The house felt like home and very minimal just the way i like it. Most of the things we needed was provided and more. Love the sweet gift he added for the kids. The fence in the back was a great idea for privacy and the beds were comfortable and was high not low. I would definitely come back to stay!!!

Dennis is an absolute Amazing host! He was kind, responsive and respectful. We’ve not had a better host. With that said, the home was beautiful but it did feel worn. It could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture (a couple of the beds were broken and the living room sectional was brutal) . We also found someone else’s clothes under the dresser in the master bedroom. And unfortunately, our youngest became locked in the bathroom because the door slid off the track and locked itself. My daughter also found a few bugs. Despite these issues though, we had good family time. And again, Dennis is Amazing as a host. I talked with my family and they agreed that with those updates, an hour earlier check in and a little lower price we would stay again.

Great stay. House was amazing. Paid for early check in, got there right on time and unfortunately was not told about the gate code. Was given the door code but you also need a code for the gate. Didn’t end up getting in until 45 minutes after, so the early check in was a waste of money due to the issues we had. House was spacious and clean. Ice maker did not work and the refrigerator made a loud knocking sound every 20-30 minutes unfortunately. Would stay again though 😊

Exactly as described. Clean and setup exactly as pictured. 4 pillows per queen and king beds, separate bathrooms for just about every bedroom (one Jack and Jill style). Linens were super clean, as were towels. Wish we’d had a few more towels as we had to keep washing machine running a load every night so everyone would have a clean towel for showering. Things had changed with check-in procedure a bit, able to quickly get sorted, Dennis was super responsive and we were in within 5 min of arriving. Security in this neighborhood is strict!! Was parked over the sidewalk a bit and had one of those ‘warning’ stickers on the window- the ones that fall apart when you try to remove- be sure you are not blocking any walkways when you park. Few broken items- fridge drawers and storage shelves on door, kitchen faucet, dryer continuously runs and fridge water dispenser may have had small leak - Dennis was on top of all these issues, offered to fix straight away. Great stay and great host!

I rented this place out to hang out with friends for the weekend. Definitely a good house when it comes to space for a bunch of people. The overall place was clean (although the carpet and one of the couches upstairs were visibly dirty it wasn't all that deterring from hanging out in). The backyard and the pool had ample space that we needed for those who were staying at the house. The garage is empty so you can park in there (we had 6 cars). We were unaware that you were not allowed to block the sidewalk and two of our cars got stickers and were almost towed. If I missed that in the instructions, then my bad, but I couldn't find it anywhere about not blocking the sidewalk. Double parking on the road was fine however, so there was enough parking. As for location, it is a great location. Not too far places but the biggest downfall of this area is cellphone service. There is no signal out in this general area and thats the fault of the owners. There is wifi at least

This place was very spacious and had enough room for everyone. The two living rooms allowed our group to hang out comfortably. The pool great for relaxing after a long day at the theme park and there were plenty of lounging chairs to sunbath in the pool area. We most appreciated that the home came with pool towels and some basic amenities. Love this house and would rent again.

There were a few things here and there from this being a "LIVED IN" home, but we made notes to the host and the host QUICKLY responded to all concerns. We really appreciated the quick responses to any issues we experienced during our stay. (They even door dashed a CAN OPENER!!! - That was a nice surprise to us! haha)

The house is very large and spacious for a bigger family. We had 11 of us there, 6 being kids and we still had plenty of room. Communication was quick and easy. We had a slight issue with the pool temperate when we first arrived and it was resolved in a timely manner. It's in a great location and close to everything you need.

