We had an amazing vacations, the house was extremely beautiful. The only recommendation if our want to stay in this months January February or March don’t forget to purchase the pool heat before you arrived because take like 24 hours to heat it up the pool. But other than that it was a beautiful house.

The accommodations were great and Dennis did a wonderful job communicating. There were some issues we did run into - requested early check in and let us know we could not due to "deep cleaning" that was taking place the week prior scheduled to be done before our arrival. On the day of arrival, they did let us check-in early but the accommodation did not look like it had a "deep clean." We unfortunately did find a cockroach in the kitchen and several hairs in the bathrooms. The images certainly made it appear larger than it is - both the accommodation and the resort. With that said, the accommodation was very nice and Dennis made the process smooth by being quickly responsive. I think there can be some improvements made but overall I definitely recommend staying here.

The place was perfect for a family trip, I loved the amount of bathrooms the place had. There was a little bit of confusion with the security in the front to let us in every time with a Lyft driver, that could have been a explained a little better. Overall the stay was great and the place was clean, would book again.

It was excellent vacation home, everything we hoped for! we would stay again. The home was well cared for, basic initial cleaning supplies, linens and toiletries were provided, which made late night arrival much easier. We loved the private pool! Everything was exactly as described, and easily laid out.

Had a great time at Dennis place. My kid had a lot of fun as the house Pool and the water park is a plus. My kid are under 3 and they have an area for little kids that was awesome. If you are thinking about doing a bbq be prepared to buy propane there is a bbq at the house but not propane is provided.

Awesome private gated community. This place is great rooms are very spacious and the pool in the back yard was great . Would definitely come back again 10/10.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much . Everything was great, such a beautiful home and very peaceful place. I definitely recommend staying here! I appreciate the host for everything he provided us with and always made sure we were okay and if there was any assistance needed .! Thank you Dennis :)

Place was very clean and just as described. Didn’t have any issues through out the stay. Was stocked with cookware and some basic toiletries which comes in handy and will get you by the first night or two. Keep in mind there is an early check in charge. Even though booked a week stay there was no way to get it waived so plan accordingly. The resort area was nice and will keep the kids busy through out the stay. Overall would recommend

We enjoyed our stay a lot. House was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Kids loved the pool and water park. Dennis vas very responsive when we wanted to lower the temperature in outdoor pool a bit . Great area with Publix just across the road.

Had a blast, wish there was a closer beach. Only 50min from Airport & very close to a lot of things. Waterpark was such an amazing addition. Pool fairly sized, everything clean & as described. Only issue was the few roaches in the kitchen/pool area, confusing because house was very clean !

Our names were not on the condominium list, we stayed for almost two hours until we were able to enter (those hours were not added at my checkout). House has not been cleaned for a while, bathrooms with hair, all dust, dental floss on the couch and many other things. The cleaning fee was returned, however, I lost hours at check in, that is, we left at a loss. In addition to having to be in a house without cleaning

Fantastic townhouse that is every bit as good as the pictures suggest if not even better. Could not fault the actual home at all, and it exceeded all our expectations. Facilities at the Windsor Islands clubhouse also brilliant especially the kids pool/slides which is perfect for under 5s. It was never overcrowded when we visited in October but given how quiet the resort was I imagine it must get very busy in peak periods when many more homes are occupied. Other reviews have mentioned the security at the gate and we had similar issues with their overzealous approach - we got checked in ok, but got a lecture on night 2 for not having a visitors pass (even although they hadn’t actually told us we needed to get one) and then on another morning we informed them 2 family members who live locally were visiting us for a couple of hours and they simply refused to let them in as we weren’t the owner. Dennis is super responsive and got them added that morning but by that point we had already had to change plans as they had been turned away by the gate. It all just seems completely over the top compared to other resorts in the area and is the only negative on an otherwise really nice new complex.

It was absolutely great! The place was roomy, comfortable, clean, and close to everywhere you want to be! The resort features are fantastic with pools, water slides, lazy river, and outdoor bar. I can't wait to go back and stay here again!

Perfect home if you’re visiting the Orlando area. Great for families and kids. The private pool was awesome! The home is very close to everything and the amenities are beyond amazing!!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well equipped, and the water park was amazing. The water park felt like being at a hotel resort and our server/bartender, Craig took great care of us. We also had a couple of questions during our stay and received answers promptly. I recommend this home.

The house overall was very nice and clean. I did run into a couple issues. My check in time was 4pm and they pushed it back to 6pm. When me and my family got there the address wasn’t pulling up and led to problems with check in. Was there for about 30 minutes trying to check in after a long drive. Then when it was time to get into the pool, it was freezing. I asked about the heat and they said “you have to pay a fee to get pool heat” even after they themselves said I would get free pool heat for my entire stay because they had to push back my check in time. Also there was ants everywhere in the kitchen and living room. After having all that trouble nothing was offered not even a night’s refund or extended stay for all the inconvenience. The only thing that was offered was the pool heat and that was never turned on after many times of telling them the pool was still cold. It’s a very nice place but all the trouble that came with it was reflected on my rating.

We had a great time! Such a beautiful place. We did have trouble checking in at the gate though. On the instructions for check in, it said we didn’t need to check in at gate and to go right to the home. However, the gate would not let us through until after numerous calls to get our names on list. But once we got that figured out, it was perfect! Communication was quick and the house had everything we needed. The little pool was our favourite part! Thanks for the awesome stay!

This home is beautiful and was spotless clean! The area is very good. All you have to do is buy food because everything is in the home!
