.

If you are planning a trip with your family this is definitely the place to stay. It is clean and spacious and I can honestly say Dennis is one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. We were a family of 10 and we were very comfortable and happy with the unit. Everyone has asked me to emphasize Dennis gets 2 thumbs up from everyone!

convenient location and great communication! beautiful lawn we were able to enjoy one day playing cornhole and visiting it appeared that the condo hadn't been stayed in for a while as it was musty smelling when we arrived, but after we turned the air on it was fine. it was also a bit dusty, which we communicated to Dennis and he would have taken care of but we were there for a trade show so spent more at the convention center than the condo so told him it didn't matter to us the condo location was perfect for our needs, but being right on Universal there was traffic noise so bring your ear plugs if you need it quiet to sleep

Give this Airbnb a 3 start because, the check in was good, keyless and code was sent ASA my reservation was confirm. Good location, close to parks, unit looks as pictures, BUT a/c unit doesn’t cool down on the first or 3 floor. Master bedroom is in the 3 floor, we couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so hot, 2nd night moved to the first floor thinking it was gonna be better, WRONG , it was as bad . To top it off we found roaches 😪 . Send an email about it, they only made a comment about the a/c unit about keeping it at certain degree, totally avoided the roaches comment . Def. Won’t be staying here again .

The townhouse is really nice,and the gated community is safe, nice, and quiet. The house itself is very big, and was very clean when we arrived. Pretty stocked kitchen ready for cooking your family meals. Bathrooms are spacious. We had 2 seemingly small problems upon arrival: we could not get on the wifi, and our folding bed was broken. It opened up, but then it would not close back, and a screw was missing from it. Per their instructions we emailed as it was too late to call. Later that night we realized there was no bedding or pillows for the pullout bed. We let them know. They knew we had ten people staying. Probably an honest mistake. The next day we sent another email, as they asked for a photo of the broken bed. I let them know we need sheets for the bed. We never heard back so I tried calling, but no one answered. We ended the owner directly and he said he would let them know. We came back at the end of the day, and still no bedding. We had an email from the management company saying they would make it an action item task, but they didn't. In review, communication was poor, the place was very nice, and the location is good. Being your own sheets and pillows for the foldout bed.

Very clean and spacious house with amazing amenities! The location is great if you are visiting the Orange County Conference center, Disney, or Universal Studios. There is a shopping strip with a grocery store and restaurants right outside the neighborhood, but be aware the townhouse is tucked in the far corner of the neighborhood and is about a 30 min walk from this area. There is however a Walgreens that is closer. I loved that it was easy to get in and out and call an Uber/Lyft to pick us up at the door. The fitness center is very limited and has no free weights, but that is not up to the Airbnb.

-The third floor gets very hot maybe they could get another air condition unit for the top floors. -Home is in the back of the property and you can hear all the traffic from the highway. Not much can be done about that I guess. -otherwise lovely facility, enjoyed stay.

House (3 levels) is in a great location, all services are to be found in walk and short drive distance. The house is located in a closed compound with pool, play area for the kids, basketball court etc etc.. perfect for a family with kids! There is private parking in front of the house with a garden behind it, the apartment is clean, fully equipped with staff to cook and get started with your stay. we loved staying there and will be back next time we are in Orlando. Thank you!

This was our first experience using an Airbnb and it exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and in a gated community, making us feel very safe. We enjoyed our stay, checkin was easy and convenient especially since we ended up arriving much later than we anticipated. The full kitchen made it easy to have healthy breakfasts and snacks available and the shared space on the middle floor was a perfect complement to the privacy of the bedrooms. The location was very convenient to most attractions and it's an easy walk to the convention center as well.

The pool is too far from the house , gaming room is extra charge , also average gaming room , poor fitness room , pool is not really heated . There is no coffee or tea provided by host which i think coffee and tea should be essential . Definitely , no value for the price you pay , I would recommend you to look other places before you take this place . If there is nothing out there you could take this place

I booked this condo for my bachelorette party weekend. This condo was very clean and stylish. Dennis was very easy to work with. My flight was unfortunately canceled, due to a snowstorm. I wasn’t able to arrive until the second night and we ended up down two girls because of this as well. Dennis was very responsive and was trying to work with us to make sure we didn’t lose our entire reservation. We went ahead and kept the reservation since the other girls were already there waiting for my decision. When the other girls arrived, there was an issue with the AC and it was apparently too warm in there. They were shown other units, which from my understanding were totally different and not so clean. Thankfully it was a cooler night so they ended up just leaving the windows open and it was fine. I finally got there for the second night and the AC was fixed and all was well. All in all, it ended up being a VERY expensive vacation, given all of the issues, but it was still worth it.

This was a great place to stay. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center, and I am certain we had better accommodations than a hotel offered. A moderate 15 minute walk to the convention center was a great way to enjoy the Florida sunshine. And the pool onsite was pleasant with a grocery store nearby so you had everything you needed within walking distance. The place was decorated nicely, had TVs in each bedroom, and was a great setup for 3 business colleagues to travel together while still maintaining privacy.

We stayed with three families and the kids loved it.The room is clean and tidy, full kitchen utensils, easy to cook, baby stroller is also provided.The location is good, less than 10 minutes drive to Universal Studios, there is a supermarket in 3 minutes, Ole is also very close, and it is also a 20-minute drive to Disney.The host will answer my questions in a timely manner, and the stay is very good. We were all really pleased with the place overall! With a car, it's convenient to just about everywhere you'd want to go in Orlando. It's a good idea to plan your travel around the check-in and check-out times or make sure there are other things you can do in the meantime, since those time-coded locks don't graciously allow for 10 minutes early. Nice clean spot! Thanks Dennis!

Fabulous two days in Orlando celebrating my birthday with my friends and family. The town home is just as described, it's three stories, and all 10 of us fit perfectly. Universal Studios city walk was only a 10 minute drive if that. Check in was extremely easy with the information Dennis sent me before hand and check out was even easier. I highly recommend this if you're traveling with more than six people the accommodations are set up perfect so everyone has their own space yet you're all mixed together. I do recommend stopping at the Walgreens which is conveniently located when you come in before check-in, you'll need some extra toilet paper maybe a roll of paper towel, trashbags and if you feel the need for extra towels you'll need laundry detergent to wash them. There are not any extras but Dennis does make you aware of this with his prior email.

The townhouse was in great condition and nice and spacious. Check-in was super easy, everything was very clean and professional. Internet was fast and the TVs were really nice. I liked being able to park right outside the door and use a code instead of keys so everyone could come & go as they pleased. Location was very safe & convenient to I-drive. Those on the bottom floor were able to hear people above walking very loudly. Would stay with Dennis again in a heartbeat. He was incredibly nice and easy to contact.

Great place. We were in town for 3 nights and place was really clean and spacious. Had a little hiccup with wifi but it was rectified right away. Place has a pool with bar that opens late so great for adults and kids alike to relax after a day out. Close proximity to Disney and universal is a plus. Highly recommend.

Great visit to Orlando. We met family in town to visit the team parks. We spent the evenings and nights here for the week. It was a great place to relax after some long days. We were able to cook and eat together. This was a very reasonable option and close to the parks.

The house was great! Perfect for our family of 6. Accurate description. Easy instructions for check in. Nice neighborhood. Only drawback was there was lot of traffic noise which made it difficult to sleep at night since the house is very close to a major street.

Our townhouse was so clean, Tidy and comfortable, we were 8 people, we all like it and felt like home. Dennis was so helpful and he responded immediately and send someone to fix a minor problem at the house. Overall, I recommend staying in this house and I would definitely look up to rent a vacation house from Dennis in the future.
