Dennis was super proactive and communicative, and the property was centrally located to my group's destinations of Universal and Disney's Animal Kingdom parks, as well as a myriad of local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We did not utilize any of the amenities, but found the resort to be safe, quiet, and easy to access through the keypad gates. As another review mentioned, one issue that we encountered was the front king bedroom was very loud due to the A/C unit being right beside it, and throughout the night it would alternate between hot and cold unless you left the door open. There were also a number of gnats in the kitchen area during our stay. Overall the property was nice, but could definitely use a good deep cleaning, as there was a lot of dust / dirt around nightstands and stains on the sofa, chairs, and some of the pillowcases. Another suggestion may be to put a mirror in each bedroom, as three of them share one bathroom so it would be more convenient to get ready.

Great location and very close to the conference center which is what we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked for pots/pans, silverware and plates/drinkware. Limited toiletry items available including TP - so if you stay with lots of people, make sure you bring more. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This a beautiful condo/apartment close to Disney and the property is very nice with a ton of amenities and lots of things to do around the area. Dennis was very good at communication prior to our arrival. However, we had an issue with AC unit making loud thumping noises, the noise was so loud the person in the front king bedroom could not sleep the first two nights of our stay. We sent a text to Dennis but never got any return communication. We asked that we receive a discount off our rate and that went unanswered. We also contacted Dennis about an item being left behind and asked him if we would reset the code, very shortly, after our 11am departure. We still haven't heard back. The stove instrumentation also needs to be fixed. You have no idea which knob is connected to which eye, and you can't read the temperature settings on the knobs either. Lovely place, bad communication.

Very nice place. Our only complaint was the bedroom configuration, as described online, did not match the actual configuration. One of the BRs was described as having 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. In actuality there are only 2 Twin beds. That’s a meaningful miss. Also, the “Sofa Bed” is just a sofa. I’m not sure why it would be described as a sofa bed. Otherwise the unit was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. For the OC Convention Center it is excellently located.

The place was in a great location, very safe, and convenient to our conference, other shops and restaurants!! The communication was amazing. The standout was that the code to get in didn’t work. I arrived at 1am! I texted Dennis and he responded right away. It was such a relief to be able to reach him at such a late hour. I also texted him a few times during the stay for non urgent times and still got an almost immediate response.

The unit is located in an area 15 minutes from Universal and with a few local restaurants within walking distance. The unit was well equipped and clean. However, more consumables (e.g., paper towels and toilet paper) are needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely place for a large family or a few families to stay. Beautiful and well furnished, and close to so many Orlando tourist sites (as well as the gated community having plenty of options to enjoy). Communication with Dennis was clear and quick. Highly recommended!

Great location to airport, parks, Convention Centre and International Drive. We had a 4 bedroom - 2 bath unit and it had everything we needed to start out. Close by is a Publix and a Walgreens for groceries etc. Host replied quickly when we had questions. Pool/hot tub and bar area well maintained. Grounds well kept. We have stayed in Florida multiple times at a variety of places but the Vista Cay Establishment is by far our favourite. This is our third time staying in the resort. Location truly can not be beat. Dennis and Casiola Vacation Homes provided a wonderful place for us to stay. Highly recommended.

The only way to describe Dennis’s place is that it’s perfect. Everything we needed was available in the condo. We fell in love with the decor which was simple yet chic & modern. It’s in close proximity to nearly everything. The only suggestion for future guest would be to consider getting a rental car. GREAT LOCATION! The check in was very easy and the host was quick to respond. The house was simply beautiful and fit my group of 7 perfectly. The house was clean and even provided us with a welcome snack! Each room has built in USB ports on the side tables which was a great touch. Bring your own bathroom essentials, only small amount provided. The location was very close to restaurants and theme parks which was very convenient! The only drawback was the internet was not working. When we tried to contact someone about the problem it was never fixed. The issue was never resolved throughout our stay and the host never contacted me back.

This is very stylish and a good amount of space for a family to stay in. We didn’t have a chance to check out the on-site amenities as we were pretty highly scheduled so I can’t speak to those. The King and Queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. I hardly slept the first night so we went and bought 2” mattress memory foam to put on both of those. They didn’t make it perfect, but it was much more comfortable for the rest of the stay. We left them (obviously) so hopefully they will help make your stay more comfortable!

Great place to stay in Orlando, especially for convention go-ers, right behind the Orange County Convention Center. It was also very convenient to the Rosen Shingle Creek where my son was attending a conference. No traffic problems in this area. The unit was great, just as it looked in the pictures, immaculately clean and all rooms a very generous size. I think most of the buildings were full but it was also very quite, no noise or partiers. It was also convenient to very nice shopping a many restaurants, again without the traffic you see further north on I-Drive. I would definitely stay at this place again if in the area again.

This unit is the perfect place to use as a base while staying in Orlando. We were attending a conference at the convention center, and it was easy to get to and from the center. We went to Orlando for my sons basketball tournament and the location was great. It slept 7 of us very comfortable and the decor was really nice. We loved the amenities as well and took full advantage. The check in process was also easy and Dennis was responsive. The biggest complaint we had was the ant problem. They were crawling on our belongings, on us in our sleep and we couldn’t eat comfortably without dodging them. The countertops are black so it’s initially hard to see but they’re there. There were ants in every room including the bathrooms and especially the master bedroom. I reached out to Dennis, sent him a pic and he offered to have someone come out and treat the problem but it was challenging to find a convenient time for them to come so it went untreated. I asked Dennis if I could be compensated or receive a credit for the inconvenience but unfortunately he was unable to do anything. He mentioned ants are a common in the Orlando heat; however I’ve been to Orlando several times and had no issues with ants during prior stays. You also need to be prepared to bring extra tissue and paper towels. There are also no cleaning products so bring a few things before you come. I appreciate Dennis hosting us and if he gets the ant problem treated I would recommend staying there. If you do decide to stay, make sure you insist that the ant problem be treated and get something in writing on receiving a credit if you experience problems.

The property was great for a family vacation- easy access to both Universal and Disney, and very easy to get to from the airport. The condo is stocked with everything you need - even a packnplay and high chair for our youngest. Easy instructions, very responsive host. The complex itself was great- heated pool and kid-friendly. Our stay at Dennis's condo was great and it was located in an extremely central location, as mentioned in the listing info. Easily fit the six people that we had, comfortably, and the onsite amenities were pretty great: gym, pool table, pool, and hot tub. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Orlando for the theme parks.
