Neighborhood was great, host was great & very responsive & the house itself was very clean & neat. The pool and backyard area were a bit dirty, specifically some buildup staining around the pool tiling that was in turn making the pool water dirty, spiderwebs & bugs around all the exterior furniture. We communicated this with the host in which they promptly responded and had someone come out the next day to clean the area up. It seemed they just did a routine cleaning of the pool water but did not actually scrub the tiling down which was a bit disappointing. Overall besides this, the host was great & the house was very nice & clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at this home! Everything was just as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There was a couple of small issues when we first arrived, but the host responded right away and had it fixed super quickly, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for being such a thoughtful and responsive host — we’d definitely stay here again!

We all had a great time. Easily accommodated the amount of people we had with us. Bummed the hot tub wasn’t acting right but with the busy schedule we had we didn’t have much time to use it anyways. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Dennis was proactive and timely with communications, easy express check-in with address sent a couple of days before arrival, email communications during stay to check in and to-do check out the day before departure. The house was extremely clean and family friendly (pool/hot tub, bbq grill, large dining table and washer/dryer) in addition to the game area. House was large enough for personal space but allowed family interactions after visiting the Disney and Universal Parks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dennis's place. The home was just as described. I was super grateful there was a master on the main, as i fractured my foot just 3 days before we arrived. We felt comfortable and had no issues. We would return and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’s place. This was the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb. Dennis is a wonderful host. He is so nice, super responsive and addressed all of our questions and concerns quickly. The house is comfortable roomy, and the perfect location for all the Disney parks. When we weren’t roaming the parks, we enjoyed our private pool and the spa. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again if we come back for a Disney vacation. Thank you Dennis for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time renting this Airbnb I love how comfortable & clean it is. & just easy to access. Also a plus is they provide pool towels which is very convenient when there’s a lot of you in one house. It Looks just like the pictures. The only thing I think that needs changing is the outside chair cushions. Other than that everything is perfect. I definitely recommend this home. I would stay again!

Overall the house/decor was very nice. Clean, comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate our party. Beds were plush. Sectional in the main living area was comfortable. Kitchen had all the needed utensils, etc...and a starter kit was provided including dish soap, laundry detergent, etc...Air conditioning worked well. Private pool and spa was a favorite. Recommend the extra charge for the heat which made it even better. Clubhouse was nice with large pool, lazy river and plenty of lounge chairs. The location of the house is toward the back of the community. You will most likely want to drive to the clubhouse. Parking on weekends fills up fast. Overall location of the house is within a 30 min. drive or less to most theme parks, restaurants, etc... Small issues were the pool and spa lights did not work at night as pictured and one ceiling fan in the Star Wars themed bedroom did not work, but nothing that would detract from booking again. Dennis was very a responsive host.

This is a lovely home with very nice decor. There was enough space for my family to have their own bath and bedroom. Only drawback is the location. Streets are tight with very little to no parking for guest. Neighbors parked in our driveway. The front gate was constantly congested in the evenings. Was not a fan of all the alarms on the doors and windows but I understand. No bath towels or wash clothes in the master bdrm on 1st floor. The pool had sand and debris at the bottom but this did not stop the children from playing. The outdoor cushions were moldy but we enjoyed the space after a long day.

Amazing home. Accommodated all needs from adults down to the infants we had. Great restaurants around the area and shopping centers for groceries if needed. Private backyard with no rear neighbors. Will be booking with Dennis for future trips!

Host is incredibly responsive and flexible to suit guest needs/stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the photos are very representative. Had a couple of very minor mechanical issues and maintenance was timely and efficient. The only minor 'down' side to our stay was the close proximity to neighbors on both sides. That was a small issue for us to overcome and in the end enjoyed our stay, the host and the great value!

Amazing location!! Very close to the Disney theme parks took us around 25 minutes. Beautiful layout with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or alone. The themed bedrooms are well thought out and fun for adults as well. Super clean with very clear instructions. Private pool/spa area was great to have. Highly recommend staying here, will be back in the future.

I spent a week with my immediate family and had our extended Florida family visit us and we celebrated Christmas together. We had a wonderful time I was able to cook for the entire family and there were enough place settings for all 14 of us. There were 2 separate living spaces so plenty of room to spread out. The game room was enjoyed by all ages. We come from the northeast so sufficed to say….the heated pool/spa was WONDERFUL. I highly recommend this home, location and the management company.

Dennis is a super responsive host. Easy to work with. Super flexible with checkins and outs! The beds were comfortable. Ample space for everyone. Never felt like we were cramped. The pool and hot tub were great! The games room was great! The games in the living room were an added bonus! Loved that there was dish soap & dish washer pods. Laundry pod as well! And to have the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the event of forgetting yours - the best. The security staff on premise were lovely! Thanks for a great stay! Would happily return and highly recommend to others!

