The house was perfect for our vacation in Orlando. Very comfortable and enchanting. My family really enjoyed the gym, video game room and pool that the condominium has, perfect for those relaxing days after a day at the park. Dennis was always very attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend the accommodation, close to the parks, in a very quiet place. Everything was clean and organized. We would definitely come back.

This was a great rental! I am very fussy but this was super clean - even the toaster looked brand new - couldn’t fault the cleanliness and Dennis was quick to respond to any questions. Great rental.

A very well equipped house with lots of different spaces to entertain a large group. Spacious pool area and great open plan living. Generous provision of bedding and towels. Resort amenities also excellent.

Dennis’s listing was wonderful. It’s as spacious and well-equipped as you see in the description. Proximity to amenities is a major bonus! The house was also meticulously clean and prepared. Dennis is a great host who is helpful and very responsive. I hope to rent this place again and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know. * Take note that propane is not included with the BBQ.

When I rented the house I didn't realize it was a resort so the was a plus in my book. My children and grandchildren really enjoyed the stay. I will rent from Dennis again if I ever visited the area again. The only problem we had was checking in. Our name wasn't on the list but it was resolved quickly with the help of Dennis. Thanks again for the comfortable stay Dennis.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for four days, and my kids were eager for me to extend our visit by two more nights. It truly felt like home. The host was quick to respond to all our inquiries, and the house was spotless with fantastic decor. We will definitely return!

The kids love this place! The Waterpark attached to the property is PERFECT. Kind of made me regret buying a Waterpark pass at Disney. Definitely will book this Airbnb again in 2 years.

Everything was perfect for our stay. House was beautiful perfect location for theme parks, restaurants, markets and the community club house. Dennis was a great host very responsive when we needed something easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay at this property again !!!

Would highly recommend a stay! Location is exactly as it was described and shown on the photos. Dennis is a great host and would highly recommend! The unit is within walking distance of the waterpark at the community (maybe 1-2 minutes if that, cross the road and you are there!) which makes it extremely nice not to have to drive to it. If you are any closer you would have to have a unit within the waterpark building. Very convenient!

Every year my family & I take A Trip down to Florida , and I must say Dennis place Is by far my favorite from the cleanliness the amenities the comfort of feeling at home away from home . His communication is what blew me away the most any questions or concerns he was always available at any time of day In less then 10 minutes !! 10/10 experience . I’m already looking forward to booking again next years thank you again for helping me host this years trip !

The water park was a nice add on! We didn’t know about that when we booked. Rooms were decent size. King size beds were a great size but very loud, every move we made a noise. The pool was very warm!

This was our third visit to Windsor Island Resort and this was definitely my favorite home of the three. The proximity to the club house is incredible. The palm tree views from the backyard were lovely. This house had everything we needed, we'll definitely be back!

place was great. i think one thing they don't stress enough, is how close this unit is to the pool/clubhouse. this is a huge plus if you have little kids as you don't have to jump in the car, strap them in ... it's literally a 1 min walk which is excellent! the resort pool is fantastic, very clean and modern. The house is great, we loved it, bathrooms were really clean as was the kitchen. my family and I would stay here again without question, it was very spacious and we loved everything about it. Great host that responds quickly as well. thank you for a great stay!

Because the washing machine spin cycle did not work, we needed to take all our water soaked clothes to a laundromat to drive them. The repair man came and did not fix the problem. We needed to visit the laundromat again. This really was a problem that should have been fixed!. It was a waste of our vacation time!!

Dennis was an excellent host! The location of the house was wonderful. We only had a couple issues. The bottom floor is much hotter than the top floor. The thermostat will only go down a couple degrees. Some electrical outlets did not work. A couple in the bedrooms and the outside patio and pool lights do not work. Outside of those issues the house was wonderful and clean.

First, the initial gate check-in was very easy and there was no complications. Once we reached the home, it was so easy to access. The home was very beautiful and exactly how pictured. The space was very tidy and clean, which allowed it to feel like home. This was the first air b&b where I have stayed and all the tv’s in every room was working, even the TV on the patio. Second, the amenities at the resort were awesome and there was much to do. Lastly, as far as the host (Dennis) goes, he was awesome. He responded very quickly and strived to have any concern fixed. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

The house is exactly what is described. The pool is amazing. Everything was great. Definitely a great stay. The trash must be put out early mornings not at night. The washing machine is ok could be better. Otherwise very lovely place. Very close to clubhouse as well definitely a plus. Dennis was very responsive to needs. My family had a Great experience.

The overall house is nice, there were a few hiccups. The WiFi would not stay on. The washing machine didn't it work properly. And the trash bin out front was a feeding ground for mice. There are some positives the house is across the street from the clubhouse and is close proximity to markets and restaurants. My kids loved the pool.

The house was in a perfect location and it was the perfect size for our group of 7. It would have been a 5 star however we paid to have the pool heated and throughout our stay the pool was freezing so much so that my kids lips went blue whenever we went into it. Thank gosh for the resort across the street which was AMAZING! The resort was perfect made our stay unforgettable. Dennis was very responsive and tried to help as much as possible. Overall great stay. House was beautiful and the kids loved the theme rooms and bunk beds also loved all the baby things.

I’ve booked with Dennis multiple times he’s a great host with a Great house and awesome pool. Gate to get in would get backed up at night especially if you don’t have everyone registered. That is my only complaint

Beautiful house with plenty of space. The kitchen is large and has everything we need. The resort is great with beautiful pools, spa, water game modules, 2 water slides, mini putt and arcades. The place is very safe with gate and 24/7 security guard. We really had a great stay.

Place was beautiful, resort the house is located in was awesome so much to do to keep kids busy. House was close to disney parks. We had problems with the wifi and A/C but Dennis got right on that to get those fixed. Would stay again the next time in Florida.
