I'll start off by saying that this was by far the easiest check-in we've ever had, and the customer service was top notch! I emailed two seprate questions after 10PM and received prompt replies that exceeded my expectations. Pros: The space is perfect and location convenient to everything. Great service. AMAZING water pressure (I think I'd stay here again just for that shower!). The layout was great and very spacious. Kitchen was nicely equipped and even had Starbucks coffee! It's an end unit and was VERY quiet—never heard another person. The price was great. Cons: The couch is the most uncomfortable thing ever. It sags terribly and is super low to the ground. The master bed makes a lot of noice when moving around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will gladly come back to this condo because it was a great deal (maybe they'll get a new couch!).

The place was just as described in the photos. The location was great and about a mile from the convention center. Dennis was very proactive/communicative from the time of booking all the way through check-out. Everything was clean, modern, and our group felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again.
