Very good house, comfortable, quiet, very well located, a publix and walgreens a walking distance, a gas station in front, shops, walmart, target, etc 6/7 miles, has 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the living area and kitchen on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor, comfortable parkeo for 2-3 cars using the covered. I would definitely go back!

The condo was everything we needed it to be for a group stay attending a medical conference. The beds were comfortable, the number of bathrooms was a plus, and the best was how close it was to everything, including the OCCC. Few things to note: the oven takes a long time to preheat and cook but we got there eventually, there are no smart tvs in the house as the listing suggested, the one bedroom is on the ground floor which also has sliding door access. Everything else was really great and fit our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. Townhouse was clean and spacious. There is a community pool within walking distance that was well maintained (towels were provided at the townhouse). Supermarket, pharmacy, dining, and Dunkin were all within walking distance.

This was pretty accurately described and got the job done for what we needed out of our stay. It could have been cleaner, there could have been more provided amenities, but for the price it was good enough. The provided shampoo, conditioner, kitchen cleaning products etc are VERY limited, it’s pretty bare bones. I think this place is better if you are planning to eat out/not be in it much. Overall Dennis was a good responsive host, the location was good, and the house was like the pictures and appeared as described.

Nice comfortable place if you are traveling with family. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are very small, bring your own. Our master bath lotion was used(I guess never replaced by the housekeeper). I would stay here again as price matches the place. The host was responsive appears to be AI host. During booking very responsive but never responded to my message when I asked about the wifi password that we were never able to connect to.

upon check in the tokiet in the down stairs bathroom wasn't working. Reported 2x. in the middle of the night woke up to 2 inches of pee and feces water that flooded all over the bathroom and room. It soaked clothes and suitcase and shoes that were on the floor. Reported to him and Air BnB. Repair person showed up around 1000 the next day to fix the toilet. He made even more of a mess. it wasn't until almost 1400 before a lady showed up to clean. Once she finished there was still small pieces of toliet paper on the floor! Host never offer to compensate for the issue or the fact my stuff was ruined in feces water!

This airbnb met our expectations and was accurate to its description. We enjoyed the layout, location & amenities... especially the Florida weather! The keyless entry amenity was most enjoyable. It made entering for us flawless verse keys or key-cards. Rooms were all nicely accommodated with plenty of bathroom space too. At times when we had questions, the response times was fairly quick and efficient. Our only issues, which is why we gave 4 stars versus 5 stars was the delay in maintenance when we called the first morning. The kitchen had tiny ants or no-see-ums on the counters, in which we had to keep our coffee, crackers & fruit on the kitchen table to avoid these insects. It took a couple days to have it resolved. We were able to manage around this inconvenience but felt this could've been addressed sooner.

Dennis place was in a really nice location. There was a plaza with a Publix and other stores right beside it. We were about 8 mins or so. From Universal. The rooms are spacious and it is nice that each one has its own private full bath. We had some broken things when we first got there but Dennis was very responsive and they sent someone to fix them the next day. The only down side to this unit is that sadly it wasn’t clean and there were a lot of ants everywhere. Thankfully we drove so we took our own bed sheets, pillows and cleaning supplies.

This was a good location but we were disappointed with some of the details of this unit. This is a company not an owner, so they handle the interaction formerly without compassion or care in my opinion. They did not provide the entry instructions in a timely manner. The number to call just took messages and never called back. Upon arrival the place was not thoroughly cleaned. Trash was left behind, there was toothpaste all over the mirrors and the floors were dirty. We also had ants inside the kitchen. The 2nd floor bathroom was clogged and not working. We tried to unclog it with no luck so blocked off the bathroom. The following items do not work: the fan in the upstairs bedroom, none of the bathroom exhaust fans, the coffee maker leaves significant grounds in the coffee and was unusable, the dishwasher does not work, the fridge water does not work and there was a very limited amount of towels. Please consider booking a different unit.

