We are big fans of this apartment and Vista Cay. Such a great location for Universal and Disney access, and such a comfortable stay. We love the huge heated pool with a nice bar menu and the apartment was spacious, bright, high-ceilinged and fresh. The beds were comfy and the showers nice and hot. Parking was right in front and we didn’t hear any neighbor noise. The welcome treat and tote bag were appreciated and the coffee was yummy Starbucks! Lots of pool towels in the washer/dryer closet — just right for our family of four to stay and enjoy the parks and a little downtime in between.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. It is conveniently located within a reasonable driving distance to the parks and in close proximity to various retail options. The accommodation provided all the comforts of home and more, with excellent amenities available for use. Additionally, the resort offers a variety of on-site activities. We had a great stay. Everything was as we expected, and the flat was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything you need to cook comfortably. We had a very minor issue with the access code when we arrived, but Denis responded very quickly and sorted it out straight away. Throughout our stay, he was always available, responded to our questions very quickly, and was also very proactive in making sure we were comfortable. We also loved the welcome gifts, which were not only very nice but also really useful. We definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Thank you, Denis, for the excellent service!

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. I did have an issue with the key pass code not working to get in the unit but after contacting the Casiola team the issue was resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our time in Florida. Our condo was perfect. Dennis was responded to any needs quickly. He had a special gift waiting on us upon our arrival. We had plenty of space, towels, and fun. The pool area was an added bonus. It was a short walk from our room. We loved having a gas station at and Chick-fil-a across the street. We were also down the street from the convention center where my son had to play basketball. Universal is also only about 10 minutes away and Disney around 30 minutes. The location is awesome. I recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Really nice place to stay! We travel every year to Orlando for an international hair show, and we usually stay at Vista Cay because it’s so close to the menu. We’ve never been dissatisfied, and this host has been the best by far! Definitely recommend!

The apartment was very nice and clean and comfortable. It had plenty of towels and enough kitchen supplies. We had an issue with the door code which was not working but we called the phone number provided and the lady was very helpful and she was able to change the code and get us inside the apartment in 5 minutes.

Dennis’ place was everything as advertised. The location is centralized to all Orlando attractions, and secure. No issues getting information, and gaining access to the property. After long days on our feet, it was a very comfortable condo to come home to. We had an issue with the dryer not working during our stay, however, their response was prompt and maintenance inspected day immediately. Lastly, the toiletries and supplies provided were sufficient for our six night stay. When back in Orlando, I’d definitely stay here again!

Upon check-in, we had a glitch with our entry code not working. Management promptly responded and we were in about 20 minutes later. The place was great, clean, and very secure. This is a great location near the convention center, sea world, and universal parks. Traffic was easy to navigate and didn’t seem too stressful. Some furniture started showing renters fatigue but nothing major. The washer dryer was great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Over all as expected. Floor boards and lamps etc very dusty and dingy. Needs a deeper cleaning. Patio door leaks in the rain. Air conditioning takes time to catch up and you are not allowed to turn it down lower than 75 which in 98 degree humid temps is not cool enough for our comfort.

Great location! Very close to the new Universal Epic Park! Plenty of room for 5 adults with lots of room left over. Only had one small issue with the code at check-in that was resolved with in minutes. Very fast and friendly communication from Dennis and resort staff! Would stay again!

This was an excellent value for bigger groups for the clean, spacious and well equipped unit in an excellent location with nice amenities. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. Dennis was also very responsive and courteous with frequent checking ins. The gated community was located so close to all the Seaworld parks and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It also felt very safe and secure, which was nice as we could let our teenagers roam on their own. The pool was nice, though crowded, and had a very lively bar and entertainment for younger kids.

Great location close to everything. Moldy bathroom ceilings and in master bedroom the mold is most likely due to the AC not working correctly which I notified manager and the response was if the thermostat is at 75 it’s working. This is Florida that is not the case and I am almost certain everyone in Orlando moves the thermostat below 75. The dryer is also needing service sounded like birds inside most likely a new belt is needed.

we are locals and just wanted to get out of the house for the weekend . had a great time and went to some of the restaurants on Sandlake area had great steaks and sushi . This condo is close to everything and is a must recommend for easy access to Icon park restaurants and the attractions but not in the busy areas of traffic. easy to maneuver around the area and get to where you want to go. Huge pool and hot tub area with food and beverages.

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were large and very clean. The balcony was wonderful to relax and enjoy the fresh air and a glass of wine in the evening. Internet and cable availability was fantastic. We were very impressed with the amount of space in each of the rooms and closets. It worked out perfectly for us and the proximity to the convention venue was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again! Bravo to our host!

The condo is conveniently located. Love that it was gated. Condo was very simply stocked, enough to be comfortable. Pool was heated and pool towels were supplied. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable & clean. Clean bathrooms. Communication was fantastic.

¡TERRIBLE SERVICE! Since we arrived there was a broken vase, the microwave did not serve and the cleanliness was doubtful. After our stay they are charging us $68 for a vase that was already broken (eye, it can be strategy to charge all your guests). On the first day we wrote him to let him know that the microwave was not working, he said that from 24 to 48 hrs they were going to solve the problem. And it wasn't until 4 days after they came to bring a spare and it was because I kept insisting. She let us know that since we did not report the broken vase, it is our responsibility to pay it. TOTAL sham.

Great space. Very close to attractions and everything that we could ever need was right in the vicinity. The house was absolutely gorgeous and lived up to what it looked like online. It was a good price for 3 bedroom condo. The location was great- close to everything. We were a family of 5, so we could have used more ammenities (i.e. dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc.). Had plenty of towels. Dennis was responsive and professional. There was only one main pool so it was a bit crowded. The floors inside could have been a bit cleaner (my kids were barefoot and it was very dirty in a few hours). Overall it was pleasant and convenient.

Overall, this place is great for many reasons. So great as far as location, quiet and peaceful, beautiful complex with a nice club house and other amenities. The self check-in/out and the instructions provided were extremely useful and easy to follow. The Condominium itself is in great shape, and is furnished very well. The only challenge in our case was the slow water drainage in showers, specially the shower in the second bathroom. This slow drain made taking shower very difficult. We had to wait for a long time for the water to drain before they became usable again. We reported this to the management 1st morning after our arrival, and they promised to have someone come over as soon as possible. However, unfortunately no one came to take care of the issue throughout our stay (which was 4 days in total). When reporting the issue, we provided them a phone number to keep us posted with when the help will arrive or any other updates, but sadly no one even called us back on the number we provided them.

This home was better than we could have imagined! Perfect space for our family of 4! Conveniently located near all theme parks! Our 4 year old loved the awesome pool and never wanted to leave! We greatly appreciated the pack n play for our 2 month old to have a safe place to sleep! Would definitely recommend, and book another stay in the future!

This was a decent place to stay - had a little style and the pool was great - convenient to convention center - no good espresso nearby was disappointing - we had a few things that needed to be fixed and cleaned better - would have liked an earlier check in without fees - usually on VRBO that as accommodating - overall a decent experience

This property is beautiful and very close to the Universal and Disney parks. The condo is very nice and clean! Dennis also leaves a few toiletries for you to use a well. You receive an email with a detailed list of items he provides at the condo before you arrive and a check out list as well. It made my trip hassle free. The property also has a wonderful pool area with a bar. Definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Great air bnb! Spacious condo, beautiful grounds for walking, nice pool with bar! Walking distance to Publix for groceries and plenty to do within a short drive. There’s an outdoor bbq on site that was utilized twice during our stay. Convenient stay near Convention center - 5-7 minute drive or 20 min walk. Highly recommend and would stay again.