This house was great. Super clean and spacious, pool area was exactly what we needed. Dennis was incredibly responsive any time I had a question. We stayed here with our 3.5 year old to go to Disney because it’s easier to have more space and rent a car. It ended up being a little further to Disney than we anticipated just because I-4 has traffic at almost every time of day but that’s just the area. With no traffic it was 22 minutes, most days it took about 35-40. Aside from that, the house and the stay were absolutely perfect!

The house was just as described and very clean. We’ve stayed at other rentals in the area and none compare to how clean this house was. The was just as pictured. It’s only about 20ish minutes from Magic Kingdom (depending on traffic), which was perfect for us. It was about an hour from Universal. Dennis was very responsive with any questions we had.

Great spot for the family to spread out. It's a 30 minute drive to anywhere Disney related. Was unable to use Solterra pool, because parking lot was always full and it's way too far to walk.

Beautiful and spacious home. Looks just like the pictures. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Having so many bathrooms was super convenient. Bonus living area upstairs was also awesome to have. The pool area is nice, although hot tub is an extra fee. We paid for early check in (2pm) but had a couple hiccups trying to get into the community because the guard said we weren't registered/in their system for some reason. Dennis was able to contact them and the clubhouse and get everything situated. Wait to drive into/out of the community sometimes has super long lines depending on the time of the day. There are lots of neighbors around, but the house still feels pretty private and quiet. Overall, great house and value and would stay again.

Very comfortable home. Nice game room, pool and enjoyed no neighbors behind. Perfect for any amusement park you would visit. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Furniture was in good shape and my family had an amazing vacation.

Beautiful and spacious house without a peaceful area. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which was very convenient. Beautiful pool and outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful weather. The garage is actually a games room where we ended up on evenings. Excellent value for money!

Pristine!!! we stay at several properties each year, this was by far, the nicest home we have ever rented. Our host Dennis went above and beyond to get us into this home the same day after we needed to leave another home through another host due to deplorable conditions, I can't praise the property or our host Dennis enough, we will definitely be coming back, and hopefully Dennis will still be out host

My stay was great. I was impressed with this home from the moment I opened the door. The location is about 30-35 min from the parks and International Blvd area (with traffic). The home is equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped. Only 2 of us occupied the home. There were 4 nicely sized bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms. There’s also a living room up there. The master bedroom is downstairs. The bed is really soft. Our only issue was we weren’t able to use the heated pool during our stay. Dennis and I discussed everything and he put in the effort to correct the situation. Unfortunately, it was too late for us. I’m not sure if the neighbors were owners or renters, but if they were owners, you’ll be next door to dogs and they wake up early and are often in the next door pool area doing their best to communicate with you (lol). Dennis is responsive and driven to making your stay perfect. All amenities listed were available.

Overall a really good stay place big enough for 8 we were not on top of one another. I will say if you need to make a full dinner for a family of eight or more you’ll need more pots and pans. Plenty of plates and cups though.. we also had a slight issue with the resort for the amenities that was supposed to be included but on our end after a few conversations back-and-forth, they let me pay for it and they reimburse me immediately. Other than that after heating the pool by the fourth day, it needed to be cleaned and chlorine needed to be added because the pool got murky with eight people going in and out. Overall, I would totally rent again.

The home was decorated beautifully and had all the features that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool after coming in from our activities of the day. The traffic was a bit crazy but that doesn’t have anything to do with the home. The house was clean, and Dennis was accommodating with all questions prior to our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

I just want to say WOW!!! I’ve stayed at plenty airbnbs snd this has been my best experience to date. This place was pristine and was exactly as described. There were so many nice touches added. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. No cons, just pros. There was plenty of room for our friends and family. Having the two living rooms plus game room makes it easy to spread out and enjoy spaces separately. The Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Haunted Mansion themed rooms were well thought out. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I am booking this again on my next Disney trip!

This house was amazing! It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Dennis was courteous and prompt with any questions. The beds and linens were unbelievably comfortable. I absolutely loved the game room too!!! It was very nice to have the community pool with water slide and lazy river. This was a vacation destination that didn't require any off site fun, we literally stuck around the house the entire time and relaxed! However, there are many attractions nearby worth visiting. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, in fact I already have! Thanks Dennis!!!

It was a surprise to get to the house and smell it again. The decor is wonderful. The house is very comfortable. The mattress is tall and very soft for those who like it. Full kitchen. There was a coffee maker package and we loved it! I didn't notice if the pool could be heated so we didn't use the pool because it was cold.
