This is for 2021 Leilani Circle Unit.... Items that wasnt correct: Oven doesn’t close - took forever to cook anything Dirty walls all over the unit Pool was finicky and dirty - footprints and dirt stains all over the pool Pool maintenance entered before asking and drained the pool while we were in it Stained carpets all over home Light out in kitchen island Basketball game doesn’t work There’s NO SLIDE in game room like pictures show There’s no Keurig like listing says Took over 40 min to enter due to code not working Took 1.5 hours to enter the resort first night Fire alarm was dead so it chirps every 5 seconds in a room Hot water runs out Didn’t provide coffee The air hockey game had no scoreboard screen working The wat filter needs to be replaced The toaster doesn’t work Used wet washcloth hung in the shower This home needs maintence and new appliances! Good things : Great amenities center - beautiful, good food, clean, fun, many things to do, friendly staff

I have really mixed reviews about this place. A positive was the size- it was the first place to comfortably fit my family without is being on top of each other. But it was not very clean. The walls, carpets, mirrors and staircases are noticeably dirty. There’s also a double slide in the game room that was actually one of the reasons I picked this particular home and it was broken and taped off, which wasn’t disclosed to us prior to the trip- my daughter cried because she couldn’t use it (she’s 3). There are doors that don’t lock and broken outlets. The bedding is the worst I’ve ever had, hospitals have better/warmer linen. You absolutely cannot use the pool without heat- it’s literally ice cold. If kids won’t even get in- it’s cold. And it’s been hot in Florida so I’m not sure why it was freezing cold. You have to purchase heating for the pool for the duration of the trip- which I’ve never experienced before. The saving grace was the small water park in the front of the neighborhood.

The initial check in was difficult for two of our three drivers. I had to call the front desk to reconfirm that they were still our drivers as previously listed. They were sent to the back of the long check in line and had to wait an additional 45 minutes or so. The front door lock code wasn’t changed before our arrival so we had to call the front desk again for a code to open the door and there were no additional linens or blankets. However, since these were not listed with the amenities, I’ll say that was my fault for not reading the list more thoroughly. However, after the initial check in, the stay was lovely and the house was quite beautiful. Plenty of room and lots of communal gathering space. The pool was awesome and the waterpark was very enjoyable. Everyone had a great time.

The house was very large and accommodated our family perfectly. We did have an issue with the number provided but Dennis fixed that immediately. The only issue we had was the air conditioning did not work well upstairs. It was a very hot weekend so I am sure that did not help but it got as hot as 80 degrees. Dennis had someone come out and look at it but it never cooled off until the middle of the night both nights we stayed. Our little ones loved the “water park”. They would have happily stayed there all day and night. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly think you need.

Very nice home. Great location. Lots to do nearby. House was very clean. Host was responsive. After I let the host know the air hockey table did not work he sent someone out to look at it the next day. The pool was really nice and kids had a blast. The grill worked great. Plenty of seating for our large group. Only 2 spots for parking, any other cars had to park on the road. The community center was included and really nice. We tried out the pool/mini golf/cornhole/volleyball/ pickleball/arcade. The only real negative for the house was the AC. The house was at 76-78 degrees for a lot of it. It is a big house and I know it’s Florida but It struggled to keep up. I would recommend this house and I would stay there again!

The home was beautiful upon arrival. Clean, spacious, & perfect for our group of 15. Unfortunately, issues quickly surfaced. We found roaches in the kitchen (daily) & had to throw out some packaged food. Someone came to spray, but the bugs kept coming. The 2nd-floor AC went out (which was fixed the next day), one of the slides in the playroom was broken, the air hockey table didn’t work properly. The internet service was horrible, & there was no signage warning how dangerously slippery the floors were when returning from the pool/patio. My 60 y/o sister was the first to fall. The host always responded quickly with apologies & understanding, but the only issue actually resolved was the AC. With people flying in from different states, moving wasn’t a realistic option. For $2,500, we expected much better. I’m hesitant to even post this out of concern the host will leave a negative review in return, but future guests deserve to be aware of these issues.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend getaway at this Airbnb! Our group included a family of 13, along with a few visitors throughout the weekend, and the space accommodated us all so comfortably. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s perfect for gatherings, relaxing, and making memories together. 10/10. Dennis the host was just as amazing. No question went unanswered. I will definitely look for him whenever i’m in the area. Don’t hesitate, hurry up and get this home, you’ll love it.

My family really appreciated the promptness of responses and we were very comfortable at the housr and felt secure. We think parking arrangements need to be better for residents after they have made a list of guests and only have limited parking we didn't think that was fair. Overall great experience. Dennis was great to work with - whenever I had a question or issue he was right on top of it. The only real problem we had was with the keyless check in process. When we arrived, the entry code didn't work and since it was after 6 pm, the office was closed. We kept trying and left a voice mail describing our problem. After a few minutes a person from Casiola called back and gave us a new code. We had a few minor issues, but they were quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a large house that was fairly near to the Disney World parks.

The house looked just like the pictures and was generally clean. the playroom was disappointing. The slides had cracks and scraped some of the kids up. No balls in the Foosball ball table or batteries in the air hockey or pop a shot. Also, if you travel during colder weather, be sure to pay the extra cost to turn the heat on in the pool and adjacent spa. The location was good, about 30 min away from magic kingdom and an hour away from Universal (considering the traffic of course). The pictures don't show that the Minnions room has a jack and jill style setup with one of the king rooms. This was a nice touch if you have small children who you need to be able to keep and eye on. Propane for the grill is not included, so if you plan on grilling be prepared to swap out the tank if the guest before you used it up. The resort area is nice, has cabanas for rent and and a large pool with lots of chairs and great food and drinks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Everything was great. For the amount of money spent you would expect hot water for the jacuzzi to be added. Also, parking wasn’t the best, they only allowed 3 parking passes for a 8bd room house when there was plenty of parking in the community.