Dennis’ house was okay, it was comfortable, in a great location, and close to all the parks. The good: enough rooms and bathrooms for a large family. Spacious living areas so you do not feel like you are in each others way. The community itself feels safe and nobody bothers you. The Pool and jacuzzi were heated. Communication was great, answered almost immediately to concerns. Having a master upstairs and downstairs was awesome. Bedrooms were spacious and most were en-suite. The bad: The leather couch and leather seats are so deteriorated and peeling. It was a huge letdown. The house need better maintenance and cleaning. We found a old nail inside the house and blood stains on sheets. The exterior is not cleaned or maintained at all, besides the pool. We found old cigarette buds, an old blunt roach on the floor, the grill was dirty, uncleaned with old used aluminum from past guests, there were ant nests all around the pool area, the rug under the grill is so deteriorated it looked like hair weave lol. The foosball table looks like it’s about to break at any time. We found 2 cockroaches in the laundry room but we are in Florida. We tried to open the windows and they were filthy and appeared to never be cleaned. The kitchen was not equipped for a large family. Not enough settings, pots were ridiculously small, and enough kitchen wares. We actually had to go out and buy pots in order to cook meals. And lastly, the dryer is broken and doesn’t stop. If you leave it running at night your clothes will be toasted by morning time. In conclusion, if all of these things are replaced, fixed, and cleaned, this house would be amazing. It has great and communicative hosts, in a desirable area, and it’s spacious and safe. If it’s taken care of I would definitely stay again. But for the price we paid (Christmas vacation), we definitely were let down and expected a lot more than what we got. The couch needs to go right away!!! Such an eyesore. Besides all that, thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The house was beautiful and super close to the clubhouse. The only things that weren’t great was the leather couch downstairs was all beat up - and the couches upstairs were clearly used. Don’t even try to open the ottomans upstairs as they are super heavy - we didn’t even touch them so that our kids wouldn’t get hurt. We let Dennis know of everything and he was quick to answer.

Amazing location, fair price! Beautiful home and pool. Every room was provided with clean towels, wash cloths and hangers. There was a single issue that arose and Dennis was quick to have a solution the same day. All in all we would recommend Dennis and this home to anyone, he responded very quickly any time I had a question and the house was great!

House was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for my family of 5 plus my mother. Everyone has their own space. My kids loved the pool and hot tub even without adding the heat for the hot tub. (It’s a $25/day extra for heat just Incase you don’t read it in the description before booking your stay). Dennis was very timely in his responses to any issues or questions I had. The only problem we had the whole trip was the prior guests trash wasn’t picked up before we arrived. And we moved our trash to the end of the driveway and it wasn’t picked up either so not sure about the trash issue. Otherwise 100% would stay here again or through an listing with Dennis!

The carpet was dirty. The microwave and dishwasher were broken. One of the bathrooms was dirty at check in. The sofa was messed up. The access to the property is difficult. Very far from Universal. Disney is 25 mins Universal is 40 mins away. No cell service for miles. Communication with the property was terrible. Do not stay there.

The place is overall a nice place dont get me wrong i just think for what I paid I would have expected more the white chairs were dirty and the white walls were dirty they need to go over them with white paint and replace the dirty chairs and broken chairs the sink was stopped up i tried not to use it and the door wouldn’t open from the inside so i used the garage to go in and out i didnt bother them with these issues i just made due because im not problematic these weren’t major issues i did inquire about the pool and fast response so im sure if I would have reported my issues they would have fix them.

Most of the house is really nice, and Dennis at Casiola was very responsive. The pool and spa is great. The rooms, bathrooms and decorations are nice. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. Unfortunately the carpet in the house is worn out and stained and the upstairs couch is as well. The old, stained carpet is the first thing you see walking in the front door and is not a great first impression. We also had problems with the WiFi and the AC, although Casiola was very quick in dealing with those issues.

The place itself is lovely. Large and comfy. Good for big groups. It has two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs. Host is responsive I guess but isn’t very helpful when you encounter issues and refers you to email. We got locked out of the place after extending the stay. We were not informed our extension would cause a change in the code and that should never happen. That was the biggest issue for me. I believe that should have been mentioned when I requested an extension. The location had to send help and it was uncomfortable. We had a baby, kids and elders in the vehicle. Apart from that the rest was good.

