⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay Near Universal Orlando! Our trip to Universal Orlando was absolutely wonderful, and this condo made it even better! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The décor was modern and welcoming, and we loved all the thoughtful touches and great amenities. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short drive to the Universal parks and close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. It was the perfect home base for our Orlando adventure. We truly appreciated how clean, tidy, and well-equipped the condo was. It felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall we had an ok stay. Inside is very spacious and homey vibe. Kind bed was comfortable, others mentioned bed was ok. Some of the tvs are a bit outdated as they are not smart or Roku tvs (it’s cable) the remote wouldn’t work unless your super close to the tv and extremely slow such a hassle for entertainment. Microwave kept singing and wouldn’t turn off after use. Dishwasher was so tucked in under the ledge it was hard to press buttons to even use it. Although we appreciated the small starter items I would have appreciated hand soap and more toilet paper for our longer stay. Pictures show that it had a Kuerig but was just a regular coffee maker . Unexpected consistent noise early in the morning from construction vehicles they are doing on roof. Instructions given for WiFi was incorrect but found the sign with correct info inside. We had a good time regardless and enjoyed the space but it wasn’t the best place for wanting to entertain guests.

Beautiful Condo, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our spring break vacation. We were roughly 4 miles from Universal Studios and around 2 miles from Sea World and Aquatica Water Park. The area was a gated community which gives you a good sense of security and safety. The condo was above my expectations, with the spacious three bedrooms it accommodated my family of five way better then any hotel suite with a two bedroom can ever do. The accommodations here far surpassed that of any hotel in the area both in size and financially. Our host Dennis was a great communicator, from the moment we booked to the moment we left he ensured that he was there if we needed anything. Thank you Dennis.

We stayed for a conference so really didn't have a lot of time to explore the area. Place was clean, beds comfortable and it was quiet. Would stay again.

Dennis was a great host! The Airbnb was describe perfectly and definitely worth it. It was in a great location and very quiet. Would recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again :)

Dennis was very responsive but no follow through. The unit should have been cleaned more thoroughly. Bathroom, kitchen sink and carpets definitely needed to be shampooed. We asked for new cushions on the balcony furniture, what was supplied were ridiculous-old and very worn out. Cushions were not meant for the furniture. Dennis said he had to approve purchase of cushions with owner. It is too bad the owner couldn’t approve the purchase. It really wouldn’t have been a big deal and would have made my family very happy- we spend a lot of time in the balcony. There were a lot of little things that need to be fixed. For example the curtain rod in the master bathroom. The tacks that are coming through going into the bedroom- we had to put a towel down after the tacks cut our son’s foot.

This place was great. You feel safe in this gated community and the club house is very good. The apt was very clean, the beds was very comfortable and you have everything you need on the apt. Great job with the renovation. Dennis was great as a host, he answer all the questions and was very helpful. Thank you for everything, I will definitely stay in one of his properties again.

We had a great stay and loved the home and location! The only issue we ran into was there were not as much toilet paper and trash bags as we would have liked for a week long stay but otherwise Dennis was a great host.

The Vacation Rental exceeded expectations in every way. The apartment was welcoming and clean, organized, and amenities truly felt like a resort. A great option for an Orlando visit.

Great apartment for a short term stay, clean and spacious and in a great location. In good condition apart from the odd bit of wear and tear but that's to be expected. Main issue we had was that the wifi went down for 3.5 days of our 9 day stay, which was extremely stressful whilst trying to work. It also meant we had no access to TV for that time either. When I contacted Dennis about it someone came out promptly to look and it was determined that the bill had not been paid by the owner... I was told this would be solved very quickly but it took almost 4 days or which were working days of my continuously chasing. This shouldn't happen in the first place but if it does it should be something that is quick to resolve but seemed to need to go through multiple admin hoops to fix. While the apartment was great this issue would put me off re-booking as wifi is so important, especially for international guests.

Dennis' place was perfect. We stayed for a conference and could walk to the OCCC, to publix, and UPS. Beds were comfortable, spacious and the whole apartment had everything we needed...including a bonus pack of oreos upon arrival!

Great place near the convention center (30 mins walk). Very very spacious so perfect to work trips with colleagues (as well as family escapes). Close to grocery store and great amenities within the resort area like gym and pool. 15 minutes to airport.

Great... The apartment is beautiful, secure and clean. It has all you need to make it a wonderful vacation. Dennis helped us in all ways possible, he helped us on getting there one day earlier than planned. he even moved our thing from on apartment to another as we needed. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! It felt like a place to call home. The decor was modern and up to date. We were very close to International Drive and just a short distance from Disney World. A few ants decided to camp out in one of the bathroom which is pretty normal in some FL locations. Also, there was a slow drain in that tub. I sent an email to Dennis and he responded ASAP, said the problem would be handled. And just that fast, it was handled, no more ants or slow drainage. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The apartment its great!!. All are according as promised and in very good state. The location is very good, but you need the car to go averywhere, always rent a car in Orlando... We didn't have the opportunity to know in person our host, (maybe because we arrive very late, stay out of the apartment a lot and depart very early!!) but everything we need was previously explained, easy to understand, and its easy to see that this is a company behind Dennis and have a lot of experience and background in this type of services. You will see a lot of properties in Airbnb that belong to VISTACAY, if you like the complex, we recommend Dennis and Casiola to make your arrangements. We surely use their service in the future!!