We had an amazing time at this AIRBNB. It was probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, which is extra impressive given how many bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. We loved that there was room for everyone to be together, and that everyone had their own space. We enjoyed walking to the resort amenities, but didn’t do that as much since the house was so wonderful. Dennis was responsive to every question we had. We would absolutely recommend this house, and love to come back!

Dennis was amazing, he's very responsive and helpful. Always willing to provide information and was a great host. If something wasn't quite right, he contacted the resort and had a person come check it out within 12-24 hours. Highly recommend the host. We had a large party and this place had enough room for 16 people. If you need a place to go with a large family, it does the job. However, the location just has a lot of resorts around there, not a lot to do that doesn't cost even more money. That probably says more about the area than the place itself. The resort is just ok, the pool is not deeper than 5 feet, I know it's for safety reasons but they have a lifeguard. The amenities for the resort look better in the photos. If you want the hot tub at your place then it's extra per day and only available from 9 am-9 pm. However, the host refunded us a day as the hot tub didn't get turned on without question.

Beautiful and spacious place. The community and amenities were great. WiFi was down for some time and it took almost a full day to get someone out to fix it but the host was responsive. Having guests over was quite a pain because the security is pretty strict so make sure you provide the airbnb host with the names of every single persons name that plans to come visit whether they are staying or not. The place was spotless and had lots of convenient items such as a pack and play, strollers, and high chair. The pool heating package was great. The most unfortunate thing was the gas tank running out mid bbq. All in all, we'd be back. I am happy that the host was very responsive. The place is perfect for a big family or bigger gatherings.

The house is beautiful , very well equipped and comfortable, as you see it in the photos, very spacious and modern. We had to leave before our date for the arrival of Hurricane Milton, everything was going very well but in our quick departure from the house we had to leave some things that did not fit us in our vehicle that we were not able to recover, we insist that they will be delivered to us but we were not successful.

The house was great! We stayed when our family was visiting Magic Kingdom. Lots of stores nearby which was convenient. The Community pool was great too. Dennis was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Check in was easy. House was clean. We would definitely stay again when we are back in town.

This place was awesome and Dennis was great. We however seemed to have a series of unfortunate events. A few things were broken when we arrived but Dennis was fast to have someone out to fix them. Only downside as the week went on we realized more and more stuff wasn’t working. The ice maker stopped working, no ball of the fooseball table, air hockey didn’t work etc. over all it was a great space and we understand it’s the end of a busy season so we adjusted and enjoyed our stay. We do know however if we had brought any of this up it would have been fixed right away.

The home is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious - it looks just like the pictures. There were a few hiccups with the pool heating, WiFi, and refrigerator/ freezer temperature, but Dennis was very responsive and worked with maintenance to resolve the issues. The rental is within walking distance to the main resort area, which was nice. The water slides were not operating at the time of our visit, but the lazy river, swimming pools, hot tub, etc. were great.

Kids loved the games room and minions room. Lots of space for eating. We didn't use 3 of the bedrooms with single beds in. Internet was an issue, only worked first night we got there then went out. Perfect place for a base for going to the parks and the day we left we were able to rent a cabana by the pool and spend the day in the resort's lazy river and kids splash pool area. That was a great bonus, we didn't expect the resort to be so well planned and run. On site restaurant and bar was also a bonus. I would definitely rent again in this resort and this home if available

Dennis was an amazing and extremely punctual host. He quickly responded to any question or issues (very minor) I had prior and during our stay within 5 minutes or less. (Ceiling fan/light battery needed to be replaced, maintenance arrived within 15mins!) The home is immaculate and beyond the accuracy of the photos. The bedrooms and baths are large as well as spacious. The kids loved the game room and pool. Our trip was in April and I highly suggest the pool heat. The hot tub spa was wonderful and has jets! Most homes in the area don’t have spa jets. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was extremely clean and maintained. The resort amenities are within walking distance and a great addition! The home has plenty towels and tons of pool towels for the resort does not provide pool towels. Home also provides high chair, stroller, and pack n play! Check in/out was easy and simple! I would definitely stay again or a home managed by Dennis and the Casiola team.

Dennis was very responsive with any concerns or questions. The game room and pool were a big hit with the kids! Also the community waterpark and miniature golf were great! The only down side, which is out of Dennis’s control was that there were very loud neighbors (music and screaming) that lasted into the early am hours.

Great place for families. We had three families here.. having your own pool and little game room makes it! Plus the upstairs loft living room for the kids to watch their own movie. It’s a gated community, which we had some trouble getting in at first, but that was resolved fairly quickly. Dennis is great with responding. FYI, if you are renting in cooler seasons, make sure to get the heated pool. The hot tub needs time to get hot before getting in.. so make sure you get the timer set beforehand. Kitchen was semi stocked.. needs a wet measuring cup. Plenty of extra towels in laundry room. We truly enjoyed our stay here.. very fun and plenty of room for families!

Besides the fact that the property is about half an hour from the Disney parks, the house is easy to get to and from. It is a beautiful property and Dennis was a great host. He responded almost immediately anytime I reached out throughout the weekend. We would stay here again.

We spent 8 days at Dennis place and felt like home. We had a couple of situations during our stay, but Dennis and his team responded accordingly, always being responsive. The house is perfect for large groups and kids, very spacious. A bit loud, but I think it’s because the construction type.
