My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location for our Disney vacation and my husbands work conference located at the Gaylord Palms. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Dennis’s house was perfect for our short stay. The house was clean and had all the essentials we needed. We’ve stayed in Margaritaville before so we knew the location was going to be great. We love how pet friendly Dennis’s house as well as Margaritaville is. The communication from Dennis and his team was perfect and really showed how they shine when it comes to customer service. We would happily book this exact house again!

We loved staying at Dennis’s place! The property looked just like the photos. The pool was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated that the property allowed pets. Dennis was probably the most responsive host I’ve ever booked with. Margaritaville is such a beautiful area and is close to the Disney parks. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 2bd/2ba cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Disney parks and shopping. Dennis was very helpful providing immediate assistance. We recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Place was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures! Very nice inside, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would've changed is the pool experience! There were no clear instructions on the pool and it would only circulate during the morning hours for some reason and all night would remain stagnant. One or two people came out to look but no one had a clue on how to turn it back on.

nice location as second house didn't have anyone directly behind us which was nice..hard to have any privacy at these cottages but that helped, we had a few questions and host was very responsive pool was warm and clean and just steps from bed (access to the pool is through the bedroom so keep that in mind when you have others traveling with you) they can access by walking around the cottage outside everything was clean and worked as described

Upon arrival the house wasnt clean, dennis offered to service it but we were there and i decided to do it myself. The pool was dirty and got dirtier after everyday, it wasnt working by itself as other neighbors pools. Other had clear blue water ours was a different opaque color, once i asked if they clean it dennis said they service it one a week.

Beautiful place and great location. It was everything we needed and more. I had an issue with a door handle and Dennis fixed the same day. I have stay in other Airbnb’s and I have never had such a quick service like I did in this place. I’ll definitely stay again.

Had several issues with Villa pool filter was broken so had no pool 4 days out 7 days stay we had report a broken bed on arrival which had a team maintenance out few days later to come out and change the bed also had to ask for pillow cases to be delivered as they forgot them and had wash bedding the again ourselves as was stained after sending all pictures to management the did act on stuff There was positives on the area and resort of Villa was great location and hotel amenities think this Villa would be great also if was just inspected more often by the company as cleaning company are in out 40 minutes and cleaned a full Villa and next guests are in no time just take a bit more pride on what guests are turning up too I have received a 10 percent discount off my stay for all issues

Had a wonderful stay. Cottage had all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Loved the pool, was great for cooling off after a day at the theme parks. Beds were very comfy. Would rent this place again.

What an amazing stay. We had such a great time!! kids really enjoyed the pool the comfort and view. Place was clean and well stocked with what you would need such as towels and xtra blankets. Will definitely come back if staying in Orlando. Place is close to all the parks very convenient.

Dennis was great to work with. Great communication throughout. Home was beautiful and pool was very well kept. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Fords garage was phenomenal for lunch. Highly recommend!!!

As far as the property goes, you have to go out of the downstairs master to get the the pool. So if you have kids, just picture them coming in and out of a small master every single time they come in and out of the house. There is no pantry, so you have to stack food on counters and furniture. You are supposed to have a card to get in and out of the gated community. We were never given one and it was a huge pain every time we tried to get back into the community. The houses are VERY close together. Our neighbors had about 30 people staying in a 3 bedroom house, with barking dogs, and could never (ever) figure out how to use the pool alarm. Their pool alarm went off about 10x an hour. They had a speaker set up outside blasting all hours of the night. The houses are so close together you can hear your neighbors at the pool (or when their alarm goes off constantly) from inside the house. The property management company was terrible. The tv in the downstairs bedroom never worked. The house is too small to not be able to escape to the bedroom. We called and messaged day after day and they just kept saying they would send someone out over and over. Someone finally came mid-week, said he would be back in 30 min to fix it and then never came back. Finally, at the end of the trip we stopped reaching out because it was clear they were never coming and didn’t care.

I loveeeee margaritaville & these cottages within it are the ultimate. Everything, and I mean everything, you need for a fabulous vacation. Add to it the resort restaurants , outside water park, outside toes center bars / restaurants area , and only 15 minutes from all major attractions it’s a 25/10 for me Will be back