Great property, horrible management! We booked this condo a year in advanced only to find out we weren’t actually staying in the one we booked, I verified the address for, AND had a door code for! We were left waiting outside standing outside the door we thought was ours, only to be told we would be staying in a condo we’ve never seen! All together we booked 6 condos with Dennis and 3/6 had issues. So if you want to take a 50/50 shot whether you condo is going to be correct go ahead and book. I caught an earlier error before arriving when I didn’t receive arrival information for one of the units. After several phone calls and a snarky receptionist, that issue was resolved. I asked we be allowed A ONE HOUR EARLY check in to the rest of the units. They agreed IN WRITING. Then went back the next day and said I misunderstood. Not sure how you can misunderstand when I ask to make up for your error please allow me early check in on all 6 condos I have booked with you! So be prepared to pay $50 even if you just want an hour early check in. They clearly care more about money than people.

This was a great place to stay for a large group of people! Bathrooms were well stocked, there was a towel for every person on every bed, and there was ample space for us to stock up on food, rest, or just hang out. The driveway was convenient for us to park our cars, and the bin outside was easily accessible for us to place our trash as needed. Showers worked really well, mattresses were comfortable, and there were lots of pots/pans/plates/cups for us to use, as well as a dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer with a few uses of detergent for each machine as well, maybe just one for the laundry? which was more than we thought would be there. WiFi was excellent, as some of us had to continue to work throughout our stay, and overall was an excellent location that had access to a grocery store, a few eating spots, and more. There was also a gym that we could access in the clubhouse, which was nice for those of us that work out. Overall, couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic location. Easy to parks. Easy to airport. Close to grocery store, Walgreens, restaurants. Condo was nice for a group of 5. Could easily accommodate more people. We had very few linens… beds only had a sheet and a very lightweight sheet-like blanket. Maybe to ensure the thermostat stays set at 75 degrees as noted. Bed linens could use an upgrade. Kitchen supplies were adequate but you’ll have to shop for spices, dish towels, etc. if you plan to cook. Our check in code didn’t work but a quick 10 min phone call and we were given a new code. We bought rafts for the pool and left them at the condo for the next guest. Pool floats would be nice for the people staying at the condo. Overall, nice stay. Very very basic with no bells and whistles, but the location couldn’t have been better.

This was a good location for our family trip to Universal parks. The space worked well for us. We’d been given the wrong code to get in the door so it was a bit of a hiccup upon arrival to get a code that worked, but we did. It was after 6pm so thankfully I thought to email and the response didn’t take too long. That first night a smoke alarm battery ran out so we had to find a chair from downstairs and remove it at 3am. Then the hurricane came! 😂 It was mostly a series of bad luck. This is a totally adequate place. It would honestly be pretty GREAT for the price with a few small improvements - it is just very sparse - no fan for people who sleep hot or spare blanket for those who sleep cold…very harsh thin TP and paper towels…no tissues, no spare dish or bath towels or cloths. No deal breakers or anything, just don’t expect any extras and bring or buy all that yourself if you care. Oh - and the small bed downstairs is super squeaky so my girls woke up every time one of them wiggled. That, the entry code and the smoke alarm are all easy fixes so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place! We loved being right near Walgreens and so close to the Publix grocery store. The place was convenient and felt safe.

Great first Airbnb experience. The location was great and the place was exactly as pictured. There were some minor things that needed to be fixed as we were encouraged to notify upon check in if there were any concerns. They came same day and fixed everything. Dennis the host was so responsive to all of our needs very quickly and his communication was fantastic. I would stay here again!

