Dennis house is just as he describes it. My family and I were very pleased and would stay there again. It's a nice corner lot. House is very spacious and suitable for kids. The kitchen is nice.

Dennis’s place was accurately depicted and perfect for our weekend with my family. Check in was smooth (just make sure you enter through the main gate to start. The attendant will give you a QR code for the gate closest to the property). Amenities we’re great, and everyone was super responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent structure of the house, with small necessary repairs that I found and reported and questionable cleanliness. Also, we had issues with the air conditioning that didn't work the first day and we had to sleep very hot. Other than that, there is an additional charge for almost everything, such as a heated pool, use of the barbecue and any late check-out that was not possible.

The house is a great size and comfortable, great location, Dennis response is quick but they lack disclosure of more info in the airbnb listing, the pool heat did not work, now waiting for my refund. House needs a bit more of care regarding cleaning since the fee is so high already and parking is difficult!

Communication was excellent, the staff who work were very friendly and were always attentive to every detail. The space of the house is suitable for a large family, they have everything you need to prepare daily meals, also the surroundings are exclusive for walking and walking with your little ones. Everything is very close to the parks and shops you need to shop for clothes and food. I would definitely rent this place again, I also recommend it, it is great and very comfortable. The pool was delicious and the best I didn't have to pay for the water heating because it was very appropriate for the April time. We loved everything... Thank you all for your great work and services, we'll see you again soon.

Let me start my review by saying we have stayed at many Airbnb places and we are not high maintenance people. My family (6 people), my brother, and my sisters family (4 people) all shared this rental. It’s listed for 12 people to be able to sleep comfortably. Overall it was a good stay. Plenty of room, nice size bedrooms and beds. Very good location. Communication with Dennis was awesome. He responds right away, always within an hour. On our arrival we had a smoke alarm chirping and a toilet that had issues. He got someone out right away to fix them. The resort part of Storey Lake was fun! Fun water park and mini golf (mini golf does cost $$). It was easy to get in and out of the resort and only 15-20 min from Disney and the airport. Now for the complaints and things I wish I’d known. Only bare minimum supplies are provided for here. We didn’t know this so we had to make an extra trip to the store for garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Hotel size bar soap and shampoo and body wash are given but not enough for 11 people for a week. In the kitchen there’s not much supplied, just basics. Mostly it’s odds and ends mix matched. Only a couple kid friendly bowls and plates, no cups. We had to go get a knife sharpener since the knives were dull. There’s no mixing bowl for serving a salad or making pancakes, and no measuring cups or a whisk either. Like I said just very basic needs met. We were given 7 pool towels for 11 people. It would have been nice to have one for everyone. We ended up having to share and wash the pool towels several times for our week stay. This place could also use a good deep cleaning. There were several dirty walls and scuff marks on walls, especially the stairs. The living room rug didn’t look vacuumed and one of the bathroom floors was disgusting. Also the comforters had stains. The TV downstairs is basic with no apps like Disney+ or Netflix. It was hard to figure out but eventually we could cast things from our phones onto it to watch. We were wishing for an extra blanket for couch sleepers but there’s not an extra blanket anywhere, only 1 blanket per bed. The A/C doesn’t work very well downstairs. It’s hot most of the time and only seems to work upstairs. Thermostat is programmed to auto change every morning to 80* or 85* even though there’s a sign that says keep at 75* so the couple mornings we slept in it even got hot upstairs. We paid for the pool to be heated but it never worked. I talked to Dennis about that and he found out it is broken so I hope I get refunded for that. Lastly, parking here is difficult. That’s more for your info. There are 12 townhomes here and it has 18 parking spots. Lots of other rentals had more parking, but this one is difficult to find a spot to park especially after 9pm. Overall it was a good stay. I gave it 3⭐️. Would have been 5 if it didn’t feel like it was bare minimum on everything and if it was cleaner

My main and only issue I was never able to park on the block as there are no parking available, I always had to park away on the other blocks away from the property.

This house was extremely dirty and unkept. The air conditioner did not work for 4 out of the 5 nights of our stay and the host did not make fixing it a priority. Two of the televisions did not work properly, the kitchen lacked basic necessities, and the floor was mopped with dirty water which was obviously streaked across the entire first floor. The upstairs carpet was damp and had a water stain. Very poor quality house. Cleanliness should be of the utmost considering we are living in a pandemic.
