This was a decent find, however there were some noticeable issues with the listing and space itself. First, the address on the listing was incorrect, making it more difficult to check in upon arriving. We then discovered the WiFi listed on the Airbnb listing was also incorrect, but that was easily solved by a guide in the unit after searching a bit. The area is super convenient for longer stays, with amenities like in-unit laundry and a very close-by Publix. The major issue we had with our stay was with ants. So many ants in all nooks and crannies of the space, and on the patio as well. It was a bit overwhelming, and made enjoying time back at our unit somewhat difficult. 3/5 stars, decent stay for price.

Dennis, our stay was simply perfect! From the first contact, you were super attentive, always available, responding quickly and with all goodwill. The apartment is fantastic: everything in perfect working order, extremely clean and comfortable. The Vista Cay condo is in an excellent location and is super complete, really the best place to stay! I've already come home and I confess I miss it! I would just like to make a small suggestion (more as a touch of luxury than necessity): perhaps include some extra utensils and pots in the kitchen, since we used the apartment a lot to prepare dinners, and also some larger "king" bath towels and additional bed linen. But reinforcement, there was absolutely nothing missing, it's just a detail to make the space even more complete. Thank you so much for providing wonderful days in this perfect place. Hope to be back soon!

Dennis’s this condo is spacious, great location and clean. We had event at convention center, it was walkable and easy to get Uber as well. Walgreens are close, easy to walk there, so convenience.

Everything you need in this condo. Location is key. Super close to convention center for volleyball tourney or universal (literally across the street). Grocery store and restaurants super close by. There is a lobby with elevators. It super close to one side of stairs. Parking super easy and available for multiple cars. Fast and clear communication. Would recommend.

Great place to stay! Beautiful interior, pool was nice, close to everything. Had a few issues with maintenance Dennis took quick action and had a team out to fix it upon notification. Highly recommend staying here, it’s literally 8 minutes away from all attractions.

Great location. Close to parks and the Publix grocery store. We cooked in the kitchen and it would be helpful to have some food storage containers. The address on the website is incorrect so we had some trouble finding the correct building. I ended up finding the correct address in the check-in email from the management company.

Apartment stay was 6/10. Location was convenient and close to Publix grocery store. Disney 25mins and Universal 15 mins away. Parking can be difficult on busy nights and weekends. $85 for early check in. Instructions were confusing as they didnt come from Airbnb but Dennis’ company casiola. Address was different on the listings. Pool and hot tub were nice but busy. First night our apartment flooded from the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. Supposedly from a laundry overflow above. Dennis was slow to respond considering how much water was coming in. We used buckets and towels to the best of our ability but maintenance did not come for over 12 hours. When asking for a partial refund for the single night that was impacted, as the other 5 nights were fine, was only offered $50 from the host. Disputed with Airbnb and was given $231 through the help center. Overall decent apartment but management was less than stellar.

Perfect location for our Discovery Cove and Seaworld visit. Spacious condo with high ceilings and we enjoyed the heated pool and full service bar at the resort. Communication from the host was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was extremely spacious and well supplied with everything you could want. Everything was in great shape and the location was very convenient to get to all of the different attractions in the Orlando area. We also enjoyed the pool area which was great for adults and kids alike. When we were there a DJ played for three hours and kept the kids really entertained while the adults enjoyed their frozen drinks at the bar. Really great place to stay.

We visited Disney world and universal studios. The location couldn’t have been any better. Aside from the location, the place was comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Some wear and tear in the unit that I’d expect with an air bnb but overall, great place.

I have traveled with Airbnb for years, and honestly this was one of the rougher stays. We were provided the wrong address for check in, finally after figuring that out, we come to find that there was no wifi. After contacting our host, the following afternoon (we were only there 2 days) someone actually came into the Airbnb while we were not there (we were told someone would meet us), we had our belongings out, etc. cable boxes are in bedrooms with TVs that don’t have hdmi inputs, so they don’t work. Kind of a joke honestly. Not the host’s fault, but because this is a middle floor, you can hear everything around you. I personally will not be staying here again. I would pay the extra to ensure your privacy is met and things work as they should.

