This was an excellent value for bigger groups for the clean, spacious and well equipped unit in an excellent location with nice amenities. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. Dennis was also very responsive and courteous with frequent checking ins. The gated community was located so close to all the Seaworld parks and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It also felt very safe and secure, which was nice as we could let our teenagers roam on their own. The pool was nice, though crowded, and had a very lively bar and entertainment for younger kids.

Great location close to everything. Moldy bathroom ceilings and in master bedroom the mold is most likely due to the AC not working correctly which I notified manager and the response was if the thermostat is at 75 it’s working. This is Florida that is not the case and I am almost certain everyone in Orlando moves the thermostat below 75. The dryer is also needing service sounded like birds inside most likely a new belt is needed.

we are locals and just wanted to get out of the house for the weekend . had a great time and went to some of the restaurants on Sandlake area had great steaks and sushi . This condo is close to everything and is a must recommend for easy access to Icon park restaurants and the attractions but not in the busy areas of traffic. easy to maneuver around the area and get to where you want to go. Huge pool and hot tub area with food and beverages.

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were large and very clean. The balcony was wonderful to relax and enjoy the fresh air and a glass of wine in the evening. Internet and cable availability was fantastic. We were very impressed with the amount of space in each of the rooms and closets. It worked out perfectly for us and the proximity to the convention venue was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again! Bravo to our host!

The condo is conveniently located. Love that it was gated. Condo was very simply stocked, enough to be comfortable. Pool was heated and pool towels were supplied. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable & clean. Clean bathrooms. Communication was fantastic.

Poor SERVICE! Since we arrived there was a broken vase, the microwave did not work and the cleaning was hesitant. After our stay they are charging us $68 for a vase that was already broken (look, it can be a strategy to charge all your guests). The first day we wrote to let you know that the microwave was not working, he said that from 24 to 48 hours the problem was going to be resolved. And it wasn't until 4 days after they came to bring a spare one and it was because I kept insisting. He let us know that since we didn't report the broken jar, it's our responsibility to pay for it. TOTAL bother.

Location great between airport and Disney. Clean, easy check-in. Only complaint is the couch needs to be replaced, it's broken down, uncomfortable to sit on and hard to get up from.

Great space. Very close to attractions and everything that we could ever need was right in the vicinity. The house was absolutely gorgeous and lived up to what it looked like online. The team was also very responsive when it was time to address a couple of very small issues. I certainly would come back and stay at the space.

It was a good price for 3 bedroom condo. The location was great- close to everything. We were a family of 5, so we could have used more ammenities (i.e. dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc.). Had plenty of towels. Dennis was responsive and professional. There was only one main pool so it was a bit crowded. The floors inside could have been a bit cleaner (my kids were barefoot and it was very dirty in a few hours). Overall it was pleasant and convenient.

Dennis Made sure the communication was always open between the two of us, the location is definitely within 10mins to Universal and other surrounding activities, the stay felt like home and the beds were soooo comfortable. We will definitely be back again

Overall, this place is great for many reasons. So great as far as location, quiet and peaceful, beautiful complex with a nice club house and other amenities. The self check-in/out and the instructions provided were extremely useful and easy to follow. The Condominium itself is in great shape, and is furnished very well. The only challenge in our case was the slow water drainage in showers, specially the shower in the second bathroom. This slow drain made taking shower very difficult. We had to wait for a long time for the water to drain before they became usable again. We reported this to the management 1st morning after our arrival, and they promised to have someone come over as soon as possible. However, unfortunately no one came to take care of the issue throughout our stay (which was 4 days in total). When reporting the issue, we provided them a phone number to keep us posted with when the help will arrive or any other updates, but sadly no one even called us back on the number we provided them.

Myself and some friends were in town for the weekend and arrived for check in and everything was amazing from the get go. The place was very roomy and clean. Dennis replied instantly multiple times and is a fantastic host. If you are coming to Orlando you must consider checking out this place!

This home was better than we could have imagined! Perfect space for our family of 4! Conveniently located near all theme parks! Our 4 year old loved the awesome pool and never wanted to leave! We greatly appreciated the pack n play for our 2 month old to have a safe place to sleep! Would definitely recommend, and book another stay in the future!

There were limited towels, tissue, and wash clothes. I wish the bug issue would’ve been as important to them as it was to me. The stay overall was nice though; even though there were minor issues I would come and visit again.

This was a decent place to stay - had a little style and the pool was great - convenient to convention center - no good espresso nearby was disappointing - we had a few things that needed to be fixed and cleaned better - would have liked an earlier check in without fees - usually on VRBO that as accommodating - overall a decent experience

This property is beautiful and very close to the Universal and Disney parks. The condo is very nice and clean! Dennis also leaves a few toiletries for you to use a well. You receive an email with a detailed list of items he provides at the condo before you arrive and a check out list as well. It made my trip hassle free. The property also has a wonderful pool area with a bar. Definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Great air bnb! Spacious condo, beautiful grounds for walking, nice pool with bar! Walking distance to Publix for groceries and plenty to do within a short drive. There’s an outdoor bbq on site that was utilized twice during our stay. Convenient stay near Convention center - 5-7 minute drive or 20 min walk. Highly recommend and would stay again.
