De Mia was very communicative & friendly. Check in was simple & instructions were straightforward & clear. The condo was clean, presentable & had all the essentials needed for our stay. Location was perfect for us as it was close to theme parks, restaurants & shopping. Would certainly recommend!

The condo was very clean. The furniture is comfortable and the decor was nice. Location is great. We felt like the kitchen contained the bare bones minimum and they provide very little by way of soaps and dish detergent, paper towels and TP. Unfortunately we had an issue with the lock when returning from an outing. After an hour sitting out in the Florida heat a maintenance worker did eventually come to fix it and let us in. Though it was handled relatively timely, it was extremely inconvenient & caused us to be late to a family event. Communication was frustrating because you have to go through a corporate number for the management company and then they have someone call you back. I didn’t feel it was handled urgently and after the first call we waited over 30 minutes for an update to a solution. I had to call again and only received a return call after messaging on the platform as well. It wasn’t our favorite place we’ve stayed, but it was okay.

Everything about the place was fabulous! We loved what amenities we used, the pool. Wish the pool bar/restaurant was actually open, however, Publix was adjacent to the pool, so it was great!

The place has a great location, it looked a lot like the photos, the place has great furniture and amenities, the only problem we found was the very dirty floor, dirty bathrooms, several dusty places, I think to stay 100%, they should look for a company that cleans Better yet, if you're not going to get too many bad reviews, we'll all leave with allergies because of the dust

Great location, walking distance to Publix and those restaurants there. 10-15 minute drive to outlets and other places. Pool was nice. They had a Dj from 12-3. The condo was very clean and bathrooms were huge. Overall great experience

Stayed here for 5 nights will a large group of fellow students while attending a professional conference. The stay was pretty affordable and could have been exceptional with just a few changes. For example, I think there should have been more kitchen towels. I also would have liked a can opener. There is a full kitchen, so I think it should be stocked to be functional. There was a good selection of pots, dishware, pans, etc! We were annoyed that the owner supplied so little toilet paper. Only 4 low-quality rolls for a 10 person airbnb doesn't last long. I can't imagine it would cost that much to supply more. We had already gotten groceries and stuff by the time we realized they didn't provide toilet paper. As we were there for a conference, it was just a hassle that could have been avoided by being provided a basic amenity. Lastly, it was annoying that one of the rooms with a king bed didn't have a closet. Overall, the stay was good, but wasn't a 5 star stay for me.

Dennis was very responsive my entire stay usually less than 20 min. The place looked like the pictures. The apartment is on the fourth floor in a gated community walking distance to Publix and dunkinDunkin’ Donuts. The kitchen had pretty much all the cookware you would need to cook a family dinner. I felt very safe walking my pup at any hour of the day. Pricewise was meh because of spring break near Disney but supply and demand….nonetheless a very solid stay for work. I will book again for work if the price is right.

The place looks exactly like the photos, very clean, a lot of towels for bathroom and pool, we had an issue with the Dining room chairs, but they were fixed the same day. Although there were only 4 chairs in the dining room, it was no problem for us as we ate in shifts :) The apartment is big, spacious and very comfortable, we would definitely rent it again!
