Beautiful, spacious home in an ideal location. We had 24 guests and it never felt crowded. The kids were entertained with the amenities for 7 days. Dennis is very responsive and easy to work with.

House was beautiful, spacious and clean! Having two refrigerators was definitely awesome! Kids loved the theme rooms and the upstairs “game room” was a nice hangout spot for the older kids! Would definitely recommend this house! Location was great as well!

Great place for big families! Pictures dont do this place justice it was beautiful house!! So clean and comfortable with tons to do. Great home to have for rainy days because theyre plenty to do without having to leave the home. It was truly a resort within itself. Would def book this home again in the future.

Great home for our group! Only 2 complaints- 1) kitchen equipment- there was 1 dish towel, no oven mitts and a crock pot would have been beneficial for meals for our group and 2)the remotes in the bedrooms didnt work. Tv would turn on, but wouldnt work to turn channels/control volume. Otherwise, great location, great clubhouse, beautiful home!!

The house was great and the location was better than I expected. We were close to the convention center and to both universal and Disney. The kids loved the pool and the game room upstairs. We can’t wait to go back!

Disappointed in our stay. The internet was insanely slow (we were in town as a team to work). Like we had to turn wifi off just to make a phone call indoors. I called the help number, they sent someone out *8 hours later* who turned the router off and on (it was in a locked closet) and said "well its working" and left, even though the speed was the issue. They said they'd call Spectrum and get it sorted, never did. There was one dish towel and no oven mitts for a 20+ person kitchen. The pots and pans were so badly scratched they were unusable. I called and messaged about these issues and got the same placating message every time, but no one actually helpful enough to offer a solution. "I am sorry you're frustrated, thank you for your feedback," etc. I swear I was speaking to AI when I would message, they never remembered the previous message! I asked for a partial refund and they said they'd look into it, then never followed up. Oh and the clubhouse isn't open yet. Don't bother.

This was the perfect place for my large extended family to all stay together and still enjoy the parks. We went to Universal Studios and it was a very easy drive, less than 20 minutes. The house was beautiful and clean. The 2 fridges were very helpful. The layout of the rooms was extremely functional for what we needed. We had ages 12mos-72 years and everyone enjoyed it. Dennis was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and looks brand new/finishing construction and we saw the nice community pool they are putting in, looks like this will continue to be a top spot for large groups. Could not recommend more!! We feel like we hit the jackpot when we walked in. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we wish it could have been longer.

Incredible house and neighborhood - our host was very attentive and accommodating - location has everything you need within a couple blocks - when they say 5 mins to sea world it's right around the corner and down the street - everything is very close - it's the place to be
