Dennis was a gem to work with. When he says average response time within 20 minutes he means it! The home was lovely, our Grandchildren loved the splash pool, and the proximity to the clubhouse, pool, and facilities. Great place to take children of all ages. We heated the pool, and I highly recommend it! It felt like bath water! We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was everything we needed. There were issues that were handled very quickly and the host was very responsive and on top of things. The resort property amenities definitely were worth it. The only I guess not super positive thing I would have to say but is completely out of the owners control is the gate of the property. I appreciate that they are keeping us safe but it gets pretty backed up at times. For people that have already checked in it can be pretty annoying. But like I said that’s out of the owners control. I definitely would stay here again.

It was a great stay! The townhouse fit our family's needs perfectly. The community grounds/pool are beautiful - convenient proximity to the clubhouse. The house was spotless with the exception of the upstairs carpets which are in need of replacement/cleaning. We appreciated the starter supply of toiletries. The temperature in unit was too hot or too cold - the thermostat stopped working. The hot water was lacking with multiple people showering at the same time. It took 25-40 minutes to get to Disney depending on the day - lots of congestion on the side roads.

This place wad very nice and homey. Dennis responded right away to snt problems. The biggest problem I had is that the dryer stopped working. I would definitely stay here again mainly due to the location and the friendliness of Dennis the host.

me and my family enjoy our stay. we Was in a great location close to the Clubhouse. It was peaceful so quiet. No loud music. , I will definitely book this place with Dennis again.. pool was nice and clean And the pool guy came back on the next day to clean the pool again 👌 I. Would definitely recommend it too. All my friends. And family.

This was the perfect place for our large group. We were here for Disney but did manage to use the resort waterpark for one day and had a blast. Publix and Walmart superclose, and about a half hour to Disney.

The house matches the photos and the location of the house is in a great location. We had an issue with the heating of the pool and cleaning but after our message a team intervened the next day to resolve the problem. House ideal for those with family.

The house is located in a safe condominium near the Disney Parks and shopping centers! Casa is very faithful to the images of the ad, with various kitchen utensils and dishwasher that helped us a lot in our stay! The host answered our questions quickly and was very helpful with the preparations of the house before the hurricane. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Right across from the water park and main amenities, perfect for my family with three little ones. Security is strict which makes me feel safe, the pole did fall on our car at the entrance and cause damage to my car but other than that it was a seamless, beautiful experience perfect for families

Beautiful house, felt like home the moment we walked in. Everything matched the pictures. The place was so spacious and perfect for a family trip. The house was located at the right spot, walking distance to the water park. It was absolutely a great choice for my family and I. Dennis was amazing, he was the point person whenever we had any questions or was in need of something. I would definitely rent this house again.

Overall, the place was exceptional. The location was dead and center of an amazing resort. The resort had a huge pool, lazy river, bar for all kinds of entertainment. Overall the place fit my family of 6, and the inside was equipped with enough towels, space bedrooms. The house pool was also big enough for a quick swim and something to take the kiddos in. Overall, an amazing place.

This was an amazing location for a family with 2 children. It felt right at home and was a comfortable stay. Upon check-in I identified a few items to ensure that they were noted that they existed prior to my stay and Dennis was very receptive and attentive to what I brought to his attention. Very minor things might I add. I will most definitely consider this property and any other that Dennis owns in the future.

Amazing location right across from the aloha centre (water park)! The home was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Toilet paper and starter kits of dishwasher tabs and laundry was great! Would highly recommend this place! On the picky side of things I would say the main level room needs curtains (rod was up but no curtains) as the super bright lights from the water park blasts in the windows and made it felt like daytime during the entire night. The couch on the main floor was quite stiff but the size was great. The pool lounge chairs need replacing as one of them was ripped and the other had a broken brace. There was no can opener which was quite annoying. The blinds did not open and close very well in the main living room. These were the little things that could make it that much better but like I said I would highly recommend this home, especially for the location! 5 stars for sure! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here!

THE GOOD: The house has some great space/thoughtful layout, and ample bedrooms/bathrooms. Also, conveniently across the clubhouse/pool. Less than 1 mile from Publix, Starbucks, CVS. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: I initially reached out to Dennis about an early check-in on the day of our arrival. I was promptly sent an irrelevant canned response concerning their inability to accommodate a late “check-out” due to that days arriving guests (which would be us). I sent another message a few hrs later, I was told they could accommodate a 2pm check in for an additional $50+tax. I said “no thanks. When we did arrive, we found that the upstairs couch was completely broken. The carpets had numerous stains and crumbs throughout. Stained pillows, bar stools, and blankets downstairs. Greasy cabinets and scattered pubic hairs in bathrooms. I have to ask…why are we paying a pretty hefty cleaning fee only to arrive to this? It’s a shame…this place could be great with more care and attention.