The space looked nice and had all the basic amenities needed. It had many kitchen supplies, but most were of dollar store quality. That may or may not bother you if you’re on vacation for a couple of days only. I was there for 6 weeks and did a lot of cooking at home so it was more annoying that I had to go out and buy my own stuff to use. Several things were broken- washing machine wasn’t properly functioning, kitchen faucet was broken, desk chair was broken. Someone was sent out right away, but not necessarily convenient to have someone in the home during work. Fire alarms were tested twice during my stay, for several hours at a time. Great location and the host is responsive, if not overly helpful. Definitely a business transaction and not a private owner who wants you to feel at home. Feels like they could increase the basic supplies (paper products, etc ) when you book for more than a month. Overall, a nice stay and I would rent again from this property, but there are several things that could be refreshed.

Ask before you rent! Ask what their policy is if appliances don't work and there are constant problems in the apartment, what will they do? What is their legal obligation to provide you with what they advertise in their product. Also, paper thin ceilings that resonate sound from apartment above, even rattling the chandelier- had to go up and ask people above to calm their kids down multiple times, even at 2 am!

This place is amazing! It has all the amenities for cooking, eating, cleaning and relaxing. Location, location, location! Close to Universal Studios, I-Drive, Top Golf, Andretti, and a lot of other attractions and restaurants. Its a short drive to Disney World and the Premium Outlets. We didn't need anything while we were there for our month long stay so I never had to contact the host. This place was large enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. I can't wait to return next year❣

Wonderful three bedroom condo which was the perfect location to the convention center away from all the traffic and hustle of I Drive. The pool area was wonderful. Condo was affordable. You will love the set up. Bring your own washcloths. Otherwise, you will have to go out and purchase before showering😞....Other than that, you will love the space. The pics does not give it justice. It was 4 of us and we were not in each other’s way. It was easy to check in and out. I am saving this contact for my next visit. The price wasn’t bad and Overall you will love it. I didn’t have a chance to adventure over to the amenities but I am sure they were nice as well.

When I arrived the room is beautiful I had trouble at first with my codes and I wanted Dennis to call me and that didn’t happen but he did email if u want to talk to him I don’t think that will happen but the rooms were clean we had a little ant issues and I told dennis and someone was sent over dennis do respond very quickly the other problem we had was the elevator stopped working and the lights went out so we had to throw away all our food because I was in the middle of cooking but besides that I had a good time and I will book with him again

Our family had a fantastic time in Orlando at this property. The home is well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week of vacation. The amenities of the resort are a nice touch. I appreciated that the community is gated and private. Even though it is near all the major theme parks and tourist areas of Orlando it is quiet and peaceful. We had zero road-noise and only heard a little from our upstairs neighbors. The pool is a short walk from the condo, which is nice because sometimes they play loud music until the pool closes at 11 pm. WIth kids who go to bed at 8 or 9 even on vacation, I was very thankful to be a little bit away from the pool. The condo is clean and spacious. We are a large family and we had plenty of space and didn't feel cramped at all. The only complaint I have is the mattress in the master bedroom was too firm and caused both my husband and myself to have some back pain by the end of our stay. The mattress situation is why I gave it only 4 stars. With a better mattress, it would easily be a 5-star review! We would stay here again!

This was a prime location in regards to most shopping areas and Attractions in Orlando. The place at first sight is absolutely gorgeous, it seems clean and spacious however there were some things that upset our stay a bit. The toilet handle was broken the first couple of days. A couple of holes in walls,were minor bug issues (tiny bugs crawling on all of the counters and the dressers) Which we wiped down with bleach and it seem to do the trick. The one thing that bothered me most was in one of the bedrooms there was blood on the comforter and sheets, which lets me know that the linen hadn’t been changed properly. There is a saying that I usually go by “You get what you pay for” and I believe for that price there should have been a thorough cleaning and a walkthrough before guest arrived.

