We really enjoyed our stay ! Location was perfect for us, and everything was just as described in the listing. I would also like to mention that we had an awesome view from our balcony, of 2 SpaceX rocket launches during our stay. Walkable to the convention center, if you are going for an event there and don't want to pay for parking.

Had a brilliant 10 night stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check in instructions clear and easy. We were also offered a late check out which was very helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location within the Vista Cay complex. It’s very close to the clubhouse. Walkable to Walgreens and Publix. Always plenty of parking. It’s a top floor apartment and the sun shines on the balcony in the mornings. It was very quiet in the apartment. We did some cooking and there were plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. I regularly used the washing machine and dryer. The showers were powerful and hot. There are white Venetian blinds in the bedrooms and very thin curtains so they did not block out the light. But it wasn’t much of an issue for us. Vista Cay complex close to Universal and Sea World theme parks. Disney slightly longer journey depending on traffic on the I4 but we never found it longer than 20 mins. I would 100% recommend the apartment and would definitely book again.

We were accomodated for a week. We went on a family trip, 4 adults and two children under 6 years old. We took advantage of the resort's amenities such as the swimming pools and games room. The apartment is very comfortable, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and is well equipped with all the appliances you need. The bathrooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. The view from the fourth floor is pleasant and it is a very quiet condominium complex. The location is ideal, because it works as a central starting point to visit parks and all the activities that one can do in Orlando. In addition, there is a Publix very close, which you can walk to and where you can get everything you need. The parking is very safe, it has a controlled entrance and there was always space to park near the apartment.

Overall great location if you’re going to Disney springs, universal, or Disney parks, and international drive restaurants/attractions. We stayed here with 3 adults and one 15-month old. Cons- we were not told prior to booking that the splash pad and pool behind the condo is under construction. You have to drive over a mile to the other pool across a main highway. The condo is definitely not child proof. There’s alot of breakable decor and a very large mirror hanging on the wall with one nail. The rooms do not have darkening shades. The beautiful sunshine rises bright and early. The condo overall is very small, so again with small children be mindful with noise. Voices carry and every noise in the house can be heard. If you like the house cold, don’t come here. The air is pinned to 69 degrees or above. The condo stays around 70-72 degrees with the setting at 69 degrees. Airbnb only always so many characters, so I’m not able to write a full review with the pros of the place.

Great location and communication. Condo was close to the pool and very quiet. My only complaint was that We had my elderly mother in law with us who is always cold and wanted extra blankets but none were in the condo and the company could not provide them. Other than that, we had a great stay. We will definitely keep them in mind for future visits.

The location was amazing, next to the clubhouse and the chartered bus that went to the convention center each day. The unit is beautiful, clean and well appointed. Some of my peers had a larger place in the complex for the same money but we had the best location in this beautiful community. It was plenty of room for the three of us. Do not arrive early because we tried the door at 3:55pm and it is on a timer to open at 4pm sharp. The rental management company has this brilliant business model down to a science. I never spoke with them or emailed them at all but they (Dennis) will text and email you every step of the way from the welcome/arrival to the departure, checking in with you in the middle all automated and timed perfectly. I will definitely try and stay here again during the convention next year.

The stay was great! Easy to find and park. Very spacious with high ceilings and sleek tile floors throughly. The access code on the door was super convenient, was really nice not to not have to keep track of a room key all weekend. Our host was very thoughtful gifting us a family pack of Oreos left for us in the kitchen. The place was also unexpectedly, and pleasantly stocked with single use hotel style amenities such as dish soap/sponge, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. And if you still needed any last min items after that, the 24hr Walgreens within walking distance was super convenient! LOVED THAT. Will definitely book again in the future!

Dennis is a gracious and accommodating host! The condo is a quick drive to the convention center. Very clean and spacious! It was perfect for myself and staff working a trade show. Highly recommend!

This property was nicely maintained and appeared as advertised in the photography posted on this page. The 2 main issues that my family ran into were: 1.) We were not provided with the keypad code for the rental property ahead of time and when we reached out and offered our reservation code to the customer service rep who answered the phone, she told me she had no way of looking that information up for me. Instead, she took my number down and insisted that someone from the front desk would return my call. After 30 min of waiting at the front door with all our luggage in hand, we were still not contacted. So we called back only to be asked for the reservation code which enabled the rep to look up our keypad code. That didn’t make any sense to me at all. I felt lied to and that exchange was very off-putting. 2.) At the time of booking, this space was described to sleep 8 people with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 sofa bed. However, there was no sofa bed in sight. Only a normal sofa whose cushions did not even detach from the frame. So one of us had to sleep, uncomfortably, on this small sofa. In the end, we were rewarded a very small discount of $49 which I did not feel truly sufficed. But I suppose i appreciate the gesture, nonetheless. Overall, this wasn’t the worst stay. It also wasn’t the best.

We loved this location and this resort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was exactly as described and we would definitely stay here again. The only negatives were the lack of dresser space in the rooms (one of the rooms didn’t have a dresser or a closet) and the bedrooms do not have room darkening curtains so when the sun came up we were up which was a little bummer for being on vacation.

The area is very convenient and a short drive to most activities you would like to do. Check in was easy and the pool was a delight. Walgreens being so close was also helpful!!

Beware! Do not rent an Airbnb through any of the Casiola places. They are a huge disorganized company. 30 minutes late check in with the cleaning crew still there and provided the keypad code way after the check in time. I will never get an Airbnb through them again

Location was good and though we did not go to the Theme parks during our stay, it would not have been difficult to get to them. Enjoyed taking a morning walk around the property (large lack to look at wide life). The property is pet friendly (although this condo is not). The amentities on site were also more then expected. Gym was sufficient and the pools and spa were clean and nice to use. The game room is not free. As for the Condo, the LR is small and you just have to make do with a large number of people. The bedrooms were VERY spacious as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with items you would need to prepare meals. Laundry was in the condo as well. Would stay again.
