We are so thankful we were able to stay here. The place was very neat, clean, tidy, and spacious. The furniture, dishes, bedding, everything was very nice and of good quality. We appreciated the safe, gated community and the location. It was perfect for our family visits to Sea World and Discovery Cove. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer too. Dennis was very friendly and helpful in his communication, which was really nice and appreciated. We would stay here again for sure!

The apartment was beautiful and easily accommodated 5 adults. The space was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics. We were grateful for the cleaning kit that was supplied in the kitchen and the pool towels that were available as well. The location was perfect for us, since it was walking distance from the convention center (20min) and also had a grocery store and some restaurants walking distance away (10min). We would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here because it was close to the OCCC where my daughter had a volleyball tournament. We were able to walk but opted to Uber when the sun was out because Florida is oppressively hot. Ubers were $8 before tip so it was fine. The place was great, overall. We were there to sleep and snack while we weren’t at the convention center. This was definitely better than staying at a hotel for a volleyball tournament and I’m glad we stayed on the side near the bigger pool. Our walk was half the distance (15 minutes vs 30 minutes) of families who stayed near the smaller pool. Our host was responsive when I asked for the WiFi code and check out instructions. I do wish we would have been provided with more than 3 small rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay that cost $2,300. We had to door dash TP on our last night there. That was funny, and expensive. But we ran out and needed it for the morning but had no car and everything nearby was closed. Lesson learned!

Very nice home with amazing view! If you’re looking for a place close to airport and universal studio, this place would be the best place to stay. Close to stores and restaurants.

Solid place to stay. Only rough bit was the wifi connection is pretty spotty. While I was working my connection would get randomly dropped on multiple occasions.

The photos didn’t do this place justice. It’s a lot bigger than expected and very spacious. The place was very clean, organized and secure. I will definitely stay here again especially since it’s close to so much. Dennis was a great host!

Enjoyed our stay in Orlando. Location was great with many options outside of the Disney area but still close enough to Disney if you want that. Super easy check in, spacious condo with all you need for a family vacation. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and clean condo. Fabulous location for going to the theme parks. Pool and playground great. Checkin/out so easy with keypad. Appliances a little outdated/slightly challenging but otherwise we were VERY pleased.

Best location to stay in Orlando. Very centralized for those who want to get around Orlando and Parks. The apartment is very spacious and nice. We stayed at 7 people with a lot of amenity. Very clean and complete apartment. Laundry room, perfect air conditioning. Everything works perfectly. Dennis communicates quickly and is very clear. I would definitely come back!!!

This place is nothing like the pictures...it is better. You can tell there were upgrades done to the home. It was big enough to accommodate 7 people. The view was amazing and the neighborhood had great amenities. I would recommend anyone stay and I would definitely stay again.

This condo was stunning. It was exactly like the pictures! Very clean and very spacious. We were relaxed from the moment we stepped into Dennis's condo. You will need to bring extra toiletries if you plan stay more than a few days. Other than that small inconvenience we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Nice place to stay in. It's near Universal Studios and Publix Supermarket. Place looked very nice and it had a good landscape view because we were stayed in the fourth floor. I recommend all of you to book with Dennis.

This apartment is lovely, as described and very big! Bedrooms and bathrooms are big and clean, everything working, kitchen the same so you can cook. I attended a conference at the west end of the centre, about a twenty minute walk although an uber is about $5. The north end is much closer. We didn't meet Dennis, but didn't need to, he gave us the instructions to get in before we arrived and everything went very smoothly. He was very quick responding to queries before hand. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vista cay condo. It was very clean and spacious. The living room furniture is actually newer and updated compared to the photos posted. We came for a conference at the Orange County Convention center, it was close enough to walk. Disney and universal were within 20 minutes drive. The community pool was beautiful and relaxing. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Dennis's place was clean, comfortable , and quite. He was easy to communicate, and responsive. Give us a clear instruction to get into the place. This is our best Airbnb experience, and I would defiantly come again. I highly recommend Dennis's place.

Dennis was a great host and was extremely responsive when I had questions. The condo was immaculate and far exceeded my expectations! The view of the Orlando eye from the terrace is amazing! Definitely will be staying here when I visit Orlando from now on.
