Dennis was super nice and helpful! There were small items like you get at hotels like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, 2 pods of laundry detergent and dish washing pods, and more! It was very handy. Room was easy to find!

Pro: Dennis is very responsive and friendly; overall the location is very good (close to Seaworld, outlets, Chinatown) although the community is large enough so that you have to drive to another pool and entertainment area; the room is clean and comfortable Con: There is construction on going at this side of the community (pool is under construction so no pool at this side, have to drive to the other part of for pool); very noisy during the day due to construction; self-catering no matter how long you stay here which is not making sense since all complimentary goods are provided once; balcony view is not very good (view blocked by another building)

Location is great, right by the main pool. Quiet and easy to get to. Loved that I didn't have to wash all the linens and towels before leaving - one less thing to worry about!

Very close to Orange County Convention Center, 5 minute drive. Publix next door. 8 minutes from restaurants. Perfect location. Close to pool and fitness center.

Beautiful and clean flat, very comfortable beds, nice surroundings, responsive host. The kitchen is very well equipped. We did not have time to try the pools, next time we will! Definitely would stay again!

This home was exactly as described... It's a very short walk to the pool area and easy to find. The home was clean and well decorated. The linens were nice and clean without smelling like a strong detergent, which was really appreciated. Dennis is a wonderfully responsive host. All in all, it was a great visit.

Meticulously kept unit with all the necessities for comfort away from home. Plenty of space inside the unit, lots of amenities on the complex grounds, excellent location to every tourist attraction or the convention center. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Excellent value.

This is my first time using an Airbnb, to be completely honest I was very nervous I would hate it. I was worried about the place not being what was advertised, also worried about the cleanness as I have children, one of them being only 8mos old BUT i was totally wrong about my perception. The place was so cozy, clean, had everything we could need including a baby stroller which was a life saver on our trip to Universal Studios. The location was perfect, we were literally about 10 - 20 min away from all areas we wanted to hit, the pool was great, it was quiet, the surrounding property was clean as well, totally secure, I mean this place was perfect! I would definitely book with Dennis again and again!

Stayed here for a week-long conference. I selected Dennis's place for it's location Although, I would not say it is within walking distance to OCCC, it is not too far and easy to get to. There are also other shops nearby (Walgreen's, Publix, restaurants, etc.) all within the vicinity that made for a convenient stay. The pool was a nice addition as well. Dennis's place was clean and well maintained with adequate check-in/check-out instructions and suggestions for local attractions which even included some discounted admissions. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the proximity to Publix and the easy connections to all the parks! We enjoyed our stay. We traveled with an infant and were provided park N play/ booster chair, and even a stroller! Thanks a lot for the thoughtful thinking!

Vista Cay is a great location for access to Universal and Sea World. We enjoyed the proximity to Publix and loved the food at Beth’s Burgers. The kids also enjoyed the pool and game room during our stay. The condo had everything that I needed to cook meals, do laundry, and relax comfortably after a busy day at Universal. I had to reach out to Dennis mid week and he responded quickly in an attempt to resolve my issue. Overall, we had a great trip!

Very nice top floor condo with balcony! Beds were very comfy and extra pillows were nice! Had all appliances and kitchen supplies! Large bathrooms were nice and hot powerful showers!

Another great experience renting with Dennis!! Extremely consistent and responsive and unit is exactly as described! First time renting for Business and so glad I did as our company saved 50% from what we would’ve spent at a hotel and the value, amenities and space are greater! Very nice condo with plenty of space, easy check in directions, and a perfect location for short taxi/Uber rides to Disney, Universal, and downtown Orlando. Highly recommend.

Dennis is a very generous, kind person. His house is super clean and we were able to access the club house and other facilities around. The location was perfect where it's very convenient to go around to the theme parks or shopping malls. Dennis response to my messages immediately as well.

Had a really nice stay. The listing was as described and we had no issues. Dennis contacted us ahead of time and was responsive. The condo is very close driving distance to disney (10-15 minutes) and there is a Publix within walking distance. The pool was very nice as well. Recommend.

It was really a enjoyable stay in this condo! We could easily find everything we need in this apartment, and the codes for the gates made our life easier for the accessing of the condo. We feel it as a home when we finished each traveling day. The rooms were in good conditions, and they are very clean for the stay. The neighbors are quiet, which is great for having the rest after the exhausted trips. The rooms are exactly the same as described. Parking and contacting to the wifi are convenient! The distance to the theme parks and the airport (MCO) was acceptable, just as described. We could easily go where we wanted to visit by car in Orlando. Just as what I mentioned above, this resort is highly secured, with private codes, and convenient. There is a Walgreens right at the resort, and we bought the food for our breakfast from there.

Communication was quick and easy. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was convenient to the theme parks and within walking distance to Publix and a great pizza place. Dennis was great to deal with and look forward to working with again.