Dennis’ place is exactly as advertised. It is amazingly clean and easily accommodated the 5 of us (but could comfortably accommodate 7-8). The location of the unit itself is great - near the basketball court and pool area. The location of the resort is perfect. It’s right near the highways and easy to get anywhere. The pool area was never too crowded - easy to get a chair and a drink at the pool bar. We would definitely come back!!

Clean and spacious condo right down the road from all things Disney, and Topgolf too. Groceries in walking distance, and a nice jogging 1.2 mile trail around the lake across the street. Pool is nice too. Excellent communication from the owner, everything is as expected. Bring your own soap, salt and pepper, and all groceries, it's completely empty of everything you may need in that department. But the Publix is in walking distance. I would go back.

Highly recommended! This was a great spot for our family of six adults visiting Disney and Universal, and offered great amenities for downtime in between. The pool and pool bar were a great bonus. We would be thrilled to return!

Fabulous apartment, excellent location only minutes from International drive. Publix supermarket very close, and all the amenities make this a real home from home. Very safe being contained in a secure compound with controlled accesss and nice facilities. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with everything needed to have a relaxing break while visiting the Orlando attractions. The washing machine and drier helped us stay on top of our washing and the kitchen space had everything you could need. The ice machine in the fridge was used extensively! Would happily live here! Dennis’s communications were outstanding. Kindly helped from the very start when I mistakenly booked the wrong dates Dennis immediate came to the rescue and solved the problem. Regularly followed up in the days prior to arrival with concise information which allowed for an easy welcome. Fantastic host, highly recommended!

This is a great place, within minutes from the airport, great restaurants and major attractions!!! Apartment is huge, very comfortable with lots of space and with everything one needs. I felt like I was home the whole time. Everything about this place makes it so easy and attractive from the quick responses, to the self check-ins and coded main gate and apartment entrance. The bedrooms offer lots of space, storage and comfortable beds. The main suite has a wonderful bathroom with lots of space and a very pleasant shower head. The living/dining room area offer lots of space, with a large couch everyone can stretch on, cable tv and a dinner table big enough for the whole family to sit and gather for a meal. We ate breakfast there in the mornings while watching the news and talking about everything. Everything about this place is very pleasant and highly recommended. The entire complex is very quiet, lots of parking and one very convenient thing we noticed was the trash receptacle bins outside each apartment that gets emptied every morning. There was no need to take the trash out to dumpters far away from the building everyday. We wish it was a little bit warmer to have taken advantage of the beautiful porch right off the living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location , accommodations as per photos , and communication by email or whatsaap only. The bad thing is if you need to receive an order , as the USPS does not deliver to the address that Dennis provided me. I had to pay for a company to deliver and yet I had to change the address in order to receive the order.

This rental property was perfect and precisely as promoted! Our host, Dennis, was fantastic and as easy as you would hope to deal with! His communication was excellent and detailed. The property was immaculate - very clean and well kept and all appliances in working condition. Every Cable TV channel you would want when wanting to settle in with a nice bottle of wine and channel surf after a long day in the sun! The daily garbage removal was unexpected and appreciated! The community pool was wonderful and the 24-hour gated security added extra comfort to an already safe area. Location was perfect to everything we wanted to do and more. The kitchen happened to be missing a wine opener so after searching and searching for one, I was lucky enough to find a very friendly neighbor who gave me one to keep. It should now be enjoyed by all future renters. Thanks so much, Dennis! You made our visit so easy and made us feel quite welcome.

It was an awesome experience! This was my 1st time renting which my friend recommended for the space and the listing was exactly to the "T" Beautiful, completely updated home & decor, we gave it a 10+ Enjoyed the comfort of being at home while away from home! Great setting, peaceful neighborhood, lovely place! Did not get a chance to go to pool (hopefully next time) The walk along the lake was very peaceful. Host responded right away when communicated & was very supportive; no issues at all, the unit even came with a little bonus .....the bathrooms had a built in "bidet" for those of you not familiar you must experience the "bidet" just a wonderful added touch! Now how to convince my husband at home that we need one installed! LOL Great place Highly recommend!