The townhouse is exactly how the pictures show it. The 3 person bedroom is on the first floor with the master and 5 person bedroom on the 3rd floor. It fit our family of 10 perfectly with a full bathroom for each bedroom. It was only about 10-13 minutes from Universal. The pool area was great as well, and the kids had a blast. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The place is exactly how the pictures described. Only details that were issues that we did not expect was that the pots and pans were already worn out and cheap. The wifi wasn’t the best and there was problems with the wall plug ins as not all of them were working. They were bending all over the bottom so we could not Cook with it. It was cleaned alright but there were major cleaning issues in all of the kitchen things and bathroom mirrors. It was a decent stay but needs to be looks at in detail and improve.

Although I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I became very frustrated due to the air not working and having to call maintenance. I was then advised they would have to come from 10pm-2am. The did show up and repaired it. I would simply advise making sure the air is on.

This accommodation was much better than expected, my whole family was very happy in this place, the truth is that we all give it 5 or more stars!! the location is excellent, the house is very nice, very clean and very welcoming is perfect to be all together and at the same time each family had their privacy with separate rooms and banos. The complex is very nice.. we had the opportunity to enjoy the social club and we loved it!!. We recommend this place with confidence! We'll be back!

Super clean, stylish, and quiet Airbnb! Was everything that was advertised! Super easy checkin/checkout experience. Convenient to restaurants/eateries and a Publix Marketplace. You could literally walk there. A short Uber ride to the convention center, so if you’re in town for a business trip or just for fun, this is a great place for you!

This location is a three story unit and is beautifully and stylishly decorate. We use the clubhouse pool and really enjoyed the huge Jacuzzi they have. Every evening we went to different nightlife and attractions on international drive and it’s only a 3 to 4 minute drive at most to get to everywhere. Great great location

This place is just as expected. It’s clean and has plenty of space for guests! They don’t have an iron so be mindful of that. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. It was difficult to get an early check in, so plan accordingly. I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay again when I return to Orlando!

Make sure to ask if they sprayed for pests before booking. We found 2 live roaches in the downstairs bathroom. Dennis was very responsive about it (that was a plus) but my colleagues and I were too exhausted to worry about getting the inside sprayed. So they only sprayed the outside. Besides that mishap, the townhouse was great in terms of comfort, location, and value.

This condo is great, especially if you wish to have a bit of privacy for each of the guests who can then share a common space on the second floor. The property has great amenities with beautiful swimming pools and gym access, in addition to shopping and restaurants nearby. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating extra days for us when we had a medical crisis with one of our friends for which we need to stay in town a few extra days. Would highly recommend, very communicative, Very clean, very quiet, great place!

This house is very centrally located to restaurants and bars. There's literally a Walgreens outside of the complex. It is a short 10 min drive to Universal/Islands and also about 10mins to beautiful Orlando restaurant/bar strip. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook, bath, sleep, etc and there's plenty of parking as well. IT is a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

It is a very nice house, especially very clean and very well maintained. This is important to note that it has three floors, if there is a problem with the stairs it can be a problem. We had a person with difficulty going up and down stairs and we had a bit of difficulties but nothing bigger, it was overall a very good stay

Dennis was very detailed and thorough throughout the process. He gave us very clear instructions on how to enter complex and then the residence. If I ever had a question at any time, Dennis responded within minutes. My family and I were very impressed!!! The condo itself was very functional, very clean and had everything one could need. Near perfect 3-floor condo at a great property in a terrific location. Terrific multi-pool complex, with full bar - very unusual, and greatly appreciated. Keyless gate and door entry made coming and going very smooth. Plenty of parking (we had three cars). The unit was really clean, very bright, and felt new. All bedrooms were en-suite, with plenty of good towels. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. One unfortunate note was the dismayingly poor quality of the sheets. And they were obviously old. Inconsistent with the quality of the unit, and not what you'd expect when paying about $250 per night. Curiously - given that Orlando is usually so hot - there were no ceiling fans in the condo. Blu-ray player, tons of TV channels, excellent WiFi. Dennis, the property manager was particularly responsive, friendly and helpful. Walgreens beside the property, Publix just walking distance, with a great pizza joint (NYPD) beside it. Thumbs up all round.
