Our stay at Dennis’ place went fairly well. My husband was taking CE classes throughout the week so it left myself and my toddler to hang out. The first thing we had an issue with was the keypad code, it wouldn’t open for us initially and we had to contact Dennis to get the code changed, which was done fairly quickly. Since the entire condo is tiled, our feet got dirty quickly which was kind of disturbing to myself. I also noticed that there was hair stuck to the tile walls in the en suite bathroom from a previous renter. The bathrooms were my least favorite to spend any time in, I believe they need a thorough deep cleaning. There’s not a lot within walking distance of this particular condo aside from the closest pool on site. Since my husband took our rental car we were stuck to the on site pool or the shuttle to the small water park. The keypad batteries died after we went for a walk on the complex, it was fixed within the hour but with my husband gone, we were basically stranded.

The code for our door didnt work so we called the 800 number and they gave us a new one immediately and we were in our home away from home within minutes from making the call. Very helpful and fast. We also enjoyed the complementary oreo cookies. The bathrooms were large and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Location easy access to the parks, quiet and safe condominium. Pictures of the house perfectly portray reality. The only inconvenience was with the electronic lock, we had access problems three times. Please note when we arrived at the house the lock did not work, requiring contact with the host to resolve it. Once again, arriving from the park late at night the lock stopped working and there was no technician available. We had to sleep in another house in the condominium provided by the host, this caused us a lot of discomfort because we did not have access to our things and our food! The other day, once again the lock stopped, and it was necessary to enter the house by jumping the balcony because we had left the door unlocked.
