Amazing apartment, spacious even with 8 people. Fully equipt kitchen, clean bathrooms, easy to enter with the keypad. There is a Walgreens, some restaurants and a Publix grocery store within walking distance. Dennis was very responsive when we had questions. The pool near the apt was closed for renovations, but there was another one about 13 mins walk that was lovely. Highly recommend this airbnb for a group of friends!

Dennis' home was spotless and precisely like the photos. He was quick to respond and provided local recommendations. Even messaged me prior to my stay to inform me of Disney's new policy of purchasing tickets in advance.

Beautiful property and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised their was no carpet in the house, which was a plus for us. The main space was very big and the rooms were huge as well. The 3rd bedroom had gladd French doors, but had curtains up, so it did offer privacy for the guest who stayed in that room. We did like that room has a tv ! Overall, we would book and stay with Dennis as our host again. This was one of the best airbnb's we stayed in a long time !

Dennis’ communications was great checking in several times. Very clean and low-key vibe. Great location close to grocery stores and the parks. Pool and hot tub were nice but were pretty crowded on the weekend evenings but that is probably common everywhere in Orlando. Only suggestion is that our family of five could have used a few more towels in the unit as there weren’t very many provided but we ran loads of laundry every night anyways so wasn’t much of a problem. Unit came equipped with starter salt/pepper, olive oil spray, coffee, and essential starters of detergents etc. which was nice. We would stay here again and would recommend to others looking for a convenient location close to the parks.

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and well equipped. Large and spacious with lots of natural light. Dennis was responsive and problem solved with us with concerns about some areas like surfaces with drink stains and some material on carpet that may not have been vacuumed well. While they should have noticed and cleaned these areas better overall the place was clean. I wish they would provide some disinfecting wipes or a spray so we could clean up as well. There was a little start pack that had dish soap but it didn’t really suds. Also, because of a personal email issue I could get the check in info and Dennie’s sent it right over to me in another format. There were also dishwasher, laundry pods, salt/pepper, and oil. It really seems this company has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable.We also enjoyed the pool and activities provided by the DJ. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Orlando.

The place was excellent and the property was family friendly. There were places close enough to walk to. The layout was good for our 9 people. We felt like there was lots of space. My only suggestion would be is to supply enough toilet paper 1 roll is not enough for the amount of people specified and 2 trash bags was not enough for the amount of time spending there. Other than that it was great.

This condo is great!! My friends and I stayed here on our trip to Islands of Adventure and Epcot and it was the perfect in between both parks. Super clean and Dennis is very friendly and gives prompt responses. The gated neighborhood feels very safe and has a pool that we had access to. Overall fantastic, I would be happy to stay here again.

Dennis was not willing to negotiate the price as other companies did. The only reason we chose this place is that it was on the first floor and had no carpets. When I arrived the place was hot. I lowered the thermostat and left. When I came back it was still hot. I messaged Dennis and we went back and forth about 4 emails until he finally said he’d send a technician. The tech came around 11:30pm and the A/C was fixed. The next problem we had was the dryer. It took 8 times to run it to dry our towels. A tech came out and said it was fine. It clearly wasn’t fine so we were unable to dry any clothes. After the kids ran around the house barefoot, their feet were black. This is why I said the floor was dirty. Other than these problems, the place was nice.

Skipped Check-in (door keypad) All info was emailed a few days prior to arrival. Gated community with keypad for entry. Minutes 8 mins away from International drive. Home spacious for larger family. Please be sure to bring extra towels and wash cloths condo style home. Some towels and wash cloths were provided. We had to utilize washer and dryer once dirty. Great kitchen area be sure to purchase all needed kitchen items before arrival. Home was very comfortable and quite ! 20-30 mins away from Disney.Overall excellent home & experience

9 of us stayed here during our three day Universal trip. Check-in was easy and the place was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the amenities were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Orlando started off pretty poorly from the get - go with Dennis changing our location of stay the day before our reservation. While he claimed the second room was exactly the same as the first, the place we were moved to had fewer beds and smaller bed spots (doubles instead of kings). The room we booked had two king beds, a double, and two twins. We were moved into a room with a queen and three double beds. This left us with less separation (we booked the first place because of the extra bed and the ability to sleep separately) and smaller beds overall. We were not at all compensated for this change to a room with less space. Dennis was incredibly rude about it as well, and was not willing to work with us to figure out some sort of compensation. I was immediately brushed off and dismissed by him. This interaction made me want to cancel, but he told me he could not even honor a cancellation. When we arrived, everything was seemingly okay until we started taking a closer look. The first thing I noticed was the wet towels lying on the bed, making the bed wet. While I do think that the towels were clean, they were certainly not dry. The next thing we noticed was the sink in one of the only two bathrooms was not draining at all, meaning only one bathroom was usable for nearly 24 hours of our stay. Additionally, the dishwasher was practically coming out of the counter and threatened to topple over and break everything inside every time it was opened. The remote for the TV did not work well, and we had to get up and stand two feet away from it to make it work. There was no extra toilet paper in the room (two rolls for 6 people and three nights) and no extra trash bags (though we were told that we were required to place all of our trash in bags, we were only given one). While we were still able to make the best of our weekend, we do believe that we should’ve been compensated for the original change and that there are many things within this location that leave much to be desired.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The playground and basketball court are just outside of the balcony. The pool and clubhouse are easy walking distance across the parking lot. Plus, we were less than 10 minutes from all of the activities we had planned on International Drive. This will be a great location when conventions start back up at the convention center. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely be back.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time in this home. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't use the amenities because we were out and about most of the time. Absolutely loved it here. Would definitely recommend this home.

This place was beautiful! My family and I will be staying here again. Dennis was very quick to reply when I had any questions. There was a small issue with the bedding and Dennis had his maintenence team out to fix it without issue. Wonderful place!

This space was exactly what we needed. Several large sitting areas and very comfortable beds! My boss and I were attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center and we LITERALLY could not have been closer. Great pick! We'll be back.

The place was very clean, comfortable, stylish and seemed very safe. Great location for all major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the workout facility. Check in was easy, we had no need to communicate with the owner while we were there and the communication up until we checked in was fine. We would highly recommend to others and stay again if ever needed. Thanks for a nice stay.

Our apartment was spacious, clean, easily accessible and well-situated within Orlando. It was great for the whole family to be able to stay in one place together with a common area and kitchen and was also much less expensive than the hotel rooms we would have had to get for the same weekend. The pool and walkway around the small lake were also nice amenities. Overall this was a big plus to our vacation.