This was the perfect set-up for our group. We're all family but had 4 couples, three kids and an infant in the house. Everyone felt like they had plenty of space to unwind on their own, but the common areas were excellent. There was lots of storage and the kitchen held up well against our needs. The pool was a perfect size and well kept. The deck is nice and big and the deck furniture gave us extra outdoor space to enjoy during the day. We visited Universal on 5 of the days we were there and it felt very close and accessible: about a half hour drive that passed quickly as we spent the time in the car planning our first few moves at the parks. On the days we weren't at the parks, the clubhouse was outstanding. Friendly staff, free use of the whole place which includes an excellent splash pad, swimming area and lazy river. There's also a soccer area, small park for smaller kids, gym and video game arcade. The arcade was actually awesome and we used it after the pool on every visit. Food and drinks at the clubhouse was reasonable. Security was still sorting a few things out but we felt very safe while we were there. I would highly recommend this property for families heading to any of the various theme parks who want a chance to take a nice break away from the parks and enjoy some entertaining "off days" while still keeping the kids entertained. We had a noise issue with neighbors one night, which is 100% not the host's problem but we discussed it with our host in the morning and it was dealt with swiftly. The property has a 11pm/Midnight noise curfew on weekdays/weekends and the one frustrating night neighbors on either side had kids running around in the dark in the pools screaming like it was midday until after 2am. Ridiculous, but again, not our host's fault. Our complaint was responded to swiftly and the next night they shut down at curfew. I was impressed. We would definitely head back again given the opportunity.

Everything in the house was fantastic. There’s plenty of space. My family went down to just have family vacation and also celebrate my 27th birthday. The pool was a major plus as there was quite a few kids at the resort pool. We were able to cook family dinners and breakfast’s together. There was 13 of us and plenty to do, from the loft area for movies, to the pool area, and the dinning area for card games! We loved the nice touch of Oreo’s right on the table as we walked in as well. Little did Dennis know they are my families favorite cookie. Next time I am in the Kissimmee area I will for sure be booking this house again. Thank You!

The 8 bedroom 6 bathroom home is beyond beautiful. The place is beautifully decorated, very spacious and very clean. It is ideally located across from the resort for great access to everything. We really had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

The house was extremely clean, beautifully styled and the community was great. The only complaint I have was with the Casiola customer service. The outside BBQ propane tank was empty and they told me that it would be replaced but after waiting a day and a half and calling a third time, I was told that it was my responsibility to replace the propane tank. Besides that, the host was great and we had a wonderful time.

This place was truly the best! If you are looking for a large family home that is close to the parks or just to hang out for the weekend this is the spot for you. Dennis was such an amazing host and he always responded to me promptly. The house was clean, bedrooms were large, tv’s in all room, pool was beautiful, water park was everything I expected, arcade was free, face painting for the kids..seriously the list goes on and on! Don’t think about it just book. I will definitely be back! Thank you Dennis.

The home was exactly as described, clean, and beds were all comfy. The resort has some great amenities, we felt completely safe taking a stroll late at night and the home is located newer all the major stores and restaurants yet far enough that you can escape the tourist buzz. The drive to the theme parks was about 10-15mins, about 1.5 hrs to either Daytona or Tampa beach. The keyless check in was fast and easy to check in and out of the home. The private pool and jacuzzi was a hit with the kids and stayed out swimming as late as 2am. Dennis was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We had an amazing week long stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Dennis!

The place was very nice. There was an issue a couple of weeks before we arrived but was taken care of. Don't know if it was the week we were there or what but houses around us were very noisy at night in their pools (sometimes after 11pm). Also the cell phone coverage was very weak, had to go outside in the front yard at times to make a call. I realize this isn't the hosts vault just a FYI. Close to the Disney parks. The community pool was very clean and nice. Overall the place was very roomy, clean and had more than enough towels. The host was quick to answer when getting back to me. I would stay there again but maybe not on a holiday weekend because of noise from neighbors.

Where should I start....I would like to say thank you to Mr. Dennis for being a great host! This house was wonderful more than I expected from the beds to the pillows that had me sleeping for hours the pool was very clean and relaxing! I could go on and on all I can say is that this house is a 5 start plus more and I will be happy to rent this home in the future!! My family enjoyed their stay!! Trust me you won’t regret choosing this home!
