The townhouse was very clean and we had plenty of room for our family. Everyone had their own space their own bathroom and it felt like our own home for our stay, One of the best parts was that it was 10 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to universal. . The only down fall that we had was that there were no clear instructions for the 2 TV remotes that were in all three of the bedrooms. We also had issues with the Internet constantly shutting off. We did get a hold of the host and he was very quick and responsive however it still continued. which is no fault to our host at all. He did an amazing job of trying to get the issue fixed quickly as possible. Our family would absolutely stay here again thank you so much to our host .

We chose this property for its great amenities and convenient proximity to Walt Disney World. While we didn’t spend much time at the home, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge between park days. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own comfortable space. Dennis and his team were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few hiccups completing the Margaritaville form online, but they made the process smooth and our check-in seamless. We truly appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Exactly what we were after for our trip to Orlando, spotlessly clean and in a peaceful location only 10 minutes away from Disney, any questions we had were answered very quickly and Dennis was always happy to help. Would recommend Dennis and this property if you want a modern, clean townhouse close to Disney it’s perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Dennis’ Airbnb was excellent; the place was spotless, comfortable, and had all the details that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, very close to Disney World and other local shops and attractions, which made our trip even more convenient. Dennis was an outstanding host, always attentive and available for any questions, and he made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Check-in was smooth, even with our delayed flight and late arrival. I had a question for our host, Dennis, and he responded almost immediately. Overall, everything was comfortable and stress-free,I would definitely recommend this place!

This stay was great for the week, it was close to the parks and had many options for shopping and good food! The house was clean and comfortable, Dennis was very kind and informative and he always responded quickly! Amazing stay, only thing was that I was jealous of that the other guests were able to use the amenities around the complex, a dip in the pool would have been nice.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Margaritaville! When checking in, there are multiple entrances and the first gate I drove to did not have an attendant, and required a pass for entry. I reached out to the host company who advised me to used the gate with the attendant and was able to get in & out of the community with no further issues by using that gate. The condo had clean bathrooms, floors, and linens. The location was so unbelievably close to Walt Disney World that we never drove more than 20 minutes from our villa to the park entrances. Quiet community with many restaurants and shopping close by! We didn’t get a chance to use the margarita machine so we will definitely be visiting again to do so! Thanks again for allowing us to share this beautiful home for our spring break!

We had an enjoyable experience and would stay there again. It was close to ESPN World of Sports which was great for the commute back and forth. We really didn't spend a ton a time in the cottage but when we did we enjoyed the space. The kitchen was great to have.

This location was ideal for frequent trips back and forth to ESPN for Cheer Nationals. So much better to prepare healthy foods in your Air BnB kitchen instead of eating Disney Resort food 24/7. Gorgeous place with everything we needed!

We frequently vacation here and we have stayed at homes hosted by Dennis before. As a host we know the properties will be well maintained and our host will be reliable if needed. This home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We love this area. It is close to several restaurants and shops. And a short drive to disney.

I booked this airbnb to celebrate my birthday. This airbnb was a home away from home. The interior and layout is beautiful. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with appliances and utensils. The airbnb was spacious for my guests and I. It is also peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient. Our host, Dennis, was very helpful, responsible, and friendly. He answered any of my questions promptly. Check-in was a smooth and easy process. This was the first Airbnb I have ever booked, and I will definitely be booking again here.

Good rental. The toilets were dirty upon arrival, trash was left in unit and we were expected to take the trash out daily but given no trash bags todo so. Rental was as described, overall we had a good experience and would rent again. We may have just had an off experience we will rent with Dennis again and hopefully will have a better experience.
