We were 2 families of 11 members and the house, although it is not large, the layout is excellent which we were all very comfortable together. The house is beautiful, and very bright. The pool is very clean. The kitchen accessories are very complete. They welcome you with basic hygiene items, but they help a lot in the first days of your stay. The towels and sheets were impeccable. We had a problem with the air conditioning, and although it was very late at night (after 11 pm) Dennis responded quickly and sent a maintenance technician to help us repair it. I would definitely rent this house or one with Dennis as a host again. Thank you!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was nice, close to places for food, groceries. Not too far from parks (30 minutes) && still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was beautiful! However, it seems like the previous guest may have left some seafood in the fridge, which caused a very strong odor. Unfortunately, all our food ended up smelling like fish. I believe the cleaning crew may need to pay closer attention to the fridge during cleanings. Denis kindly offered to send the cleaning crew to take care of it, but I declined at the time. Other than that, I will definitely be booking again! If you're heading to Disney, the location is amazing — just an 18-minute drive. There’s a gas station within walking distance, and Walmart is only 8 minutes away. Everything was perfect, aside from the fridge smell. If that one issue were handled better, the stay would have been absolutely flawless. I really enjoyed my vacation. The community pool was a great bonus — it even had a bar and a lazy river that my kids loved. No complaints, just some feedback. Until we meet again for another booking! 😊

Our stay was amazing. We loved it there and would recommend it to anyone. I would go back there anytime. All members in my family really enjoyed it and the Clubhouse was a plus. The staff did a great job in cleaning the area. I reached out to Dennis about some minor issues and they were on it immediately. Love that!!

Great place to stay if looking for a bigger size place. Everything was clean and just as pictures show. About 25 -30 minutes to Disney. Allowed early check in which was very helpful for us.

Overall everything look great. The only thing I did not like was my family and I had to wait over about an hour to get into the house. Our code did not work to enter the house. It was very hot and they did not respond until I finally called.

The only issue we had was getting inside the unit. The door code did not work but The host responded in a timely manner and the issue was resolved. The house is just as pictured. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

First, Dennis was a great host, very quick to respond. Check in instructions were clear and easy. The house was clean and big enough for our group of 14 to be comfortable. The living room space looks bigger than it is. The couch is small (different from in the photos) and arranged weird so the room felt cramped and the dining table was hard to access. The biggest complaint is the resort pool, it is in a different complex, instructions to access were cryptic and when we did go the women at the club house weren’t welcoming, they didn’t really want us there, it was packed, you can’t bring in outside food and drink and you have to rent the cabanas. The pool in our complex is nice (even without a lazy river), it needs to be heated, several deck chairs need replacing, but clean, not busy and perfect depth for kids, we used our complexes pool several times as it was a short walk from our house. Overall, we had a great time, easy access to parks (20-25 mins) and would stay with Dennis again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was in the house. Dennis always responds promptly when you message him. He was also helpful in helping me find stores close by. I will book again the next time I'm in the area

Overall, the place was easy to get to, had a nice community pool area, and had plenty of space for our family. We didn’t add on the pool heat option cause we didn’t think we’d need it, but it was definitely needed. The pool was too cold to use. Inside the house, the thermostat didn’t go below 75, which made it very uncomfortably warm at night. Many in our party had trouble sleeping. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

This place was awesome! Had a couple of lakes/ponds. Kinda disappointed we didn’t see an alligator!! lol We felt right at home and there was enough room for all of us! Came into the house with a complimentary box of Oreos!!! Very close to restaurants and the parks! Highly recommend!!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at Dennis home. Nice private and peaceful community. We loved the pool area and family room. The resort looked fun, although we didn’t get a chance to visit it! Dennis was very responsive and easy to contact! Upon arrival I always do a quick walk through to make sure everything is intact! Although everything appeared to look intact, the furniture WAS NOT! The couch was broken, you couldn’t visibly see the damage but can feel the sunken part once sitting on it. I reported this to Dennis to make him aware the couch was broken something that could’ve been easy overlooked unless you sit directly on it! We didn’t use the couch for the remainder of our trip. After checkout Dennis accused my family and I, which was not cool! Although, there was a bit of a misunderstanding I will still give a good review. I know said damages wasn’t done by my party. The home and community was nice and welcoming.

It was a great experience overall. It was nice and clean and spacious. My family was comfortable, we felt safe. Dennis was a pleasant and helpful host. The Airbnb provides you with just about everything. I would definitely stay in one of these properties again in the future. Both great for adults and kids.

Overall my family and I had a great time. This is the second time we stay in this community and it’s very nice and peaceful. We loved the club house and the house itself is super confortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the private pool although is small it was perfect for our little ones. The only thing I want to point out is that the house needs a more detailed clean. There were areas in the house where it could use a little more attention, such as bathrooms and kitchen, but again nothing to ruin our stay.

The stay went well. The check in instructions was right to the point. There are a lot to do near and at the resort. Dennis was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had. The house overall was amazing the pool is a decent size for the kids and family to interact and have a good time. I would say just be mindful that you do need to bring your own cleaning supplies basically if you are staying here for a long period of time.

Very good place, the house is beautiful and clean. Our only drawback was the room temperature at the top of the house. At night it felt hot and the administrator recommended closing the doors and windows but everything was closed.

The pool is about 3 ft all around just right for young kids. Walking distance to the villa. At the villa you have lazy river, hot tub and more water activities my kids and I had the time of our lives. My children didn’t want to leave so do I. Villa is also included with the Airbnb.
